They try to push you to do the stuff that's unnecessary. They told me my valve cover is broken and need to replace it. According to my knowledge, its perfectly fine because I didn't loose any engine oil after driving 2900 miles. They also told me other things needs to be fixed to get more money. I agreed just to make them happy. I usually fix my own small problem. I also Hard time because first they said that eccentric shaft sensor is not covered but after I told them about the California emission law, and contracting the BMW USA ,they told them it's covered. Then they called me to make appointment.

Went in to get my airbag fixed and met with someone I was not scheduled with. Was told by 3 different employees that the passenger airbag would be covered under warranty only to find out that it is not covered under warranty. A completely unorganized business, hope to never return.

Classic bait and switch. I drove down from Nashville to test drive a vehicle listed on their website. I spoke with the sales assistant, Brittany, multiple times throughout the week and she shared some information about the car and confirmed that it was still available. I called the morning I had planned to come down and was told it would be cleaned up and waiting for me when I got there. I took off work and drove over 3 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival I was informed by the salesman, Marcus Cooper, that the vehicle had been sold a while back . When I questioned this he reluctantly did more research and found that it had actually been sold right before I arrived. Really??? I thought the car would be waiting for me? I personally believe that it was never on the lot and they used it as a ploy to get people in the door. He tried pushing some undesirable, overpriced cars on me before I finally realized what was happening. He did say his manager was willing to offer a $400 discount for my troubles. Laughable! I m pretty sure Marcus couldn t have cared less and just went back to scrolling Instagram or napping in the break room. Such a waste of time!!! I had a Memphis friend warm me about Roadshow and turns out they were right. There s no way these google reviews are legitimate. I ll forever badmouth Roadshow for their unprofessionalism and total incompetence. Whatever you do, do not trust them!

Walked in at around 8 am. Was told it would only take 2hrs; it took 4. VERY expensive. However, i feel like i have a brand new vehicle! Money and time spent turned out to be a great investment! Kuddos to the repair technicians!!! I immediately felt an extreme difference in the ride of my vehicle!! I previously owned a Lexus rx 350 and i absolutely loved the vehicle, but everyone in there service department including the technicians doing the repairs was horrible. Ive always been loyal 2 Lexus and Toyota. After my last experience with the service department i vowed that i would never purchase another Lexus or Toyota. BMW has definitely won me over with such an excellent service experience!! For that reason my next vehicle will be a BMW!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Scheduled an appointment for my car to get diagnosed, I was told that it would take 2 hours maximum turns out 2 hours means 3 days for just a diagnosis!

Not only did they take their sweet time they also damaged the trim of my car.
Just spoke to the service manager, apparently since they told me about the trim being broken (after they broke it) it is my problem.

Great experience. Second time purchasing a vehicle from Roadshow and don't see any reason why I would not continue for years to come. Everyone is very professional and easy to work with. Michael Reynolds is the salesman to go to. Take my advice and check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Side note, have used their service department numerous times and have never had an issue. Always professional and job done right.

Thanks to Terry Davis, Salesperson, and Matt Crowell, Sales Assistant for making my experience enjoyable. There was no pressure at all in making my decision which actually took about a month from the time I first saw my car online. I emailed Matt who in turn invited me to come in for a test drive. It didn't start off so good because the car I thought I wanted was never available when I went for a test drive but I later realized that was because my dream car, the one I really wanted, was sitting on the lot waiting for me. Terry was not there my visit but another sales associate (Barry White) gladly assisted me in his absence. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and it tested fine. The day after my purchase I noticed a slight problem with the car but BMW fixed it without hesitation. It has been two days and I have received email follow-ups and even a friendly phone call from Mr. Davis to make sure I knew about some of the optional features on the my car that we hadn't discussed. Thanks to everyone including the receptionist who is always cheerful and helpful for making my experience hassle-free.

Purchased a used car from Roadshow BMW last wed. The 30th of sept. Love the car and Ashley was very friendly and helpful. Though I paid in full that day they held the title and said they would mail it. On oct. 6th I recieved notice from fedex that a package was due to arrive wed but required a signature. We both work and cant be there to sign so fedex says we would have to arrange to pickup package at the hub 35 miles from my home or they will return the package to the sender. Alot of aggrevation to get the title. They could have given it to me at the dealership. I would like to get my tag. Rather disappointed in how this was handled.

I was quoted an OTD price on a vehicle today via text message. I was then asked when I would be in to look at and purchase the car. I drove 45 min to the dealership and waisted 2 or more hours of my time. After test driving the car, we discussed the price, and it was 2k or more than I was told. I showed the text to the salesman and I was told the person who had responded to the text did not know to include the sales tax to the OTD price quoted! I m very disappointed in the dealership and their unwillingness to make this right.

I visited Roadshow to only look at vehicles. I noticed there were deals offered for 2015 loaner vehicles. I test drove the 2015 BMW 328i and had a great experience with the vehicle and my Advisor, Clayton Lemmons. I was not pressured into a deal and the experience was smooth from start to finish. A couple days after I purchased my vehicle, I referred another person to Clayton they were able to find a vehicle that they liked as well. I highly recommend Roadshow BMW and Clayton.

Update: Decided to go back and purchase a X2 for my daughter and this experience was much better than the first. My sales person Barron was great. He managed to juggle me and a few other customers at the same time without making me feel ignored. The pricing was great and the paper work went much quicker. Was in and out in an hour and a half.

