I called them on a Thursday as my tank needed servicing within a couple of days. They advertised a $175 rate and I scheduled for Friday. They contacted me Friday afternoon and said it would be Monday. They then contacted me late Monday afternoon to say it could be a week.

If you are in need of it being done timely, they are not a good company to place your business with.

Today I called Rooterplus due to some issues I was having with my drain line and they sent out Robert Williams. Robert had excellent service. He wore a mask for our saftey and was very professional and thorough with his work!

I called Rooterplus plumbing company up today and Robert Williams was my plumber. Robert was very professional and was like a plumber doctor figuring out my sickness in my home which was a leak. If I had to do it again I would call Robert to fix it he is like the super bowl of plumbing!

The technician arrived at a promised time and completed the job in few minutes however the charges were completely outrageous, I am not sue whether I would call them again.

We had service techs Mike Green and Gary Murphy come out to service our septic tank the started out with letting us know their plan and executed it on a very professional level they were informative and gave some advice to help fix the problems in the future. They refused to leave until the job was 100% done right. All around great job would definitely recommend them for any job!

Called to schedule an appointment. Less than one hour before the end of the appointment window, I was called to reschedule for the next day due to an "extensive repair" for someone else. I went ahead and rescheduled for the next day. Again, less than one hour before the end of the appointment window, I was called to reschedule again. I told them I would find someone else.

Robert Williams came out today to fix my sewage pump. Robert was very kind and professional. He got the job done and had my sewage pump up and running in no time. I will never recommend Rooter Plus. They advertise a price for a 1000 gal tank and after they had my yard dig up and lid off of tank the price nearly tripled and was given ridiculously high estiments to fix problem. My father had a word for company s like this Shisters . Ended up getting work done for $9000 yes $9000 less than Rooters plus quote. Shisters!!!!!

Can't say enough good about Jon and Jessica for getting our system diagnosed and repaired in a very expeditious fashion. Jessica got us scheduled immediately and kept in touch with me when we had a time conflict, going above and beyond to make the service call work for me.

Jon did a fantastic job of showing me exactly what was happening and working with our schedule at a very difficult and painful time for our family. He explained all charges and our payment options with no pressure and with great sensitivity. We had to leave the state during the repair, and when we returned, you couldn't even tell what had been done unless you knew where to look. My yard looked fantastic and my system runs perfectly.

My kitchen sink started to clog so I decided to call a plumber to get a quote on fixing it after I couldn't do it myself. I called RooterPLUS first since I had a good experience with them in the past when they replaced my water heater. I think I got ripped off with this kitchen sink repair so I updated my 5 stars to 2 stars, but I left my original review below.

When I called the operator I was told there would be a $50 fee for sending a tech out which I agreed to. When he got there he looked at the sink a bit and said it would be $450 to run his auger on it. Based on previous posts I think the price should have been closer to $300, but I felt annoyed that I would have lost $50 for nothing so I let him do it.
PROS - the operator, Mandy, was nice and the auger actually fixed the clog.
CONS - steep prices for running an auger for 1 minute

They sent guys out to look at my leaking water heater even though it was late at night. I got a good quote and had them install a new water heater the next morning. They made sure the new install was up to code and replaced a lot of plumbing that was old. David M was my service guy

Rooter Plus came to my house to drain my septic tank. First quote was $370, then $550, and finally $800. all the while digging wider saying they couldn't find the tank. They broke clean out pipe, and kept raising our price once a huge hole was dug and tank exposed. We paid them and its done, as we didn't feel we had a choice, but we do plan to take this to small claims court. Not fair to keep raising the quote once their in the yard. It was just a clean out. people.

The problem began with the mix up on my appointment by the office staff therefore they did not show the day they was suppose to. I gave them another chance and they showed up but the estimate they gave on the phone was three times the amount that they actually charged me. Please educate yourself on septic tanks and the problems before scheduling an appointment. I was quote a price to drain the septic tank for $150, paid over $400. After the septic tank was expose and you could see the drain was clogged from the house to the septic tank he drained the septic tank and then wanted to charge me $400 extra to unclogged the drain from the house whereas if he just had drained the clogged drain the septic tank was not full and the problem would have been solved. Just be very careful. Plus when I called the office one of the supervisors was rude. I quest they do not care about customer service . I will not use them again

If you want to pay too much for very little experience use this company. Definitely don't call on the weekends unless you want to deal with drunk managers and employees

My kitchen sink was clogged, I tried plunging, KleerDrain Co2 cartridges, Drano, nothing worked. I found Rooter Plus on a Google search, sent them a message through "Contact us today"...Ely called me within one minute. She said someone will be there shortly. She called me back in a couple hours saying Jason B. would be here in 45 minutes. He showed up on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He dropped the P-trap and ran a snake in to clear the blockage. Put it back together and poured 3 pots of boiling water...now it's draining perfectly! All in 45 minutes at a good price. I would highly recommend this company.

It's been a month. Just before Christmas, every pipe, fitting and the drain began leaking under our kitchen sink, which caved in the cabinet's bottom and soaked some of the drywall in our basement. We called Rooter Plus and they sent out Brandon to take a look at things. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us on making sure we got what we needed. He installed all new fittings under the sink, installed a new faucet, new disposer, and drain, making it all look amazing.

Then, yesterday, we noticed our hot water heater leaking. Brandon came out yesterday (same day), on his day off, to replace our 50gal water heater, and did an excellent job. I have zero complaints and we were extremely pleased with his work.

Overall, the price was reasonable (although slightly above the national averages I was seeing online) but I'm a huge proponent of paying a little more if you get exceptional work, which holds true here.

