We recently bought a 2013 CRV from Roadsport Honda. We dealt with Danish Paracha. We have had many bad experiences buying cars in the past and always approach the process with some trepidation. This time, it was easy and pleasant Danish Paracha helped us throughout the whole process of purchasing a car. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had the pleasure to work with Charles Chan who helped my family and I purchase a brand new 2016 Honda Civic. Charles was very sincere and straight to the point. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything very carefully. He was also very caring and honest with the prices. He also made sure we knew how the car worked before driving it off the lot. I always hated dealing with sales reps but Charles made the whole car shopping experience enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this dealership. It's very clean and the people working there are very helpful. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle; I would highly insist to ask for Charles Chan hands down.

My dealer was Alan Chen, and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pressure me into a sale, but focused on answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the car. When I came to pick up my car, he took the time to go through all the systems to make sure I knew how to use everything in the car.
Was dealing with the service manager Jim, very rude and was swearing and very condescending. I honestly dont know how they made him a manager. Would go to any honda over this dealership.
I was looking to buy out my car there. The manager there was horrible. Because of her, I have to waste extra 5 hours to deal with something that she could help me with. Very bad attitude and unfriendly. Does the owner not evaluate the employees regularly to see if they meet the right standards??
If i could give this company a negative i would. On Saturday November 10th 2018. We called twice a few days before going in for a B13 service, winter tires and a battery change (that was free). We had told them this is the services we had wanted. We got quoted once without tax. Called again the next day, had the receptionist (the same one working November 10th) gave us a different price. We then got the call transferred to someone higher and they quoted us with the tax, the total being $1066.00. We were fine with this and had no problem to pay this. The day we go we get told its going to be much more, around $1300. The two female receptionist, who had made multiple mistakes, couldn't even find us in the system, called us "crazy and not nice people" amongst other customers and ourselves. The professionalism at the place is joke. We were given the run around by this women.We needed to know how much money to bring with us to get the services done. It is their job to tell us the quote, that should be the quote. Being $300 off is just ridiculous. Obviously training is not done in this place. This location is filled with extremely unprofessional and rude people. Our appointment was not even in the computer.
You typically only hear from me when there are bad things to report but I thought I would send you a note to let you know of a good thing . I appreciate the service that Edmond Cheung provided me with recently. My AWD light keeps coming on at random, which as you can imagine can be very dangerous especially when weather conditions are optimal as all 4 wheels spin on an abrupt stop and cause the vehicle to skid. For some reason (not the dealer s issue) the Honda Corporation did not issue this known issue as a recall. However, my extended warranty covers the fix. I was called around noon on November 1, and Edmund let me know that he had to order a different part for the vehicle. He handled the situation very well and I was not disappointed at all as I can understand how easy it can be to get the wrong part when looking at a confusing catalogue. When I picked up the vehicle that night, it was washed and lubricated. I was very happy with the service. Even though I do have to bring it in to get fixed still in the future, it is being handled very well and I am extremely happy with Edmund. There are other service mechanics which I have had issues with, but Edmund has been great. I just wanted to let you know. Thanks very much!

