I came in to the dealership, got a different sales rep and not the one I originally communicated with via email and cell phone named Johnson Cui. After viewing the vehicle and test driving it, I made an offer, this wasnt a fixed offer, normally the way sales work for a car is you begin at a price point and get to a price point that works for both the dealership and the customer, this has been the case for both my vehicles I have purchased in the past from Nissan and Mazda. I can't recall the name of the sales rep, but it was an African-American gentleman who took the offer and laughed at us and told us (me and my brother-in-law) that we can't make a deal. This same man has also been rude since the moment we walked into the dealership, giving us a weird look like why we can't afford a car and shouldn't have been there, obviously judging us based on the way we looked. It was obvious he didn't want to work with us since we walked into the dealership. This was a very first, I have never been treated this way or had an incident like this in all my years in Canada that I've went to a certified dealership. I will make sure neither my family or any of my friends go to this Honda dealership at all.

I was invited by the dealership to park my car on a lot they sponsored at the Scarborough Ribfest the weekend on the August long weekend(August 3-6). I was literally at Ribfest for just under 3 hours when my car was broken into and my airbag was stolen. Obviously I was being watched. I called them and they asked me to come in, seeming very concerned at the time, only to waste my time telling me that they were not responsible. No sorry for your loss! No our apologies that this happened to you! Nothing, just constant verbage about them not not being responsible. I can't help but think that a parking lot that they would have been monitoring had been broken into without any of their staff noticing. Seems a bit fishy to me.
And to make matters worse, mostly non-visible signs stating they were not responsible for any vandalism. Clearly this isn't the first time and certainly won't be the last that this has happened. Please respond if any vehicles in the Roadsport Honda lot were vandalized that weekend. I doubt I was the only unlucky one that weekend. #roadsporthonda #honda civic vandalism #stolenairbag

Great experience with roadsport Honda, just got my Odyssey here, Owen is very detail with the explaining the car from top to bottom, Excellent product knowledge by him. I kinda learn a lot about cars from quality and how things function. I'm very confident with what I'm driving. Friendly atmosphere, highly recommends this dealer and the sales person. satisfied with my purchase.

There's no such thing as a free oil change!! Don't let them trick you like they tricked me. Owen sold me a car, he's very dishonest and I have a feeling he's not the only one. I specifically asked him what's the catch? He told me no catch!! Then I find out I have to pay $200.00 for oil changes, every other visit!! (service A and B???? Really?? ) they also charge an additional $80.00 oil change for the back 4 wheel drive every 24K, then 50K. Just so you know!! People who lie, don't deserve repeat business, I don't understand why a big company like Honda would come up with such a sales pitch and make their customers feel awful on their second oil change. They should explain it more clearly!! I'm not sure what kind of car I'll be buying next but I know it's not a Honda. Hope this helps, Good luck !!

I did not have an appointment and they took me right away as I was having problems with low pressure warning. The service rep found the issue which was a nail in the tire. They fixed the problem as soon as they could during a very busy time in the shop

Horrible service! Stuff does not want to explain anyting. Few staff members sitting playing with their cell phone and constantly going in and out for coffee and cigarettes while customers are waiting to be serviced.
I would definitely not recommend going here for any service

I had an excellent experience purchasing my first Honda from Charles. He's a friendly straight shooter with only a little of the typical sales pitch. I didn't feel pressured to add anything to the deal. The price was on-the-road without any surprise charges like some other dealerships.

When it came time to pick up the car, he spent so much of his time walking my wife and I through all the external and internal features of the car. We sat in the car and he had me try everything and explained it. He would tell me how to work the audio features and then ask if I had any questions before moving on to the next item.

It was by far my best car purchase experience and I'm one of those people who dread going to a dealership. They give you lifetime oil change but only if you get your routine maintenance done there. They are honest about the fact that it's to keep their customer coming back. Repairs can be done elsewhere without losing the lifetime oil changes.

I recommend speaking with Charles if you're looking for a new Honda.

