Poor customer service, drive thru staff are mostly shady and are untrustworthy. Try to upsell things you don't need done on reg maintenance. Especially to uninformed customers. Make you feel like you are not entitled to your own warranty. Avoid this place at all costs.

To my surprise, the used car sales department in this location is even sketchier than the no name dealers I went to check. Is hard to get someone on the phone to talk, they are severely understaffed so be ready to wait. Also, they do not put good descriptions in the autotrader adds for the cars, which made waste a 100km trip to go see an accord they were selling.

Terrible customer service. I had to call numerous times to see if my vehicle was ready. 5 hours later, called them again for them to tell me that my vehicle has been ready for pickup for a while. Another time, made me wait two hours just to tell me that the part I needed won t be coming in today. Very unprofessional service. I Will never be going to roadsport Honda again.

Visited Roadsport Honda on Wednesday at 10:15AM this week and their service was great! My service advisor was Sachin Joshi and he was thorough and asked me if I need clarification on any of the service items being done to our 2020 HRV. He informed my my oil change and rotation of tires were schedule and that it would be 1 hr to 1 hr 30 mins for the service. I waited in a comfy lounge chair in their service lounge and checked emails and listen to music (all COVID-19 procedures in full affect). Next thing I knew Sachin was calling my name and I was done, in and out in 40 mins! Amazing, great prices on the service and was on to my next task of the day. Thanks Roadsport!

I am always fine with this dealership but this time, my service adviser brought the level even higher. He is very pleasant when he greeted customers. He looked into the service history and recommended the necessary services prior to I asking. I am very happy with this experience.

I live over 100km from the dealership and was asking for a few more pictures because they had only posted one. Believe it or not, it was too much of a hassle for Mike N. to walk over to the lot which is a few meters away to take a few pictures. They want to make money but do not want to work for it. Lazy salesman.

Went to this dealership after a not very inspiring experience at another Honda dealership. I'm very happy with Roadsport Honda. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

Alan Chen was very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into buying but at the same time he addressed any questions and gave me all the information I needed to help me make my own decision. I went there wanting a Civic LX. I'm glad he didn't waste both of our time talking about the higher models to upsell. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in a car and explained the difference between the hatchback and sedan. I was leaning towards the hatchback. Even though the hatchback was more expensive, he recommended the sedan based on the features was looking for. He let me see both cars side by side because I was concerned about the trunk space and also let me test drive both. He also explained the difference in financing and leasing. At the end of the day I was very happy with my choices and it was thanks to his help.

I was lucky that the car I wanted was in their inventory. He made sure I got it within 2 days. Even though it was late when we picked up the car, he still took his time to show us the car and explain the necessary details without making us feel rushed.

It was definitely a good experience. I will recommend Roadsport and Alan Chen for your car purchase!

I rated it above expectations is because this is the first I had a phone call from the service advisor asking me how my van was doing the day after the service was done. For me, that is more than enough to show how you care about your customer.

DO NOT fall for their free oil change program ! We took our car for routine service and the free oil change and found our car tire pressures changed upon retrieving the car. As the car was driven to the highway ramp it was pulled to the right and immediately when checked out , the right tire was flat. We had to argue with management and the team because this could have caused a serious accident on the road and almost killed my brother . After the car was taken back to the shop right away , they said that right front tire wouldn t be used, and a spare was put on, the balance is totally off of the car. Now we came back to the same location to have our tire changed and have to deal with long wait times to talk to the manager , and fix a problem that they caused !

I wish i can give zero star. Such a rip-off! Some parts are 4 times the price else where. Bad attitude for after-sale customer service. They will give you a hard time when u try to return something, even when you are willing to pay for the restocking fee. WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN, EVER!

This is my first time to buy a car, ever. They were kind and courteous; patiently answered all my questions. Gave detailed introduction to the car, paired up car Bluetooth with my cell phone. Basic set up and explained all details. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommended this dealership. They also showed me where to go for service, introducing me to Tiger.

The purchase of my car at this dealer location went over ok but servicing my car there did not. I won't be bringing it back.

Woman at the service desk is not pleasant at all. I have the Honda VIP service but all that seems to be is a way to get you to use their service department. On the very first service they are supposed to do a tire rotation but did not. When I dropped the car off the service tech acknowledged it would be done but it wasn't when I picked up the car. They claimed it would be done in my next service and warned me that one is not covered by this VIP program and that it would be relatively expensive (including the other nonsense that they do).

Well I won't be going back. I recommend taking your car elsewhere and avoid this service location altogether. They really only seem interested in hooking you in and not really giving you any sort of decent service.

Descent dealership and provide honest services. Hard to coordinate with their maintenance center coordinator/ reception though.

Edit: over the years, the quality of service has decreased. the staff are very hard to communicate with and make lots of assumptions. I gave a survey that reflected my true opinion. The next day, I got a confrontation call from the staff. Guess who sold his Honda and will never have a Honda again?

DONT EVER GO HERE! They falsify car proof documents. I bought a certified used 2012 Honda Civic in 2015, I went to trade in my car for a 2018 a few weeks ago and come to find out the car was involved in an accident 2014. My car proof document shows nothing of this accident or why would I buy the car and finance it. They only gave me one key, I even complained to Corporate Honda and nothing got done.... The used side of the dealership is HORRIBLE drive the extra KM and go to PICKERING!

Thanks for the letter reminding me that it was time to bring my CRV in for an oil change.
The mechanics were welcoming and friendly. I felt respected as a customer when I received a call to let me know when my car would be ready for pick-up.

The car felt like it ran new again. I'm glad I listened to advice of adviser, especially before winter came. A lot of work was required for the car. Thankfully, the adviser was very flexible with cost. Thank you for listening and understanding. I am always comfortable coming to your service center. I will continue to have car serviced with this dealership.

Booked an appointment today to change tires, took 2 hrs to do this. I wasn't aware it was just a booking. Please share this with your staff they should inform clients of wait time.

Just spoke to Manager and my issue dealt with in a very professional manner. I will keep the 3 stars until my next appointment and see if changes are real.
