We had a main sewer backup caused by a faulty install by the builder 16 years ago. It basically came apart in a number of locations with roots growing into it. Called RooterPlus and Garret arrived early the next. He cleaned out the roots, ran a camera down it and found the problems. He presented a few options, one was to dig up the landscape, cut the driveway and replace the whole pipe. The other, which we chose, was to reline the pipe. Garret and Jimbo were great to work with, both very friendly and professional. They both knew their stuff and did a great job. Garret went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the repair and even came back twice to make sure things were correct. He is a top notch plumber and an all around great guy. I would highly recommend him.