This is my first Honda, and it won't be my last. My experience with Charles Chan leasing a 2017 Civic was amazing. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no upselling, no rushing whatsoever. None of the taking you into another office and trying to sell you more stuff, no hidden fees. Charles went through the contract line by line. He took a great deal of time to make sure I understood the ins and outs of the deal, had the best price of many other dealers I went to, and ultimately made sure I was happy. George in the finance office was similarly polite, easygoing, and made sure I was happy. He laid out options for other warranties but there was no sales pressure.

You can tell Charles and the folks at Roadsport care about their customer and about repeat business. They did not treat me like I was just a number after I had signed, and didn't rush or push any part of the process. Everything was efficient and smooth. I'd highly recommend leasing from Charles. It was a real pleasure dealing with them and I'll definitely be back.

I was very disappointed to learn when I arrived, even with an appointment, it was going to take 4-5 hours to get a simple oil change done. The reason I book an appointment is to have my car serviced at or around that time. It should also take a reasonable amount of time, and 4-5 hours is not a reasonable amount of time. I would have appreciated being notified before driving 45 mins to his Honda Dealership. I was not able to stay and unfortunately lost time out of my day.

My most recent servicing at Roadsport Honda left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth. Certainly all the people there were pleasant and friendly, especially under the current pandemic situation, so I have no problem there.

I knew this servicing would be expensive but never imagined it would fall short of $1000.00 by less than a cup of coffee at a well known retailer.

Why so many issues and problems on a vehicle that has been maintained and serviced, faithfully, by Roadsport, ever since it was purchased in 2017.

Considering it only has 62000 km, possibly it was just time ????

I was here last year to purchase several bulbs for my vehicle dashboard and then again a month back to get an emissions test.

This time without an appointment, I drove into the Express Service bay hoping to get a much needed Transmission Fluid change. My vehicle arrival was registered into the service system by Alex along with the requested service. He had informed me there was 1.5 hours wait behind others and that was okay for me; I have time for my coffee and bagel plus write this review. I signed the paperwork to proceed with the estimated cost of $125 plus taxes for the job.

Upon seating in the Customer Lounge, I received a dealer text message on my cell ...this is Alex, your Service Advisor@Roadsport Honda. If you need anything throughout your visit, reply to this text.. .

Now, Roadsport Honda has a Service Shuttle to take customers elsewhere while their vehicle set is being performed but I m staying here. Pickup is also available by appointment.

The lounge area has clean restrooms, a kids play area, a decades old video game machine, 4 big screens (...one showing vehicle status for each work order), complimentary coffee & tea, newspapers & magazines, and couch seating for 18 people. All the while, easy listening music fills the air to reduce stress; especially for those customers that may be expecting a large repair bill.

I ve found the service excellent and staff at this dealership professional and very friendly. Today was more of the same. My total bill was $135.38 and I was back on the road 1.5 hours after I dropped in!

Very poor customer service. When you buy something, they're happy to serve you, but when you want to return something as is or completely unopened, they will try everything to reject you, interrogate you like it's your fault, and then if you can pass all the "test", they will finally charge you 20% restocking fee. What a rip off!
Congratulations Roadsport Honda, you just made a 20% profit out of nothing.
Thank god I ordered a new car, and guess what? The brand name doesn't start with H!

Taking the extra servicing package from Roadsport is the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life.the service staffs are so arrogant.they never take care of your car,the don t even check the air pressure of the tire in servicing time,they make a mess with mud in the interior of your car after the service,basically you have to take your car to another detailing serive to clean the interior more over they scratched my car and they made me come couple of times to fix it.

