Great Used car buying experience. Dave Lutz (our salesman) was friendly & organized which led to a seamless transaction. The car was presented in beautiful condition at sale-meaning it was well detailed, it looked brand new with new tires & multi point inspection. Overall great transaction.

Staff is very knowledgeable. They have big inventory. Driving my new X1 after less than a hour spent at the dealership.
When you're there ask for Hazi Ayyash. The guy will do everything he can for your business. He's honest and gives facts only no BS.

Paul M is an easy person to do business and he completely understands everything what the client wants to do, one of the best sellers I have worked with.

My sister and I had the best experience, we have ever had buying a car/cars. Our sales rep, Cameo Rollins went above and beyond to get us the vehicles we wanted, and even came in on her off day. She has a great personality and my credit which has some bumps and bruises, was worked through, and Cameo give me credit repair advice. She has a bubbly friendly personality, that was a joy to work with this whole experience. Whether you want a BMW (my sister) or a Mercedes (myself), they have a very diverse inventory to get you the car you want! Wonderful, wonderful, experience and Cameo Rollins is the best!!!!

I was recommended by a friend to come and see Paul at the pre owned showroom. I was not disappointed! My son wanted to get his first BMW since his promotion. Paul asked all the questions put everything together before we walked in the door. We didn t see the car until we got there and just as he said it was amazing. Service department is very unprofessional and slow.

I work as a driver for a company that provides 7-series to drive the execs for various companies. I had to take the car for service and it seems that the dealer has no idea how to answer phone calls/E-mails/text messages. I asked 3 times via email, twice via text and 3 times over the phone for the invoice so I could provide to my company. After numerous request I had to walk into the dealer and get a copy of the invoice then take to get scanned.

Also we drive a 7-series everyday and we lease the every year or so from various dealers. Wouldn't you think that the loaner would be at least something close. The provided the lowest level 3-series with no options. You would think that a dealer would provide the people who drive their flagship cars with something at least close.

I had brought in the car one day unscheduled and I understood that I would have to wait 2-3hours to get it looked at. As I waited for service to address my issues I looked around at all the new cars. Not once did someone say, "Can I help you". It is not like I was dress in sweat pants and t-shirt. I was wear my company suit.

Sorry to say it but I will only bring the car there for service if it absolutely required. Also I will make sure to never purchase a car from them.

By far the worst bmw service I ve got in my experience. Service department completely ignored the problem, never met the deadlines to fix the car, haven t followed up and actually never fixed it. Reported it to bmw!

Got to this dealer during the Blizzard of 2015 from Maryland because they have the best price on a car my wife and I were looking for months. Paul Moonjian was our Sales person and we were fortunate to have him to help us through the process on his scheduled off-day. Our experience with him has been second to none from communication, paperwork, getting the car ready, getting us on the road plus truthful and honest .

I have been to many car dealers before helping family dealing with both big and small dealers and Paul has impressed me the most. He is knowledgeable about the car even it is not a BMW and very patience with us from the minute we walk in. It is really good and nearly impossible to have a Sales person with his business ethnics and great attitude nowadays. You guys have earned us as your customers. Way to go, Paul!

Open Road, Edison is a great BMW dealership overall, but especially because of the sales executive Mr. Nitin Kalamdani. From the start he was extremely courteous, accommodative and honest with me. All my queries and concern were addressed in a very professional way. Suffice to say, he is one of those people you would instantly trust with an investment.
The dealership is a fine place as well. Polite, attentive executives buzzing around, enough cars in there inventory and just a very welcoming atmosphere.
Lastly, in a place with thorough professionals Nitin stood out for me. I d highly recommend this place if you want a BMW. You will not be disappointed!

Kudos to Tom Leis. He is currently a financial coordinator that I was referred to. I was on a very tight time frame and he busted his "you know what" to find me a vehicle. Great professionalism, follow through and communications. Quite a refreshing change from other brands and dealerships in the area.

