Unexpectedly we lost our BMW X3 in an accident early 2018 went in to the Memphis dealership and placed an order exactly for what we wanted and it just came in a 2019 X4 loaded and we love it. Could not be happier. Thanks Roadshow

Had 10am appointment. Got oil change, coolant checked, car washed and vacuumed. Out my 1130am. Worked with new service advisor. She was friendly and efficient. BMW has new look on the inside - very spacious now. Larger more comfortable waiting room. Can't discuss prices. My car was under warranty, so didn't pay anything.
Just recently discovered by the service receptionist that Roadshow no longer provides complimentary loaner vehicles for their customers. It's now only after your vehicle has been diagnosed and you've committed to the payment of services and even after that there's no guarantee of a loaner car. She explained that loaner cars have a wait list for them even if you booked an appointment weeks ago. This is poor service for a luxury car dealership. I will continue to rate them low as long as this ridiculous policy is in place. I will also report to other sites. Maybe once they lose new sales to Mercedes Benz Memphis who does offer loaner at the time of your appointment, they'll change the policy.
Are they asking customers for reviews or something? Where are all of these positive reviews coming from? I've been dealing with Roadshow off and on for about 8 years and it is generous to say they treat people fairly about half of the time, but you better know your stuff if you plan to escape being taken. We buy our BMWs at Bluegrass BMW in KY now and it is such a better experience. Ask most BMW people in Memphis and they have at least a few Roadshow horror stories. They DON'T like to trade, so if you plan to buy, don't trade. Also, don't plan on getting a good price - maybe average. The buying experience isn't why this is a one-star review - it is the service department. They are very nice to your face - always. But they are constantly looking for ways to pad your service invoice with unnecessary stuff - always. Don't send loved ones who aren't car people. They will go in for "free" maintenance and leave paying hundreds for services they didn't need. This is how Roadshow makes their money. They'll smile and curtsy like they worship you, then screw you left, right, and sideways. This isn't unique to this dealership, just know what you are reviewing before you leave reviews like "they were really nice." Buy out of town, watch your invoice and don't pay for stuff you don't need, and when your service/maintenance contract runs out on your car find yourself an honest local mechanic - Roadshow is not honest.
Worst business exchange in my life. Slow service. Shoddy work.
Every time I would go in for an oil change or tune-up, the service folks would tell me I need thousands of dollars in repair.
The last time I went....with just 46k miles on my car, service told me I needed another $3,000 job. I drive no more than 10 miles per day on smooth roads.
I trusted them - so I signed off to get the work done. But then, I spoke with a few car buffs and they told me to get my car outta there - that Roadshow Mini is known for this.
So I called back and said I wanted a second opinion, cancel the job. They told me that my car was already disassembled (1 hour after I dropped it off) and that it would cost the same amount to reassemble the car.
I just went ahead with the work. Even though they said they had an early start on my car, they still took five days to fix it.
So I get my car back and get home. Decided to have my bud look under the hood. Realized the original work I wanted done was not completed. No oil change. None of my fluids were topped off. Who knows if they actually gave me a tune-up.
I never thought i would purchase a car site-unseen over the internet, a first for us. But working with Ashley, she provided the details, pictures, background on the car making the decision to purchase the car with 100% confidence possible.
The whole experience was great from being pick up at the airport(made it easy) to financing(fast & painless) oh; thanks Christian for letting us know how the emergency brakes work on the car, I didn't have to learn the hard way.
Hats off to Lamar, as I was saying the financing was fast & painless, oh yea the suggestion for good local BBQ was spot on.
Over Memorial Day weekend, we recently purchased a brand new Mini Cooper S 4 door hardtop. Our car shopping experienced was absolutely effortless starting from Mini showroom which how clean, modern and very inviting all the way to its advisors. This is our first time buying car at Roadshow Mini but we feel welcome although when we first come in they were only two advisors available but it wasn't long until Matt Crowell had acknowledged us while he attended other customer. Matt was very courteous, respectful, pleasant and patiently answering all our questions. We didn't feel pressure at all even from the Manager, Chip. He too very pleasant and respectful. Most important thing is that they listened and not turning away from us. When we got the car at the same day that afternoon, the car was detailed to the teeth, spotless even they cleaned up the engine bay. Again, it was almost closing time and Matt took his time explaining all functions on our Mini. Overall our experience was very satisfying. They definitely going above and beyond. Thank you guys.