I would have given these goons negative stars if there was an option. I went there with my cousin to buy a car and we finalized the deal on the same day. Because he does not have a credit yet as he is new to the country and so we were told that it would be hard to get the auto loan approved under his name which we understood. After 3-4 days, they told us that our application had been rejected which we were kind of expecting. My cousin then decided to get the car financed under his brother-in-law s name who has an excellent credit and has a valid source of income as well that they agreed on. Then out of nowhere, they started whining that it would still not be possible to get the approval and that we would have to arrange a co-signer who should at least be a permanent resident. We submitted the details of the co-signer and then they started demanding unnecessary documents. It went on for a week or so and as frustrated as we were, we had to cancel the car and on top of everything, they never pick up the phone and we had to go all the way from Mississauga to Scarborough 3-4 times just to talk to them which is insane. They never value your time. I have been to numerous other dealerships before and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and the way they treated us says all about their customer service. I would never recommend anyone to visit them.

Some nice people here but they don't promise everything they say. I was suppose to get $100 Dash-cam which was going to be installed in my new civic. I came to the dealership and nothing was installed. Instead I had to wait over a month until they gave in and provide the dash-cam. It was poor quality and was priced roughly $20 on Amazon. Also don't trust all the 5 star reviews..they are fabricated.

The worst Honda dealer ever, they promise you something and after you give them the car they change their words and make you pay more money than you anticipated ! But I think a lawsuit going to be the solution.

Lucas DeLuca, I really really encourage you to read more about your work and what actually is needed to be done with the cars that are coming for service. if you did your homework you ve know that my car take a regular transmission fluid which costs $380 for a triple flush at a Honda dealer , instead you hit me with $800 plus for that because you thought my engine is CVT !!!! You were in a hurry to take my money instead of investigating more and doing your proper job.

Service is soooooo bad, I took my car on the same problem 3 times, they didn t do anything, even didn t do drive test to the car (checked the mileage), other time booked at 7:30am for oil change. They just started to work on the car at 2pm and did t do a good job.
Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else then this place. They do very bad name for Honda!

Civic 2016 Touring: I had braking noise when coming to a slow stop after long drives and also had vibration when applying brakes, the service advisor Sachin Joshi took my concerns genuinely and seriously and resolved both issues on 2 visits. For the noise while braking, even though the mechanic ignored my concerns, Sachin probed the issue further with the foreman to identify the issue and changed the HUB Assembly and changed all four Rotors that fixed both the noise and vibration, all under warranty.

Andy Zhao, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Before walking into the showroom, I had researched the Civic Hatchback that I wanted. I knew what I was looking for, but had some specific questions. Andy was able to provide clear answers. I did not sense any exaggeration or pressure from him. He respected my ability to make my own rational decision; I felt confident working with him. The purchase and delivery proceeded smoothly. Went for the first oil change of my HONDA HRV 2018, service adviser ARASH ARIAN mislead in pricing for the oil change , replying to my question why is the price too high compare to Toyota service dealer , he replied they don't use synthetic oil for corolla , which I'm sure they do , just don't want to go into the argument so allow him to perform the job after the work done I got the invoice for the spring maintenance package which I never ask for it and not required for the brand new car. I call the service center to reconfirm the price for the only oil/filter change and surprised to get cheaper price within couple of hour.
I don't understand why the dealership set such a high targets so the service adviser has to get dishonest with the customers.
Will never trust this dealer ship again & will give a second thought before buying any HONDA

Their Service Department has never disappointed me; Required Repairs are discussed as to why they are necessary ie safety or normal wear, with the approx. cost. There are no major surprises.Over the years I have observed that all customers receive the same detailed attention. Repairs made in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

I had the worst experience with the service at Roadsport Honda. Avoid at all cost. I bought a new set of winter tires from Honda and installed it there. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and waited there for 3 hours for them to install winter tires. After I arrived home, I realized they forgot to put my summer tires into my car. Did not apologize for their mistake at all. I wrote a complain to them and the management did nothing about it. Second time i went back was for the FREE oil change program they offer. I drop off my car and was informed to wait for them to call, approximate wait time was one hour. I got the call 4 hours later. Extreme long wait time! This was during covid 19, i notice two of their staff was not wearing a mask when dealing with customer. I understand the need to take it off for a break but please put a mask on when talking to customer. I will not bring my car in again.

