Have a love hate relationship with BMW Service. Ha...

Have a love hate relationship with BMW Service. Have yet to go in for a oil change and basic service call without other issues coming up.. that said the service rep Denim was very attentive and helped walk me through the issues. Hoping some day to get in and out in under 3 hours.