Bad service.. i bought my car with rust proof warranty the dealer told my every year you can do rust proof so i paid 700CA for 5 years i went to the road sport service to tell them to check my car they told me it is already had rust proof .they dont like to check any rust ...in same that money i can do rust proof every year for 6 years at machnical and full body ..
I came in for an oil change this Tuesday and right after I fell on my driveway. I had difficulty walking and was in tremendous pain. While my husband was there with me, he has difficulty walking himself due to a rare medical condition. I felt a bit helpless at first (especially given it was the first time we bring the car in for service) but my worry quickly disappeared because of Tiger's help/care. Tiger was extremely thoughtful and took care of everything for us. I can't describe how grateful we are for Tiger's thoughtfulness and excellent service!!! Thank you Roadsport Honda for having such an excellent employee. You've gotten yourself a loyal customer moving forward!!
This was my first experience with Roadsport! As an ex-employee of an automotive manufacturer, I spent years helping customers with vehicle and dealership issues; so I tend to have some expectations on what a dealership experience should feel like.
Went into RoadSport on a Monday after a huge snow storm, so they were busy needless to say trying to clean off vehicles and clear the lot. After briefly speaking to a sales rep I decided to come back a bit later in the day as their inventory was being moved around to accommodate the snow plow.
Later that day, was able to test drive two vehicles that I was interested in and was helped through the entire sales process by Harold and the manager Dave.
EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR, DISCLOSED & WELL EXPLAINED! Nothing was hidden or misrepresented including some minor damage and repairs done by the previous owner. Small details were not missed, for example keeping the previous owner's information confidential and the paperwork was clear and well explained.
The vehicle was delivered in amazing condition as promised and I was walked through the dealership to meet the service staff that I would potentially be dealing with!
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Went to the showroom today, Chilly was the consultant who came forward for dealing. He just made our experience so worst, haven t dealt with a person so rude. He was just not ready to listen to us. He spoiled our mood and we had to walk off saying thank you since we couldn t deal with him anymore. Then went to Parkway Honda and finalised our car. I would not even want to select one star in the review, really suggest you not going to this location at all.
I don't think it is too much to expect some respect for customer's time. It took 3 hours for the oil change. The car was done within 2 hours and brought out and the key was given to the cashier. The service advisor made me wait for another hour just to print the bill and he did it after I reminded him via the cashier. As they bill every minute of their time, I expect some respect for the customer's time as well.
What an awesome team at RoadSport Honda. Craig the General Manager was amazing. His professionalism, knowledge, and advice were very helpful in choosing one of our new vehicles. We will definitely refer our family and friends and be returning in the near future! Thanks again RoadSport Honda!
Worst experience.. they were polite until i was paying cash for oil change.. now my door sensors did not work from day one for my honda civic 2017.. i got them repaired twice under my warranty for 60,000kms from their service centre sat there 5 hours every time ..and guess what they are still not working after 1 and a half year and my car warranty is about to expire... guy named Roger is the only guy in their service centre who is polite and listen to your problem all the other ones don t care.worst experience with their service centre.
I went to get my Airbag fix. Because I have recalled. Once they fix it. I drove my car, something wrong with my break and my car. It's didn't feel right when I was driving. I like Honda cars they are good on gas. But I am not going to get my car fix.
Winston Chen was my sales rep. He is a genuine and friendly guy. He s easy to talk to, knows what he s talking about and is very professional.
The first time I went in, we discussed what features I was looking for. They had plenty of nice cars there but honestly, I didn t find the right one for me at that moment. Winston understood me 100% and didn t pressure me at all. Shortly after, he contacted me and said there was a car in the lot that just came in that I might like. I m so happy he did this because he was absolutely right! He remembered and knew exactly what I was looking for. Talk about amazing service! I went back and ended up buying it. The process was simple and easy. I cannot be any happier. I love my car!