When I first got there i was just looking around and Alan Chen greeted me and ask if I needed help. He was nice and allowed me to test drive the car the I want right away! He really takes time to say every details of the car and how to use it. I will recommend this dealership and Alan Chen to my family and friends! Great job Roadsport!

i wish I could give a zero star for the negligent service these guys provide. I bought a Honda Accord 2011 from roadsport Honda thinking that buying a used car with a Honda dealership would give me a peace of mind, instead its been my greatest headache and a biggest mistake. Just 2 months after I bought my car, I got it checked with Midas and realized that there 2 leaks one in transmission and one in trans axle, additionally there was also a problem with wheel balance with 1 of the front rims a bit deformed. I tried to book an appointment with them, left several Voice messages with the Manager, which he never got back to me. I even spoke several times with the salesperson TONY. He insisted to talk with manager as he did not have any authority to make decisions. I made several attempts to talk with the manager but he never bothered to call back. So I decided to come all the way from Kingston to Scarborough just to meet the manager so that they can at-least have a look at the car. I explained everything, he did not even listen to me nor did he bother to have a look at the car. Its not even been 3 months I bought the car. All i expected was them to have a look at the car. While selling they promised if anything happens to the car within 3 months bring it to them they will fix it. But this is what happened. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. EXTREMELY rude, negligent and unprofessional behaviour.

If could give zero stars I would give it to them. Stay away from the repair shop is the biggest rip off. I went looking for labour quote for the replacement of starter and a service technician asked for 6 hours of labor . What a joke !!!!!!!! . I went in there because I thought the service advisor from this Honda would be honest . The replacement of a starter Honda CR-V 2008 is not an easy one because thecar has to be lift upand there are quite a few parts to be move to get to the starter . I saw my mechanic do it but unfortunately he was not around to do it this time and it took him 2 hours. The service advisor that gave me the quote is from the islands by the way. STAY AWAY FROM THE REPAIR SHOP!!!!!!

Terrible experience even with their phone service. I called them saying I'm interested in one of the Honda model. A women interrupted me letting me wait. Then a man got the phone. I repeated what I said and the man did the same interrupting me and letting me wait. Then I got no response after been waiting for 5 minutes. I will never go to a dealer like this.

The service provider answered all the questions I asked, as well as provided me the break down of fees. I did not feel hassled to do anything more than what I came for. They did not haggle me or seem too pushy, which was a great relief. I'm extremely happy with the service at Roadsport Honda.

My SUV transmission blew with no notice to me :( I decided after so many years of driving GMC's to move onto a Honda CRV. I reached out with an inquiry by email to Road Sport and Johnson emailed me 1st thing in the morning, he was dedicated, professional and very informative on all the Honda Products. He was not a pushy sales person at all, thus making my decision to buy from him! I saw the CRV on Monday by Saturday of the same week I picked it up with no hassles and no issues. I recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle at this dealership, he is personable and he makes you feel like family. A couple months later my sister went to see him and bought her CRV had the exact same experience! Thank You Johnson :) The best decision I have made with vehicles and dealership!

they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee to return unopened screws?lol..the associate said it's the cost of doing paperwork....I didnt know they had to do a big write up if i wanted to return some unopened retainer screws that would probably go back into a bin of screws anyway. I asked to speak to a manager and the associate said it will be an hour wait..wasnt worth my time..avoid buying parts here..other honda dealerships dont charge a restocking fee... I also took a video of an angry customer yelling at a service tech for the work they did as I was leaving....I would upload it as proof this place is shady but google reviews only allows pics to be uploaded.....I would recommend Formula Honda or Markham Honda instead of these people..

I had multiple bad experiences at this dealership. I bought a 2014 CRV EX-L from this dealership. Ended up costing $39884 on 48 month finance - I'm a bad negotiator, and I'm embarrassed that I paid that price for this vehicle. Maybe it's a problem endemic of dealerships, but hear me out on their "service."

