Rooter Plus installed my water heater. The service was excellent, Paul, the installed was Courteous, professional, I will use their services in the future.

Had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks that had water drip into the ceiling of our garage. Initially called another plumbing company and the plumber was not able to find the cause of the leak. Called RooterPLUS and one of their plumbers, Dawson Foster found the leak and patched it up. Dawson did a fantastic job. He was thorough, kept me informed on what he was doing, and took his time in completing the work. He did not rush and made sure the leak had stopped. Highly recommend Dawson and RooterPLUS is very fortunate to have him as one of their plumbers.

From the beginning everyone was great! placed my service call with Ashley, she was very detail oriented and friendly. Although it did take the techs over an hour to get out here, i know things happen. I called the office twice, and spoke to Michelle, she was super nice and didnt act like i was "getting on her nerves" we just needed our bathroom at work fixed lol. The techs came out and immediately got to work on our Estimate, and even found our problem. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Its not every day you get a smiling face, even if its the guy coming to fix your toilet. We hope to continue business with this company, as well as use them for our personal use! Came out to the house on a Sunday for an emergency. Fixed the lines and cleaned up. Did an outstanding job! And very kind and friendly.

I've been waiting for these people to put a pump system in and new drain fill for a year. All of a sudden today they come and tell us that the permit Was about to expire so the job NEEDED to be done today... so pretty much it was gonna be a rushed job that usually takes days they were gonna rush to get their money.... I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed

Scheduling was easy and convenient for weekend service, and the technician was prompt and efficient with service for a septic tank pump. Would recommend this company!

First off, Brian our tech was on it. From knowing what to do, to being personable and proactive I would suggest his help for any issue. This company was responsive and helped me get past that they were being hammered for business. Would recommend.

Jason B came to a our condo because of raw sewage backing up in our tubs, toilets, and sinks.
This has been an ongoing problem for a while now and we switched Mgt companies, so the ones that had been rigging it for a while really put us in a bad situation.
Jason worked all night long snaking and jetting trying to get us some relief. Finally broke through, and we were able to clean our bathrooms and the horrendous mess. He left around 4am while I was able to start cleaning.
Jason worked non stop all night- I was there with him the whole time.
We appreciated him being there trying to help us without giving up!!!
I can't say enough good things about him.
I'm glad I've got his info in case I need him again for anything!

My husband called Rooter Plus because our washer was overflowing. Robert Williams came within the prescribed time - 1 hour. By the time he got here, I had figured out how to move the washer to get to the valve, but he was very informative, friendly and helpful as he determined the issue is with the appliance and not the water supply. We will call on Rooter Plus again if need be!

RooterPlus! has terrible / non-existent customer service. They were asked to perform a septic inspection during the due diligence period of a property I was purchasing. They ended up leaving significant damage to the driveway and landscaping of the property. The technicians left without a word of apology. RooterPlus! refused to deal with anyone else but the "current owner" of the property, which made it difficult for me to get any updates on the property I was about to own. I have emailed them pictures of the damages and asked for updates.. no responses. After lodging my complaint with the BBB instead, they returned to "fix" the damages. They told the BBB that the repairs were satisfactory to the property owner; I have talked to the seller of the property -- she was and is still upset with the damages. No one from RooterPlus! checked with her after supposedly fixing the damages. Pictures are worth more than a thousand words. I would post them here if I could.

Oh yes, they quoted additional septic repairs for about $2000+ during the inspection.. I'm getting a second opinion. NEVER use RooterPlus!

They rescheduled three times on me and the fourth time they did show up. I understand emergency call do come up but done wait until the end of the day to call me and reschedule. I was also told on the phone that the rate would be $257 to pump a 1500 gallon tank but other fees may come up depending on any additional work that may come up but they would let me know before continuing the work. I was not informed of any additional charges until the end and it ended up being close to $500 leaving me no option but to pay. The driver/worker was rude to my tenants when he was there because he couldn't find the tank and was complaining the whole time there. Finally when I arrived there after the work was done my back yard was tore up from the equipment used. I do understand some damage will happen especially where the work was performed but come on it look like they did donuts in my yard. We just wanted them to keep there end up. They didn't keep there word on multiple occasions. I will never use this company again. It was probably just that one worker but he ruined it for me for the whole company.

