The service was good and timely, but my concern was with their safety to customers during this pandemic. I appreciate that there were less chairs in the waiting room, however, it would've been great, like other establishments, if there was a sanitizer dispenser in the room, especially as soon as you walk in. To make matters a bit worse, the ladies' bathroom did not have any paper towel, and also one stall did not have toilet paper, which tends to be the norm there, but during this time, it would've been assuring if these products were provided for and/or replenished upon need.
Outside of that, I'm satisfied with the service that was done on my car!
The wait was long. However I do understand due to Covid 19 and they were short staff. Overall service was great. Warren my Mechanic is great. He was keeping me up date as to when my vehicle was ready. Thank u

We came here just to look at some cars and ended up buying a 2015 Honda Accord. John Christie was extremely helpful and very friendly, hands down one of the best salesmen we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered all our questions and addressed every concern we had about the car and we hadn't even decided that we were going to buy a car that day but his demeanor and helpfulness convinced us. We traded in our 2005 Honda Accord too which my dad really did not want to get rid of but we made a great deal and it worked out well. We will definitely refer friends and family to him if they need a car and will be coming back in the future.
Brought car in for oil change and customer service was awful. They also forgot to tighten my drain bolt before they returned the car to me. Caused awful leak and stain on driveway. When I called the dealership, the manager was not available and I was told the advisor that assisted me is no longer working there. Caused such a mess to clean up. Bolt would unscrew with fingers! Very disappointed.
Worst service experience. Booked well in advance and when reached for the service they told they don't have the replacements parts. Not even have the common courtesy to update me before.

Visited this dealership and was greeted by Charles Chan, Leasing Renewal Manager. I had not known that Charles was not even a salesperson at the time. He explained to me the whole purchasing process and very detailed explanation of all the different model trims. Even though it was not his job, he went above and beyond to inform me of my options. He knew that I would not be making the final decision on purchasing the vehicle today but this did not put him off and he still did the best he could to give me as much information as possible. Would definitely return to this dealership in the future, whether or not I end up purchasing a vehicle from here!

The young man that answered the phone at 9:30 AM today was not helpful at all. Was very rude and cut me off when I asked to process a payment over the phone. Their IVR speaks to covid-19 protocols but buddy decided "ya no, we're not taking no payments over the phone " Will not be visiting this location, ever.

Went for the first oil change of my HONDA HRV 2018, service adviser ARASH ARIAN mislead in pricing for the oil change , replying to my question why is the price too high compare to Toyota service dealer , he replied they don't use synthetic oil for corolla , which I'm sure they do , just don't want to go into the argument so allow him to perform the job after the work done I got the invoice for the spring maintenance package which I never ask for it and not required for the brand new car. I call the service center to reconfirm the price for the only oil/filter change and surprised to get cheaper price within couple of hour. I don't understand why the dealership set such a high targets so the service adviser has to get dishonest with the customers. Will never trust this dealer ship again & will give a second thought before buying any HONDA
I have been dealing with Roadsport Honda for 11 years, and between my wife and I and one of my daughters, have purchased or leased 6 CRV's. During that time, I have come to expect excellent service, and my expectations have always been met.
This is a stark contrast to some other reviews. In our opinion Roadsport Honda Used Car provides excellent Service. We were looking for a car and talked to Phillip and his manager Dave. We also took a car for test drive. In dealing with them we were impressed with their customer service. Very professional and conduct their business honestly without hard selling or being pushy. Although we ended up not buying from them this time we would still highly recommend their service. In future if we look for used car we will definitely talk to them first!