The back latch on my vehicle was a lemon. During the winter months, the back latch wouldn't open. When I brought the vehicle back for the issue the first time, they confirmed that would have a shuttle to get me to work while they fixed the issue. When I got there, the shuttle service was delayed a couple of hours, so I had to come back another day. That's understandable, it was really bad weather that day. The second time I brought it back, they tried to seal it (they thought water was seeping inside and freezing). Shuttle was again late getting me to work - I arrived at their dealership 2 hours early to account for that. The solution didn't work, I had to come back for the third time so they can completely replace the back latch. The service vehicle was also late the third time.

Second issue I had with the vehicle: the back rotors rusted within 2 years of owning the car, causing a grinding noise. The service tech told me that the brake pads and rotors were rusted through, so I had to replace them. They charged me $560+ tax for the job. This time, I made absolutely clear that I CAN'T be late for work. I was like an hour for work again. On top of that, the grinding noise was still there.

I'm aggravated every time I visit this dealership. I finally went to an independent garage (igarage) who diagnosed the issue as a dirty caliper sliding pin. They took it apart, cleaned it, lubricated it, and they solved my issue.

I got a lemon vehicle. I got SCAMMED on the service. On my 4 visits there, they made me significantly late for work every single time. I do not recommend anyone visit this dealership. I don't ever want to buy a Honda vehicle after this experience.

Great service. They fixed a recall on my odyssey and finished 2 hours earlier than they said they would. The waiting area is nothing to be desired. Seating is very limited and there aren t any designated areas where guests can use their laptops

Had a wonderful experience a Roadsport Honda. Friendly and professional staff, not pushy in any way. Felt comfortable with them, even the manager who was amazing. It was a slightly used car and they only had clean ones for sale. They don't sell cars with problems or uncertain histories. So the car was amazingly clean and a better deal than any other Honda dealer. They also disclosed everything about the car, full transparency. Very pleased with this dealer and will most certainly return in the future God willing.

Don't be fool by their "FREE OIL CHANGE !!!" offer. This is a catch: you have to do lot of extra maintenance to get the free oil change. Extreme unprofessional service from Service Dept. You don't get what they promise and they will show you red tapes. Would not go to Roadsport for service, I am done.

The staff is so biased and rude to deal with. They did not approach well to me. Very rigid mindset and no hint to be friendly. Even on name of honda policy speaks lies, because other honda dealers suggest and supported friendly policy. Rude staff for sure .

I just bought a 2015 Honda accord touring v6 at roadsport honda... Everyone was pleasent and professional especially Johnson who went ahead and beyond to make sure that all my requirements are met.. He kept me updated for my vehicle and today I'm going to.pick.the car up.. Really happy with the roadsport honda..

I have been going to Roadsport Honda now for 6 years and I always get the best service. The staff are friendly and efficient. Plus in covid times, they practice social distancing, the waiting room feels safe and clean. Always a pleasant experience.

I was a long time customer at their local competit...

I was a long time customer at their local competitor, until recently I had 2 terrible experiences in a row so I decided to give Roadsport Honda a try. Their service department is efficient, competent, and above all HONEST! From the other place I get a check list of things on my car, and I know certain areas of my vehicle needs repairs but they marked the known problem areas with all GREENS, and recommended me to do my brakes every time I bring my car to these guys.

After the visit to Roadsport Honda their service department are honest and upfront about necessary repairs and they offer ACCURATE recommendation (Not just to scam me for money) 2 thumbs up for your professionalism and HONESTY Roadsport Honda, and I would recommend all my friends and family to you guys from now on. For everyone else out there I would strongly recommend to do your research before bring your car into a dealership.

Once again big thank you to Roadsport and you guys just gained a new customer, and I will be bringing my car to service with you guys from now.

i bought a used Honda Odyssey. The buying experience was very smooth. Tony was my salesperson. I was allowed multiple times for test-drive. Tony was very helpful in providing all the details. He answered each question patiently. Also i met the manager and the financial person. All seem very friendly. I recommend this dealership and i'll definitely knock this place for my next car buying period.
