Jake, with RooterPLUS, was absolutely amazing! He came out on a Sunday and replaced our water heater quickly and cleaned up any mess that was made along the way. Scheduling the appointment couldn't have been easier either. I really appreciated the call from Holly to let me know that Jake was on his way, and the phone calls from Jake to let me know where he was in the process of gathering all of the supplies. Overall, a wonderful experience!
