i wish I could give a zero star for the negligent service these guys provide. I bought a Honda Accord 2011 from roadsport Honda thinking that buying a used car with a Honda dealership would give me a peace of mind, instead its been my greatest headache and a biggest mistake. Just 2 months after I bought my car, I got it checked with Midas and realized that there 2 leaks one in transmission and one in trans axle, additionally there was also a problem with wheel balance with 1 of the front rims a bit deformed. I tried to book an appointment with them, left several Voice messages with the Manager, which he never got back to me. I even spoke several times with the salesperson TONY. He insisted to talk with manager as he did not have any authority to make decisions. I made several attempts to talk with the manager but he never bothered to call back. So I decided to come all the way from Kingston to Scarborough just to meet the manager so that they can at-least have a look at the car. I explained everything, he did not even listen to me nor did he bother to have a look at the car. Its not even been 3 months I bought the car. All i expected was them to have a look at the car. While selling they promised if anything happens to the car within 3 months bring it to them they will fix it. But this is what happened. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. EXTREMELY rude, negligent and unprofessional behaviour.
