RooterPlus was a pleasure to work with. I needed work done on my septic tank. Their customer service was very friendly to talk to and kept me informed when the tech would arrive. The tech that arrived was Ray G. who introduced himself and explained what was invloved with opening the tank and adding a clean-out riser. Ray was completely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable at every step of his team's work. I would not hesitate to use RooterPlus in the future based on my experience.