Watch when you buy a used vehicle from this place. I bought a used CRV that was supposed to be certified and e-tested. The service department must have just signed off on the certification without even looking at it because the tires were completely bald. I complained and they did put new summer tires on it but even with the new summer tires I found it still ran rough. Recently, I discovered the struts are completely gone. No suspension whatsoever.
Alex the service adviser was prompt and courteous. He explained all the work being done clearly and concisely and pointed out potential signs of future work that may be required. He was also able to help identify a problem I was having with the vehicle and offered a solution. Definitely above and beyond what I expected and having more people like Alex is what Honda should be looking for.
I visited your location recently with the intension to purchase a used Honda CRV. The reason why I was at this specific location was being in the same community and to support our local business as I live just two blocks south from where your business in located. However, this was an unpleasant experience as I received very poor customer service and humiliation. When I requested to view the black Honda CRV that was parked in the lot your staff handed me a list of inventories and said if it s not within your budget then there is no point in viewing . The statement made by the customer representative was discriminating and judgmental. There was no service offered to meet the customer s expectation and needs. This was a disappointing approach from your staff and I am sincerely notifying this matter to the management team in order to have future occurrence of such behaviour shouldn t be acceptable which might impact the business and reputation of Honda dealers.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Because of a longer than anticipated wait for the service to be completed, the service advisor (Jingdong) discounted my bill quite significantly. Also, when he saw me attempting to replace a wiper blade, he immediately got one of the service people to do it for me. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be going back.
I'm writing to commend the excellent service provided by Raymond Chan, Service Advisor, in my recent part replacement. I had a seat belt (driver's) that's malfunctioning and I called the Service Dept. to request inspection ASAP. The staff answering the call asked me to make an appointment during weekday, which would be 2 days away. I felt I couldn't wait as this is a safety concern. So I pulled into the Service Centre and asked Raymond for help. He attended to it quickly and after checking said he would seek approval for parts replacement, which was done in 2 days. I now got a new buckle and regain my peace of mind in driving my Honda Fit. I would like to thank Raymond again for his courteous, helpful and flexible attitude. Roadsport Honda needs more staff like him.
Compare to their nearby competitors I would rate Roadsport Honda 6 stars if I could. They are at least trust worthy with their work and fair prices on new and used vehicles. Don't get scammed by other dealers offering garbage "add ons" at every stage of your negotiation. And one more thing, I wouldn't trust Dealer Rater, complete fake reviews.
I took in our Honda Civic today because when driving over bumps or ruts there was a clunking sound and it had been getting progressively worse over the past few weeks. The crew at Roadsport checked the various options for why this noise was being made and finally came up with a rock that had imbedded itself in some part of the undercarriage and was making the stabilizer bar not work properly. Anyway, problem solved and they only charged me for a half hour of labour. I was very happy that there was nothing else wrong.
I am not at all satisfied with their service. Seems like unprofessional people. The main aim is making money not customer satisfaction. For them, Washing car means spreading water on it.
Got my mom's car serviced here. The dealership is very old and looks like it's falling apart. They really need to come up to the 21st century and renovate. Service guy was very nice. Would go to a nicer Honda dealership next time.
Agent was very honest and described essential safety-related servicing such as machining the brake rotors and pads vs. non-essential servicing such as alignment. Also honestly advised that air filter and transmission fluid did not need to be changed at this time despite service codes appearing on dashboard because both were recently done in the last 6 months. Agent was also able to meet challenging time lines that I had requested
The best part of this honda is the shuttle driver is very nice and polite, took my car in for a sound while driving, they found it to be a bearing which is covered under the 5 year powertrain warranty but to get away from the coverage they blamed it on a ding that was on the bumper, the noise was there WAY before the scratch on the bumper but blamed the cause to be all from that and told me warranty would not cover

Worst service ever. I went in to show them my car as my A/c was blowing hot air. First i booked two appointments and when i went there they said you don t have any appointments. Then when i was able to see someone in the service department they said we ll order the parts and call you back. Its been 2 months and no news yet. I call at least 5 times still no response. They lady would transfer me to someone and they wont tale the call so it will go to voicemail. When i leaf my contacts information no callback from them . I will surely report this to Honda.
When I drive my vehicle into the service bay I receive prompt courteous service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. All work is completed correctly the first time and on time. The Service Manager is very knowledgeable, respectful and approachable and I would not hesitate to recommend Roadsport Honda.