I'm really hoping we don't run into any further plumbing issues but, if we do, I know I'll be reaching out to Rooter Plus (and asking for Brandon!)!! Thanks so much!!

They came out real fast, and did their job really good. They were so professional and very knowledgeable, they helped me with tips to make sure my septic tank lasted clean longer and were just all around friendly. Super company they are.

This company tried to charge me 5000 dollars for repairs and an inspection report ( in the sale of my home) that did not need to be done. I had another company look at my tank after this guy tried to scare me into repairs that did not need to be done. Single ladies watch out for people like this.

Chris did an excellent job taking care of my plumbing needs. He is courteous, fast and very thorough. I have also been impressed by the call center s efficiency and responsiveness. They are a reliable company and I will continue to use their services.

Advertised $150 for pumping out tank. I expected there to be extra charge for hoses. We have a small house and small tank.... in the past we have only paid $200-$250 for pump and that s what we expected. They told us it would be over $600. $600 makes sense for a larger home with larger tank. What a rip off. Went somewhere else and spent $200. RIP OFF

I also don t believe half of these reviews. Most of these people only have this one review. I believe these techs make up email addresses and give themselves positive reviews for more commission which makes me firmly believe they are 100% ripping off. Also look at verbiage of reviews. They all sound like the same person wrote them.

By far the best company that I have could Have chosen to perform work on my home prior to I spent the fortune getting septic service done just to find out the work was not done properly. I was then referred to rooter plus, where Mike G, the technician explained every detail, we was professional and explained everything he was doing. Prior to that he showed me a map of my septic tank and preceded to work in an effective manor, in the rain. Again very professional, he took pride in his work and this company and technician Mike G would be the only company I would ever use to repair any septic, plumbing or heating issues...Highly recommended. If I could give 100 stars they would definitely get it. Dont waste your money with any other services. Go straight to Rooter Plus

Very professional! Took care of the issue of clogged drain pipe behind the hot water heater. Kept the water from getting under and harming the new hardwood floors with shopvac and did it in a timely manor. Especially since he had to move the hot water heater out of the way.

The technician, Robert Williams, was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained the root causes of the issues I was having with my drain and garbage disposal. He explained what the repairs would entail before starting the work.

I was told it was a free estimate to come out. Once they were here I was told it would be $175 to do diagnostic on shower. They were here 10 minutes. Think they new problems but was not sure. Paid them .What a joke.

The guys did a fantastic job, they were able to locate the septic tank quickly, dug it up with very little disruption to the yard and cleaned the system out. They made a repair to the tank and were done quickly even though it was pouring down rain at the time. I definitely will recommend them.

MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE BUT SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EVER SEE AGAIN THANKS TO JON! DETAILS HERE IF YOU WANT A QUICK READ: I would like to start out first by saying that no one is happy about having work done to their septic tank but this is the one time that I was. I called them out to just pump my tank so I could get some relief again by a backed up tank. I had them out the year before with a technician Richie that was awesome and I was just having a pump then too knowing that any work to septic is generally very pricey. Richie pumped me out for the fee as quoted which was never my experience in the past as I have been charged almost $700 by a Pink company for the same work. Hoping Richie would come out again it was an off day so I told them any would do. They sent me Jon. First in Jon popped the tank and during pumping said "Wow, this problem will continue with these issues here" so I explained my situation with finances and how having it pumped as needed is the best I can hope for until I save up. He told me he could pump me out and gave me multiple tips and advice to reduce the impact I was having on my system until I could get it fixed. I had done my research and spoke with many on what needed to be done, watched videos, and read articles so I felt on top of my game to ask questions about the issues I having. Jon answered all my questions with answers I had already come across as well as any and everything else I didn't know so I was completely informed. We spoke and he told me he could give me a price on installing a new baffle, being I had the old 1980s broken concrete one, and I would look at getting the work done further down the road because I just don't have piles of cash lying around so was just not interested currently. He covered everything up and handed me the paperwork to sign and I saw the estimate. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SCHEDULE CAUSE HOLY CRAP THAT'S A FRACTION OF 3 OTHER PLUMBERS!!! He said I can do it right now if you want. After having me pumped and already closed back up he opened everything back up and got to work. He not only removed the old and installed a new baffle system but they were to pump the drain field to remove all solids (I missed this part), and they ran a jet through my line to clean it all out. When I came out during the jetting Jon walked me along my line and explained some things to how he believed the system ran, ways to keep it in shape, and options for future work should I ever want someone else to do it or to manage it myself. THE WORK HE DID INCLUDED THE PUMPING CHARGE!!! By their lowest competitor they were $600 cheaper and that didn't include their pumping fee which was way more so really I saved $1000! The thing is I was trying to get in touch with that other guy for 2 days to do the work but he wouldn't ever respond after my initial consult. I had to look back at my records to see who pumped me last time since I had such a good experience that time and boy I am glad I did. Do not hesitate and call this company and have them come out. The girls in the office will always put a smile on your face, Richie was so memorable I had to find the company again, and Jon was a knowledgeable hardworking perfectionist that made my week. And yes that is a gas line they never touched digging the lid up 3 times, 1 extra time was for me to take pictures. WAY TO GO ROOTER PLUS, I WILL SEND ANY BUSINESS I CAN YOUR WAY!! GREAT JOB!!

Robert came to our home to assess the water leak problem we have. He is EXTREMEMLY professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him for our project once a resolution as to cost responsibility is determined, either the HOA (hopefully) or our responsibility. Calling Robert on Monday.