Service is terrible here. My mom went in for an oil change appointment. They initially told her it would take 3 hours. She was asked to get other things checked too but she said no and the service they gave completely changed. Her estimated 3 hour service turned into over 6 hours.
She also talked to a representative about switching from leasing to financing her car. They were nice initially but once they heard she wanted to finance, their attitude changed to give more of a "I don't care" vibe.
Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE. The only way to get good service at this location is to throw all your money at them.
My parents bought their 2002 Honda Civic at this location back in 2005, which still runs beautifully to this day so I figured it would be a good place to look for my first car. My salesman was John Christie and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was also very patient with all my questions and concerns. I am in love with my Honda Accord and would 100% recommend seeing John at Roadsport Honda!
The service done was ok, after spending 280 cad plus an extra fee of 78cad for allignment which should be involved in the serivce, i got my car without a car wash. I mean i would appreciate just simple car wash if m spending this much money. Hoping for a good service next time as one time bad service cant be judged.
I bought a Honda 2013 Civic Ex 2 Doors last month. The service I experienced in Roadsport Honda was excellent. Danish Paracha was one of the sales who helped me to solve all the questions I had. He has all the knowledge that I need from the car and he explained from top to bottom to me. Not just only that ... he also teach me how to operate all the functions in the car before and after. I've been to your service facility several times and i like the friendliness of the service supervisors. They do not intimidate customers but they explain to you details of service that your car needs . They respect whatever decision the customers have. This is one reason i come back to your facility for my car service needs. Keep up the good work!
I like them overall. I bought my Accord in 2007 from them and got it serviced all these years. Good guys and helpful in general. I also get my 1997 Civic serviced by them. But...
I have to say that their service charges are on the higher side. For my Accord 2007, they recently recommended that I replace my brake pads and rotors for front and rear ($450+$450) after a type B service ($250). They don't do machining of the rotors to save some money for the customers as some other Honda dealers do. Plus the replacement of bushing for $400 and the starter for $500 (with an after-market starter). So a total of something close to $2000! for a car that has been serviced by them ever since I bought it from them. I understand that this is expected but not all at once if the car is being serviced regularly by Honda. There shouldn't be any surprises like this. You would think that this car is falling apart-but I use it everyday to drive to work and it is great. I ended-up paying for just the Type B service and the rear brakes. I did the front brakes myself out of frustration- bushing and starter to be done later. I came out with almost a $900 bill. They always send a Honda service online feedback form after the service but in this instance they did not. I wonder why? I have given them top marks in the past so don't think they are bad. But the last experience has me on a lookout for a place that agrees with my wallet.
We recently went through a car purchase experience. Dealt with Chilli. Although we don't yet have the car, next week I expect. The process so far was excellent. Easy to deal with, fair, informative but not pushy. Second new car I purchased at Roadsport. I found it to be an excellent place to buy a car.
I bought a brand new Accord back in April from Roadsport Honda and my experience has been very pleasant. The salesperson who sold me the car, Ada San, was great to deal with. I had visited other Honda dealers first and a lot of them tried to lie to me and use whatever unethical or even illegal tactics they could to get me to buy a car. Ada on the other hand took the time to work with me to get me the best offer she could and did not waste my time. I ended up buying the car the same day I walked in. When I picked the car up, she took the time to explain all the features and everything else I needed to know even though she was very busy that day. I have only been to the service department twice but my initial impressions are positive as well. I went to them 4 months after to fix an alignment issue I had been having. They took the time to ensure the issue was resolved and covered everything under warranty. I also had the first service/oil change done last week and it was complimentary as they had promised and was done in less than the 40 minutes they said it would take. Overall I have been very satisfied with the service I have received.
I booked an appointment for a oil change, I did NOT consent for a brake fluid change as well. Avoid this dealership, they are dishonest. they will perform more work on you car than what you ask and charge you more.

Everyone was very kind---as usual, and very thorough---as usual. My appointment was to have a tire swap, but in checking the brake fluid, it was discovered that it needed flushing and replacing as well. Thank you! Then when I was about to leave, it was pouring rain, and one of the young men in the receiving area offered to go across the lot to get my car for me and bring it over. He backed it right into the 'garage' so I could get in without getting even a drop of rain on me---it's not called the Service Area for nothing!!
I drove by today and seriously thinking of the new Honda accord Plug in. When I was in the show room, the receptionist, the sales men they don't seem to be interested to greet a new potential customer. One of the sales person sat behind his desk (2nd level ) and flipping the newspaper continuously as he was answering my questions. So bad that I just walked out and will never come to this place again for a new vehicle.
Worst dealer in the town .I booked Honda accord ex l but after 5 days I came to know that I can't get that car cause of shortage. Then they made a deal of Honda accord sports . On delivery day they r saying car Is not ready yet. Waste 12 days . Unprofessional staff. Non transparency. Fake commitments.
Friendly service.... only problem is no waiting area due to Covid-19.. had to wait outside in the rain... My car was repaired and I was happy with the service..

When I walked into the shop, the receptionist didn't ask me what I needed help with, I just stood there looking lost trying to figure out my way. The mechanics were nice though, and they were friendly overall. The best thing I liked was that they didn't suggest any addons for the maintenance, which made it seem like they weren't just doing it to suck out all of my money
We bought the Honda 2015 CRV on Nov 14 2015. Charles Chan is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with.
We had no intention to buy a new car at that time. However, at the end of the conversation, we were very satisfied with our experience and were eager to buy a new CRV. Charles was very patient and friendly to us and we were treated very well with all the questions being answered clearly. When picking up the car on Nov 21 2015, Charles spent more than one hour going through all the policies and features and making sure we understood everything and knew how they worked.