On the 30th of October, we had an appointment to go to the bus to pick up the car at around 10:00 in the morning. We signed the document and the first payment and went out to get the car. I saw a deep scratch at the rear of the car and then the left hand of the car. There were a lot of small scratches on the side mirror. At the time we asked sale that he said that because of the new car, he explained that buying a black car would have scratches that would not affect driving. If we mind, we can help us fix it. It is not a big deal. We don't agree to ask if we can change a new car for us. We will wait for the new car next time. Then he will talk to the manager. Later, after the manager came out, he said to us. The car is already in us. All the information below has already been signed. It is your car that doesn't matter. You don't have to even say that if you call a lawyer, I will say the same thing to him. The attitude is very arrogant. When the manager finished speaking, we went into our office. Later, sales told us that he could not do anything. It can only help us fix the car and then pick up the car the next day. We think so, we want to buy a new car. It is wrong to sell the scratched car to us as a new car. This is to deceive the consumer. We are very happy to buy a car. The whole family is not happy now.

Worst location.i bought Honda civic from this location(2017).when I drove civic I feel tire vibration then I informed to sales person he said its gonna be ok .but that problem still going I changed tires and rotors doesn't help me .I recommend people who wanna buy used car from this location don't buy and don't waste money. especially used car department manager worst he is hungry about money
I called Roadsprts Honda to book an appointment for to check my Battery, same time I asked them if they could change my Oil too( the service person told me that is B1 Service). I dropped off the vehicle and went to pick up, they charged me for around $210+ Tax for B1 Service. I asked them why is it $210 dollars, they said we did oil change and brake check up, ect. I asked you for OIL CHANGE ONLY, he(Christine) said I do not care, I am in the clear, you booked for B1 service. I ASKED FOR OIL CHANGE AND REP TOLD ME IT IS B1 SERVICE. SO HOW WOULD I KNOW B1 SERVICE IS DIFFERENT THAN OIL CHANGE. DON'T THEY HAVE TO SAY THIS INCLUDE THIS AND THAT ECT. WHEN I ASKED FOR OIL CHANGE, HE HAVE TO BOOK FOR OIL CHANGE. I PIAD AROUND $220+ TAX FOR OIL CHANGE WITH ROADSPORT HONDA. I WOULD NOT GO THERE ANYMORE. IF YOU NEED TO GO, NEED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT, PLEASE TELL THEM, WHAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE. DO NOT GO BY B1 OR B2 OR B3 OR BY THERE RECOMMANDATION. make sure to make sure how much it they would charge to fix the vehicle for that service. you do not want to hear this " I DO NOT CARE SIR, I AM IN THE CLEAR BECASUE YOU MADE APPOINTMENT FOR B1 SERVICE" which I did not, I only asked for Oil change and Rep told me it is B1 Service. ROADSPORT HONDA SERVICE IS GOING DOWN THE HILL. I BOUGHT 2 VEHICLE FROM THERE AND USED TO BE GOOD SERVICE AND CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS BUT NOW it is going down the hill. Also He said, I have to know what I am booking for! how would I know when I said Oil change, Service person said yes, it is B1 Service! Is that mean DO NOT TRUST our Service Person?

