I originally scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. I was given a window of 8-12. At about 11:50 I called into see when they would arrive and I was told that I wasn t on the schedule. The customer service lady was very pleasant and apologized. I rescheduled my appointment for about a week later. I left work early to get home in time and received a call saying that they had to reschedule me because they had a lot of emergencies. This I also understood, and again customer service rep was great. I rescheduled for today for between 8-12 again. It is now 4:45 and I just received another call to reschedule! Once again, customer service lady was very nice and apologetic, but it seems that I need to have an emergency before they will service my home! I m trying to prevent an emergency here! Customer service people are very pleasant, but I can t speak about the actual service people because I have yet to meet one! I rescheduled yet again for this Friday, and I guess we will see what happens...