Great overall dealership to deal with, their service department is competent, accurate and honest from my experience. For all you Honda owners out there do your research, I had horrible experiences with some other Honda places, avoid the ones that will repeatedly recommend useless and expensive brake jobs.
Roadsport Honda certainly will not perform repairs without your knowledge or consent, and they actually acknowledge you as a customer when you walk through the door. 5 stars all the way.

Worst experience of my life. Feels like i paid 28k for garbage. I got brand new civic 2018 and in the starting, i was facing problem in the digital system. I recorded video and show to service manager JIM all the times, but he never took it seriously. As of today a serious thing happens with system but they are not taking care of it. I need to drop my car there to fix it for few days and for that they refused me to give any back up car. A big mistake of my life that i choose roadsport honda to waste my money.
Bought a 2016 CR-V from Roadsport, working with Charles Chan who provided stellar service from start to finish. Charles was extremely honest and helped to make the process as smooth as possible right from the start. Given a busy schedule, we wanted to purchase a vehicle as quickly as possible and Charles did not waste any of our time. He gave us a great price, worked quickly to get our trade-in sold, and where we had to wait, entertained us with advice and stories from of purchasing a vehicle.

Professional and very helpful. I replaced the timing belt of my Honda Pilot with a mechanic, then the car was not working. The mechanic asked me to change many parts. I changed the first one for $250 and the problem still there. So I brought my car to RoadSport Honda to fix it. First, they gave me an appointment immediately when I explained to them the car was not safe to drive. The gentleman at the service reception, Warran Andersen was amazing and very helpful. He did everything possible to help fixing the car fast and with reduced costs. They worked way more hours than what they really charged me. They cleaned everything and didn't replace any parts. They just cleaned the poor work of the first mechanic. The car became smoother and better. I strongly recommend them.
Only if i could give these crooks zero stars i would !!!!! double the price for everything and service recommendation is not needed, they just try to charge you