Service was fast and reliable. Was very pleased with the treatment I received and happier with the fair prices. Highly recommend.

The sales people all hand around and don't try to help you unless you call them out. I'm use to someone asking if you need help as you walk in the dealer. Their selection is very small for new cars as well. I was not impressed at all. Also the car appraisal was really low for a 2010 Murano i bought at 14k they wanted to give me under 3k for it.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Pedro De Sousa E Melo. I told him candidly that I was on my way home from the gym and was only interested in understanding pricing and was not looking to buy just yet. He understood completely and still spent his personal time with me going through my options to understand pricing and the available car options. Pedro even went as far as giving me a protein bar while we searched through available inventory. Long story short, I know where I will make my ultimate purchase, whether it be in a few weeks or a year... great experience!

I usually never write reviews but I had such a good experience, I felt like I should share. Jose came by to pick up my car on Wednesday and dropped off a loaner in its place. By Thursday morning, I got a call that my car was ready and can be dropped off. Easy, Fast, Reliable Service, what else can I ask for!!!

Rich Johnson was a great salesperson he was a pleasure to talk to and answered all our questions and let us test drive multiple cars! Parking is a little confusing but otherwise a great dealership.

The Service Department at Open Road BMW has always been the standard of excellence for all these years that I've been using them for all my vehicles. Between my service advisor John L. and my technician George A., they always fix my vehicles right the first time. Nathan, the warranty coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. We checked with the Open Road BMW for trading our two BMWs, one a 2011 328i Xdrive and a 2004 X3 3.0. Both cars were relatively low mileage cars and Nitin Kalamdani was able to work out the deal for the two trades and offer an excellent lease for 2014 535d BMW. We were extremely pleased with the professional way Nitin and Open Road staff worked with us. We highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase of 2017 430xi GranCoupe at Open Road BMW in Edison, NJ. Paul Moomjian assisted me in the process of finding me the right car for the right price. Paul was very professional, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. He made the process very easy and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend working with Paul when purchasing your BMW, and I will be working with Open Road BMW of Edison in the future.

I placed an order for a simple part for my car, a OEM Trunk Fit First said Kit. Ordered it online through the actual BMW website to be delivered to the Edison Location. I received a email stating I can call the location to ensure it s there so I do and the parts rep says yes we have it after I clearly asked for the OEM that fits in my trunk. When I get there a lady at the front desk is on her Cell phone however she does greet me. Than I ask for parts and I m instructed to a guy in the back, when he comes out I give him an order number and cellphone number and he proceeds to bring out a small first aid kit not comparable to fit in the trunk section BMW gives out the factory. He already puts in that the package has been picked up because I got an email right away and than after I tell him it isn t the right product he says he ll order it and call me in 2-3 days. It s been a week I ve been calling the main line to be transferred to part and the rep doesn t call back, doesn t even listen to his voicemails. I filed a claim for the purchase for the KIT I never even received and contacted BMW to ensure they know how terrible this location is. Very disappointed I have to drive up to Bridgewater to get my BMW services and now will become my go to for parts.

I have been a customer for a while and prefer this BMW over others that I have gone to but not today, while on the phone with April explaining the issue with my car she just blatantly hangs up on me. Then when I call back she is extremely rude and dismissive. I usually wouldn't leave a review since I understand someone can be having a bad day but I asked other people who are customers at Open Road and they had the same problem.

