Steven from Rooter Plus is an exceptional technician. He was courteous and friendly but most importantly he took the time to answer all of my questions. The kicker is that he was able to explain it in such a way that I could understand what happened and what needed to happen.
He thoroughly documented each step of the way with pictures and videos (it doesn t get better than that).