The pricing on the X5 I purchased was good and there was no need in haggling. If you are trading in a vehicle the process can take a bit of time so be prepared to be there a little while. I did stand around the show room for about 10 minutes before anyone came to greet me.

I thought i would give them a chance with servicing my 328i after they lost my business with a completely disinterested salesman. I bought my car from BMW Nashville and have taken it for service there ever since. Roadshow gave me the standard "cannot replicate issue" when the issues were obvious and the service rep i talked to replicated the issue when i dropped off my car. The courtesy car they gave me was the lowest trim, didn't even match my trim, and it was dirty from the inside. I'll stick to the superior service in Nashville and don't mind putting on the miles to avoid Roadshow.

Because you all damaged the paint and scapped my under hood to open it and charge me $280. You all lied and stated the latches and cables needed replacing wanting to charge me $760. I was able to get latch and cables checked out elsewhere and they work just fine. You all told me my water pump is bad and a ton of things need to be replaced on my car which has No Check Engine Light. Yall wanted to charge me $1800 to replace water pump and stated everything to do with water pump would need replacing and yall would not just change pump because the other problems would go wrong. I purchased the water pump half price and got it installed for $200 and been driving almost 2 weeks in Great Condition. BMW is a Rip off just out to get people money because of the brand car they drive and pretend to be more certified than any other Mechanic. I will Never go there nor Purchase a Car there.

Everyone was very friendly. I don t live in Memphis, so I normally don t go to this BMW dealership. I came to dealership without an appointment, but they took care of me. I was greeted with very friendly and helpful service man and soon he walked me to the service advisor named Dan. Dan was very nice and knowledgeable. Dan estimated the time no more than 2 hours. He was right. It took them less than 2 hours to do oil change. The lady at the coffee station was nice too.

When using the online search tool, I submitted my request of interest about a vehicle.

My submission was after hours, but I received a phone call first thing the following morning.

Without hesitation, an appointment was booked within the hour.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist. She was professional and polite!

Overall, our experience was one of self-choosing, no pressure, and no question was viewed as bad.

Tony Williams, who I cannot call our "salesman" due to his approach to meeting our vehicle and financial needs, was more than helpful, polite, and patient. We had a lot of questions!

He ensured we had every question answered. If he was unable to resolve the question, he sought an answer.

By the end of our transaction, although we were over our planned budget, Tony worked to get us in the best financial position possible, but that is the power of selfless customer service. And we were happy with the final outcome!

Tony Williams represented this location with extreme integrity. His handling of our circumstances was personal and professional.

Went in to service on my way through town to have them check my tire warning light. They weren't run-flats and I didn't have a spare. Just wanted to make sure I was good on my way to Nashville. Matt in service took the car back and checked it. Super nice guy. They aired me up and told me I might want to get the plug in my right rear tire checked down the road at a tire place. The tire was really was low on air pressure. I was in and out fast on my way back to Nashville. Great service department.

Purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper S 4 Door. Ashley Rook, our adviser, made the purchase super easy. I made an appointment to stop by earlier in the day, and she had the car running and cooling off already as we arrived. We didn't realize that the dealership closed at 7 (we got there around 6), and Ashley stayed late to close the deal that day. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ashley or Roadshow.

My experience at Roadshow BMW was wonderful. Barron on point, I recommend anyone interested in a great purchase; see Barron, he took great care of me as well as the financial salesman. Brad is an amazing person, he makes you feel right at home.
Let me just add everyone there was great. Kevin is very knowledgeable with the 228i that I purchased, he showed me all the features that comes with the 228i. He made sure that I understood how to work everything before we got out of the car. I forgot how to make the mirrors go out and I had to call for kevin today, but he was away from his desk, so the Lady that answer the phone told me how to make the mirrors go back out. She was very patient with me until I found the button that operates the mirrors. And I would like to think you again, and I'm sorry I forgot your name but you know who you are.

My husband has done business with Roadshow BMW since 1999, and has always raved about the people and experiences at this dealership. We found the car we were interested in on the excellent Roadshow BMW web page and contacted them. When we arrived on "Black Friday" they already had the car pulled up front and center awaiting our arrival (very professional). We took the car for a nice test drive, returned and completed a totally stress free no hassle purchase experience from start to finish. We recommend anyone interested in sales or service to do so at Roadshow BMW. Speaking of service, while we were there making our purchase, Roadshow BMW service department completed the first service on our 2016 BMW and washed and cleaned the interior of our car even though we had not made an appointment, now that is going well above and beyond what is expected, and what makes Roadshow BMW tops in our opinion.

this place is horrible. Took my younger brother in there to have the car diagnose, after everything We asked for quote for the total cost of both parts and labor. James Jacob was the one who quoted use $285 for the batter, 105 for oil and filters + tax. We agreed on the price and I made sure that includes labor and parts right 2 times. He said yes! When I dropped my brother off to pick up the car, bill came out to be around $641 ish!!! Tried to call them back the whole week, left them a message but they never called me back. Ho rible customer service! You think they're dealing with high end cars and the service would be exceptional, well Not even close!! Still waiting someone to call me back and explain what happened!

So problem was pretty much solved when I personally made a trip to the dealer, they finally gave us the credit of what was over charged. The price was actually a mistak when he quoted me, he left out some parts, but the manager decided to give us back the credit because the service was sold for that amount. Therefore there is no other way around even though the price they charged was right. I just wished that they return my calls and save me a trip.