For the past few months I ve had difficulty trying to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price for me and my family. My husband and I came into this dealership thinking this is our last option because we just had no more hope. But then we came across this wonderful young lady which was the client care specialist by the name of Daeja Roman. She was amazing at informing me with all the information I needed and been looking for! And right there she helped me find that perfect car we ve been waiting for. I have been to a almost all BMW dealerships in the central NJ region, because I am searching for a new BMW that suits my interest. I must say, I should have just gone straight to Open Road BMW and saved myself the time, hassle and gas. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Bryan Villamil, who has treated me courteously and professionally, with no sales pressure at all. I felt relaxed and at ease. I do not like sales pressure, especially when I am taking my time to search for a car that is right for me. When I am buying a car, I do so on my schedule, not a sales rep schedule. I have not once felt any sort of pressure to buy. Mr. Villamil is extremely knowledgeable, far more than I have ever seen from any other BMW sales person and enthusiast. His in-depth knowledge lead me to make the right decisions the first time. He was always patient and answered all my questions, including the somewhat less intelligent ones. I am making all my vehicle purchases with only him from now on. I will also most definitely be referring everyone to Mr. Villamil, so they can have the same positive experience I had.

Worst dealership ever. I have a car from Bridgewater dealership but in emergency left my car with open road for regular service which means top off all the fluids. Right..the first basic thing and I specifically asked for it. I have got 4 different messages for different fluid types...they never filled up and when you call them they want you to walk in for that.

The service in the service department sucks. Always an issue with receiving a loaner car. Make appointment online weeks in advance, request loaner car just to get to the dealer to be told there's no loaners available. The service receptionist is far from the kindest to say the least. The overall service you receive there is just subpar to the excellent service you'll receive at Springfield BMW or even their sister Dealer BMW of Morristown. It's more than worth it to avoid this place and travel the extra 15+ minutes to another dealer.

I have leased 4 BMW s from Nitin in past 8 years. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. His belief in building relationships rather than making a sale makes him stand apart from others. It has been a pleasure to work with him and his team at Open Road BMW.

Beware of Brandon MIllman. Just spent 3 hours at the DMV because OPEN Road BMW of Edison Nj is a disorganized hell whole. My plates were held for 2+ weeks but nobody contacted me or mailed them out. On top of that I had corresponded twice with my rep about my plates the first time he treated me like it was beneath him and said I would get a call when they arrived. About 2 weeks later he just ghosted me. After spending 3 hours getting new plates at the DMV, they found out that the plates had been mailed out weeks ago and were in the dealerships possession. Was supposed to call me Monday after meeting with his GM, as of Wednesday I have yet to receive any correspondence. Be careful they use scam techniques to increase prices such as exorbitant dealer fees (795) when its typically under 200 and scam dealer add ons such as etch (200 dollars) for 2 minutes labor. Beware of doing business with them.

Six weeks later I find out that they never processed my refund, there dealership doe not answer calls, and after 2 times speaking with bmwna and 2 promises from there sales staff about there general manager calling me, I have received absolutely nothing.

The deal Paul gave me was great. Came in looking at pre certified 3 series and I knew my budget. He showed me two cars that worked perfectly with longest warranty and lowest miles which was important to me. Negotiations were quick and easy. I told him what I wanted and he somehow made it happen. Thank you Paul and Alex the used car manager for my 16 328xi.

Horrible experience. Called to schedule service for my BMW because the check engine light just came on and was told in order for me to get a loaner car I would have to call 2 weeks in advance! How can you anticipate that your car will have a problem in order to call 2 weeks in advance for a loaner ? And when I asked the service receptionist she says I don't know what to tell you but if you need a loaner you need to call 2 weeks in advance ....she continues to tell me how this is their policy, did not even try to offer me a solution just it is what it is. I called BMW of Freehold and they quickly accommodated me with no problem and no attitude. Never will I ever go to Edison of BMW for any reason. Bad customer service . I should of known not to call BMW of Edison when my brother in law had a horrible experience with them as well just to change the oil.

Overall great car buying experience. Nitin Kalamdani made this purchase so easy and completely stress free! I put a deposit, nearly changed my mind and Nitin was extremely pleasant saying, "It's fine, whatever you want to do is fine by me." Zero sales pressure. I highly recommend Nitin and BMW of Edison if you're in the market for a BMW.

Just entered into our 3rd leased X5 today! Pedro was outstanding in assisting us in getting the perfect vehicle yet again!
