Doc with RooterPLUS was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going on and was upfront about cost before he did anything that way we were not suprised by a hidden fee afterwards. He put our mind to ease during what was the most stressful thing to happen to us as homeowners!! I would recommend the company based on the great service we received from him!