Bringing in a car we bought from them with a known engine issue (TSB No. 13-081) that was recognized by Honda and they simply waved us away with the excuse that it only effected cars in the US. Despite the fact that we showed the original manufacture Service Bulletin for the problem they denied that there was a problem with the vehicle.
Terrible service experience. All the 5 star on here are PAID via gift cards or other incentives. They tried to do this to me. The service is a rip off! I had my safety done here and the car was a civic with 15,000 km and magically all the brakes needed servicing and was quoted 1200$! I went to another Honda dealer and guess what? No brake issues and didn t need anything and got the safety no problem. The manager at service did nothing to rectify his. Don t trust any good reviews AVOID this place!
I had such a pleasant experience today from start to finish. The dealership is very well organized. From the moment you walk in, you`re treated like a VIP. If you do end up going here, ask for Owen - he was awesome to deal with. I love my 2014 Honda CRV Ex. I can`t believe how quickly all the paperwork was completed. I came in looking for an exact copy of the key to my honda lug nuts and that I knew there were variants of the of the keys. Haven clearly communicating this to the guy at the parts department, he informed me that I would need give him the VIN number of the car, which I quickly did with a snapshot on my phone. I came back in with the photo, but he had already found one that worked based on the serial number he got off from original damaged key's package. I paid and went out to test to see it would fit and after the third wheel I came back in with a broken package. The guy that sold me the new key wasn't there so they sent an Asian guy to talk to me. He told me that they wouldn't exchange or refund it because there was no way they could find the matching variant and that it was already opened. I explained to him that the previous guy assured me it would work but he steadfastly refused and I ended paying an extra 120$ to have the old lug nuts removed at Canadian Tire. I left feeling scammed. Funny thing we're looking to buy a CRV and had visited the showroom a few weeks prior. Now, they'll never get my business again.
The staff were very nice professional and friendly. They deserve a raise on salary and benefits. I have visited other dealership and frankly I was not satisfied and they were very unfair.
I took our Honda civic in to swap out the winter tires. They were able to schedule us in even with our constantly changing schedule. They found a nail in one of our tires and completed the repair. We had a piece of plastic molding that had been knocked off by someone passing our car and they put it back on for no charge. I have always been treated well at Roadsport Honda and today was another example of their excellent service. I appreciated that Alex kept in touch and let me know when I could pick up the car. Thanks to a terrific team working under stressful circumstances. Now with all the covid rules I really appreciate being able to take my car for service at roadsport Honda. The staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. The waiting space has been adapted for social distancing and they minimize contact with the vehicle. All done quickly and professionally.
My husband bought his first Civic in 2016 at this dealer and had the best buying experience. At that time we worked with Charles who was very thorough, friendly, professional, and gave us a very good price. My brother ended up purchasing the same car from Charles a few months later. We bring the Civic to service at this dealership as well. They have a great waiting area with beverages and clean washrooms. Their service bay is clean and bright, and all the Service staff are very nice. We normally interacted with Edmond/Alex.
We needed to buy a second car this year and we ended up returning to Roadsport and finding Charles to purchase our SUV. Again, the same excellent service. This time around, we were helped by Ashley and Jonathan since Charles was on vacation. We ended up waiting for Charles to return to make our purchase because we are used to the way he explains the calculations, but we were very happy with how we were treated by Ashley and Jonathan when we were getting a quote.
We got to meet Alan Chen as well, as he took us on our test drive. He was knowledgeable and very honest when dealing with our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend anyone to speak to him and Ashley as well if looking for a vehicle.
Finally, Rebecca handled our lease and again, she was knowledgeable and very easy to converse with.
We can't give enough good praise to this dealership and those we have worked with. Definitely visit this dealership if you are looking to purchase a Honda!
Horrible service. I left my car at Honda for service. The tech called me to ask something. So I was returning his call and the receptionist picked up the call and I said I m returning my tech call she asked me the name I said I do not remember. But if I gave my car information and asked if she could look it up she said she won t be able to pass my call as I don t know the tech name. I was so not pleased with the system. At one point I asked how many of them working now she said 3 and I was so mad and asked them how hard is it to ask and see who called me, then she put me in a hold. So unprofessional and no respect for the customer.
Job was not completed on time according to the representative who made my appointment for 7.45AM and mentioned that it will take approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Handed over the vehicle at 7.35AM. The technician Mr, Anderson asked me to come at 11AM to pick up the vehicle. Reached there around 11.05AM, so my vehicle parked out. I was ready to pick my vehicle and leave thinking the job was complete. Little did I know the job was not. He mentioned that the vehicle will take further half hour to complete. I was confused. I see the vehicle parked outside and now they got to take it back in to complete the job. I didn't buy the story. Didn't say anything, went into the customer seating area and waited to pick up the vehicle in half hour. I was not happy. Around 12 noon the clerk mentioned that the vehicle was completed and hand me the work sheet but couldn't find the keys of the vehicle. The women was very unprofessional. I asked her to look for the key so I could go back to my work (hospital). She just ignored and told me she can't find it. Then I went out to talk to Mr. Anderson. He said the vehicle is still inside the shop and any moment they will bring it out. Wait for 20 mins before the vehicle was brought out. In my opinion, the vehicle was not taken in at 7.45AM as scheduled. They took it in after I went back around 11.05. I'm certain that they rushed the recall jobs on the vehicle. Very disappointed. Very bad experience. My time is very valuable and Roadsport Honda didn't even bother to make the customer whole and satisfy.
Friendly and helpful staff and great shuttle service. However, it was a frustrating experience as a whole when no one picks up calls (besides the wonderful receptionist), replies to texts (their own self-provided service), or even respond to voicemails. I was disappointed in the fact that I couldn't reach the service department to reschedule my shuttle ride nor receive any kind of update about my service, and this was after hours of repeated calls.

The service required was completed in less time than was expected. Very much appreciated as I am a busy mom of four, and only had an hour for service time.
I had a flat tire and I needed it replaced. They managed to get me an appointment first thing. Alex kept me posted on what was happening during the time that I was there. After we discussed my options, I wanted to replace all 4 tires since they were pretty old. His team did an assessment and said that they could get the tires in later that day but it was up to me. I said I would do it but needed to stay and wait. Alex was able to get the tires on and aligned in good time despite the obstacles. I've always had honesty and great service there which is why it's the only place I will take my car when I need it serviced.