Doc and his helper were very nice and professional. When it comes to things like septic tank service, where I have limited knowledge, I hope the charges were fair. Seemed a little expensive for the services received but over all we were pleased with the service.

I called the business and within an hour I had a service pro out at my home. Jake W. was my service pro. Jake did an excellent job fixing my plumbing problem. He was quick, efficient and personable. I would definitely recommend Jake and the company in the future. Thanks for the help.

When your grandchild flushes the unflushable, this is the place to call. I called them on black Friday. Now, the only issue I had was that they said it would only be a couple of hours, and they weren't able to get to me until Saturday morning. However, since the local plumber couldn't even talk to me until Monday I can't really complain. Plumber Brian was 100% professional and efficient- even letting me know about issues that I can repair myself. Also, they helped me stay within my budget on this repair. I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Working with Jake W. at Rooter Plus was a great experience. Although I had a sewage backup, due to a tree root in my pipes, Jake was able to provide the best customer service, by completing the job timely, efficiently, and providing knowledge of what happen.

I couldn't find any plumbing service to come to my area. And RooterPLUS wasn't in my area either. They found me a plumber in their company on their way home and came out after hours and and fixed it for me. Most kind and professional. They are FOREVER my go to plumbing. I needed to have the septic tank pumped at my home. I called yesterday, got a super quick appt for today. Wayne and his helper Pablo showed up as promised.
Wayne explained the whole process. All costs were always explained up front. There were no high pressure tactics. The issues with the tank were explained and shown to me.
Wayne was very nice, super knowledgeable, polite and hard working. Wayne and Pablo did a great job.

My supply line was busted - Jesse came out the same day as I called to fix it - He assessed what he needed and was headed back to get a trencher to lay new line, as it was getting late in the day, and the job would take some hours - I told him it would be okay to come back in the morning (I have no doubt this young man would have fixed it in the dark) - I got a call to say he was on the way the next morning - He was here promptly and got straight to business, down to the reseeding and strawing where the line was dug up !!! He calmly explained step by step diagnostics and estimates. He set my nerves at ease with his confidence, knowledge, and professionalism. The complete job was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Will H. from RooterPLUS to everyone!

The work performed was as OK. They used a machine to lift the lid which carved out the lawn, however I had scheduled the field to be replaced (with a different company) so that isn't my complaint. They advertised doing the work for $150.00 for our sized tank, which I suspected was a little inexpensive but they were the only company that could do the work the following morning. (Scheduled between 8:00 am to 12:00) In order to speed up the process, I had removed the dirt covering the the tank lid so it was ready to be removed. The reason being that I was running a very tight schedule and arrangements were made to leave after the work was finished. Unfortunately they arrived 2 hrs later than the scheduled window, which required me to hire a person to stay at the house and take care of the payment when they were done. The real issue, however, was when they called and told me that because the tank was full, it would cost more that what was advertised. I would expect most, if not all, persons calling a septic company to pump out their tank would have a tank that was "FULL"! I also question exactly what they expected to find. Unfortunately they were not finished adding charges. Because there was sludge in the tank along with undissolved solids, more money was added. The final bill was $375.00. Ironically, that is close to the normal going rate for this area. As an FYI, I had the tank emptied two months prior by a different company (I was there and saw exactly what they did) and we were out of town for most of that time after that, so I can't imagine where the "EXCESS" sludge came from. Bottom line is they use bait-and-hook pricing on the internet to get business. Had they originally told me it would cost $375.00 I would have been OK. It was the BS about having a full septic tank with sludge and undissolved solids*, and charging more for what would be commonly found in any septic tank, that irritated me. This was the first and last time I will ever use this company.
*The "undissolved solids" were what you would expect to find in a Septic. There were NO, non-septic approved, materials.

I would highly recommend, will be using again. Ray and his helper were very knowledgeable.

