By far the worst customer service I have encounter...

By far the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. They called and cancelled all three service appointments costing me 4 hours of leave at work. They were unapologetic about having to cancel and even said that something more important came up when cancelling the second service appointment. I was lied to on two occasions they called to cancel. If they offered to come empty my septic for free I would decline rather than having to deal with them. I couldn't give anything lower than a 1 star rating but they are deserving of only a quarter star. At least they answered the phone when I called.
