Having RooterPLUS come out to fix my garbage disposal was an excellent experience. My technician showed up and promptly introduced himself. After taking a look at my sink, Derrick was able to give me a quick rundown of all the work he'd have to do to fix my problem. After we agreed on the work and price, he began immediately. His work was quick and clean.

The only negative I would have to put down is that I requested an am visit but never was given a time frame for the visit. I received a call asking the day of if I still needed someone and when I responded yes, they told me someone is on the way. A very minor thing.

Overall I will definitely use them again should need arise.