Jeff and Jake from RooterPlus did an amazing job adding a new water line to our home. We had a leak in our old line and they understood the sense of urgency so they came out and put the new one in on Christmas Eve.

I had the main water service line break. This has been fixed numerous times by other plumbing companies in the past. Rooter plus came out to my home within 1 hour of the call to assess the situation and recommended a fix. Matt the plumber finished a job he was currently working on then came to my house to make the repair. He stayed until the job was done and tested. He was not able to replace the dirt that evening because it was too wet. But by 8:00 am the next morning a crew came by replaced the dirt and pressure wash the area. The day all this was happening rained off and on so you can believe the mess it was. Great job RooterPlus!!!

After being quoted a ridiculous amount of money to pump my septic tank by another company, I searched online and found Rooter Plus yesterday, and scheduled for a service tech to come out today. The phone reps (two because I called back to change my appointment time)were super sweet.They called me the next day, 1 hour before the tech arrived, which was very convenient. The techs arrived on time with warm smiles on their faces. The head tech, who appeared to be a great instructor, was training another tech, who was attentive and considerate. They completed my septic tank pumping in 42 minutes and charged me 50% of what the other company quoted me. Their price and excellent service far surpasses their competitors. From now on, I will only use RooterPlus as my plumbing service provider.

The gentlemen also took care to make my yard presentable by replanting the rosebushes and resp reading pinestraw. Great job. Professional and straight forward. Recommend them highly.

I realized my sewer line was blocked somewhere in the yard at about 9am and called RooterPLUS. I spoke to Michelle, and explained the situation, she was very helpful and said she would try and get someone here within an hour. Garrett showed up about 30 minutes later and had the problem fixed in a short period of time. Garrett was knowledgeable about the system, and knew exactly what to do. RooterPLUS did a great job for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to others and call them again.

I feel like I was taking advantages of. They fit there and increased the price from $150 to pump 1000 gallon to $250. They were very reluctant to open the tank therefore pumped via the changeout. Unfortunately, the problem I had is still there and I m not sure if the tank was completely pumped out or not because it was not opened. I m very dissatisfied and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

We had a clogged toilet in the boys bathroom. I called RooterPlus! at 7:42 am this morning (Monday). At 7:52am I received a call back that a tech was on their way. Chris Bofo arrived shortly after, cleared the toilet, cleaned the bowl, checked the water heater and was gone by 8:38am! He was polite and professional. Wow! What a welcome sight to see the RooterPLUS truck pull up on a late Saturday and to see a smiling Kenny Black offering his expertise! Our house water pressure gauge had failed and caused our hot water heater to malfunction. The outside temp was falling and I sure wasn't looking forward to a cold shower and we were also catching up on running the dishwasher and washing machine. We sure take having hot water for granted! Well, Kenny replaced the pressure gauge and hot water heater with all required appurtenances and had us up and running before we had really been inconvenienced at all! What a relief! Thank you Kenny and Amanda!

I own a home built in 1915 so, I know better than to think any plumbing issue will be a small one. The leak started on Friday night, I called RooterPLUS Saturday at 10AM and the job was completed by 2:30PM. Clean, honest and knowledgeable. Thanks!

They re $100 cheaper then anyone else in town, but it shows. It s worth every penny to use someone else. They left a mess in my yard. Just know that you ve been warned.

Ronnie was here quickly (within an hour) to help us complete an installation of a sink. We were in a pinch and needed it done quickly. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he was quick, efficient and cleaned any mess from the installation. I would definitely recommend again and ask for Ronnie!

Today Robert Williams came out to Brain Balance and was quick to find the problem and solution. He was on time and did a great job!

We had a clogged sewer line and called rooterplus. Mitch arrived within an hour and began to address the problem. He had to come back to use a jetting process to clear the line and arrived promptly the next day. he resolved the problem and took time to show me the camera of the inside of the pipe as well as explain what some of the causes could have been. i was very happy with the service but mitch was above and beyond with his professional customer appreciation and care. highly recommended.

the prices are not very competitive and in my personal case call to inform that after the change of the disposal garbage the sink key was loose and I did not receive any response. they only offered to exchange it for a new one.