I do not trust your advice anymore. I came home to do some research about the difference between tire rotation and four wheel alignment and found out that your advice was misleading which caused me to spend money unnecessarily on four wheel alignment. For that reason, I am totally unsatisfied with your service. You could have gone the extra mile by offering me a complementary car wash at a later date when the car wash is up and running again. This dealership has very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE! I regret that I make purchase here for my second car, at first yes they will show you how important you are, but after that they will not bother to contact you or follow up to you. I purchase a 2013 Honda Civic EX here this April of 2017 ,when me and my friend talk to the sales agent and his name is Abi. I ask him that I want Winter tire on steel rims, window visor and rubber mats for my car all included to my purchase because he specifically ask me what I want, so I mention all of that. He Abi my sales guy went to there Sales Manager to ask, and he came back after awhile saying that all good they will give what I want. When I finally gonna get my car the only thing incomes are the winter tires. He said I had to come back for the rest. and I said okey. Months past and its been June, I never here a call from them regarding for my stuff,so I made a call again because there another missing to my car which is the user manual for the car. What I here was my sales guy was no longer working there, so I had to talk to there Sales Manager. To make short they request to me to send the copy of the purchase invoice to them to verify. I did all my best to follow up with their Sales Representative, in regards of my steel rims and also with user manual for the car. Since June until now December I been contacting them and every time I call to their sales manager voicemail voicemail voicemail. I'm so disappointed right now and tired of calling to get my steel rims, I regret and will NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! to anyone I know for there poor customer service.
The Service Advisor listened carefully to my description of the symptoms of the intermittent brake problem and brought the appropriate technical attention to bear until it was fixed. He kept me informed of status of repairs and the truck was ready when he said it would be. As well, the person who answers the service telephone is courteous and clear.
Went there to diagnose a check engine light when my car started throwing a couple of codes after a repair. They charged me for an hour of labour (their standard) and basically wrote up a quote to repair all possible parts that could cause those codes without even bothering to check if the parts were faulty (and I know they weren't). I already know what the codes were and explained the issue to the advisor before the examination and specified that I wanted them to figure out what was really causing the problem (it can be a bad part, electrical fault, bad ecu etc.). After an hour they basically came back with a quote for a bunch of repairs but said they couldn't confirm if it would fix the problem. They said they wouldn't even bother to look for the actual problem until I did the needless repairs (about $2k cost). I paid them to tell me less than what I found out through a 5 minute google search of the obd codes. Not the kind of superficial and incompetent service I expect form a dealer.
I had my honda CRV 2019 service at Roadsport Honda for oil change and rotate tires on October 19, 2020. It was a nightmare and unbelievable experienced that I had encountered from a dealer. Take note from a dealer for being unprofessional by damaging my rim when they do my tire rotation. When I noticed the damages on lug holes, I filled a complain same day at night but I got no response from them. I called them on October 22, 2020 and I talked to their customer service agent (Service Department). He put me on hold for 15 minutes and then I was disconnected. I called back again, and guess what? No one answered. I leave a message with my phone number and invoice number. Thanks God already 2021 but nobody called me from Roadsport Honda. Prior to Roadsport Honda my last tire rotation was done by other Honda dealership and no damages.
Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would definitely not shop here. Sales guys and managers make you feel like you know nothing about cars. Nothing but rudeness and ignorant people. The service advisors were courteous and professional. Due safety measures were in place on account of Covid19. My reason for the visit was 1) oil change - which was done satisfactorily and 2) a vibration/noise when the brakes were applied, especially just before the vehicle stopped. I was told that the vehicle was out of warranty (1916 vehicle - 3 years and 9 months old) and would have to pay for an inspection - about $135 or so. If any service was to be done to the brakes, i would have to pay for the service - not the inspection of the brakes. I declined as I found the inspection charges expensive. To date I have purchased 5 vehicles from the dealership over 5 years. My opinion was that, considering my long association with the dealership, the inspection should have been free of charge.

My vehicle was having issues. Roadsport Honda did a great job getting me in during this time of COVID-19 shutdown. The service area was marked for physical distancing, acrylic barrier established, key fob put into zip lock bag so that employees do not need to touch your keys. And service by appointment only to limit the number of people in at one time. Staff used masks and gloves. This is something I appreciate. I also came in with gloves and mask on. We protect each other. Repairs were done on time and so far very well done. I was helped by Warren and Edmund. Thank you guys for great service and thanks to the technicians who fixed my car and worked behind the scenes unseen. If you need auto service during this time of Covid lockdown, call ahead, and be patient. I did this and received the call back in one day. Very reasonable.
The service is excellent. It does not too long to arrange an appointment for an examination. It takes 3 days to order the parts and repair completed in 2 days. The car is very fine right now. I appreciate the good services of Roadsport Honda.
Booked an appointment at service centre for 9:15 am for JUST an oil change. Came in 10 mins early as usually theyre busy and want to make sure they start the work on time. Told me it'll take an hour and a half! I have an appointment booked already plus its only an oil change. So the lady said theyre busy with people bringing in cars for their tires. I dont care. If my appointment is at 9:15 , you start the work on my car at 9:15. We are going into 2 hrs now and this was ONLY an oil change. Ridiculous!

I have very bad experiences with this used car department dealership please make sure before you buy any car from them. I bought a 2017 Honda civic 30k after 2 days making noise from front wheel. When I bring it back used car department says we can't responsible about that. You have to talk with service department. They also make so many mistakes. Before they said link problem. But they changed front brakes Still i have Same issue i didn't fix my car. Please be careful with this used car department dealership. They talking nicely until they sale the car.