Best experience buying a car I've ever had. No pressure and offers were fair. Chip Elliott was the best salesman I've dealt with. Highly recommend Roadshow dealership.
Stan was excellent with helping me purchase the Chrysler Crossfire, he was very helpful and very thorough and honest, we drove in from Nashville and everything he told me about the car was exactly as he had described over the phone, I couldn't have been more relieved. The purchase was smooth and took very little time, I would recommend the Roadshow Team in your pursuit of excellence. thanks again to Stan and his associates.
Scheduled appointments and went to look at used cars a couple of times. The first time, my wife and I waited 20 minutes without being helped before leaving. The second time, I waited 15 minutes until someone came to assist me. If I had been there to look at a new BMW, I'm sure the service would have been different.
Best service I've ever had buying a vehicle. Attentive and extremely friendly staff. They made everything easy and I felt very comfortable. Quick responses and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.
No pressure, professional, no hassling and respectful of my time. I stopped by to see a used car I spotted on the lot and ended up buying it later that day. Nobody that I m aware of likes finagling back and forth with car sales. My experience was none of that and that s one of the reasons I purchased from Roadshow. Thank you Mr. Stan Blount.
Nightmare!! I've never had any issues with BMW when I lived in Texas. This dealership is horrible. I took my car in for service at 8 am, they kept it for two days, when I asked to have it back (oil changes don't take two days) they rushed to get it done. I drove it around alllllll day and then went home. When I went back into the garage there was oil everywhere!!! I called my service provider and he said have it towed! This was 8 pm and their tow service showed up at 1 am. I had to push my non working car out of my garage so they could tow it!!! All because of a bad oil job! I was not offered a refund. I was not offered anything. They just said "people make mistakes" . I requested money back for my service multiple times and no one called me back. Brian the service manager wont return my calls and was at lunch every time I went in. I'm still being ignored. I do not recommend this dealership. If you live in Memphis I recommend buying a different luxury vehicle, or out of town.
Also, this car is only two years old and I bought it brand new. I shouldn't be having these issues
Tom Adair was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I purchased a 2014 CPO BMW 528i from Tom this week. We went there on Saturday to "just look". My family has been buying BMW's from Tom for over 30 years and he keeps treating us well. Tom kept handing us keys to cars we were interested in and letting us test drive them. He was not pushy at all. BMW offered us some very attractive financing and we were able to purchase BMW for my wife that we will enjoy for years to come. If you are looking for a new or used BMW, I recommend Roadshow BMW and Tom Adair.
Amazing car buying experience. Very professional yet comfortable atmosphere. Talk to Anthony for all of your purchase. The Manager, Chris took time to greet me and make sure my experience was going well. Excellent service. Im a BMW Lady
I brought my bmw x5 in because my gasket was leaking oil and my belt came off and when that happened my power steering locked on me. When I got there Jody the service guy that helped me said he needed at least half down to get started on my truck so I paid him $1500. When I spoke with him a week later he said my truck was fixed all they had to do was test drive it. Nick was the gentleman that test drive my truck and while he was test driving it my engine locked up on him. Jody did not let me know my was truck was not working until a week later. When I spoke with Brian Blolock his response was he was not going to give me my money back and my moter locking up on them was my fault. Now they are saying my belt went inside my pulley ( which it not true). When they changed my gasket and the oil pan they didn't exterminate how much oil was left inside the moter. Not only do I have to buy a new moter but I'm also out of $1500.
We had a great experience purchasing our pre-owned Countryman Mini from Matt! He was extremely professional, timely and took care of all of our new car needs! Thanks Matt! You made shopping for a new car a wonderful experience!
I was very pleased with the inspection (My 1st BMW) & moving forward the next time i'll get a loaner car or dropped off - so that I can get some rest rather than waiting - thanks for the service
I have bought dozens of cars over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase I have ever made. Michael Reynolds was wonderful to work with. If you are tired of the whole "car buying" process and want an experience that is first class go see Michael at Roadshow.
I have had more problems with my Mini than others and have found Roadshow reluctant to help even though there is published problems with the oil line, timing chain (huge class action case) and turbo. I lost my turbo at 45000 miles and engine at 58000 miles. My mechanic has three Minis for sales at his shop due to the numerous automotive problems. Roadshow will not fix major problems that other Mini out of the city dealership will fix. I love the car but right now I will have put in an additional $18000 toward major repairs for a car with 58,000 miles. I have called and left manay messages for the owner and never recieved a call back. It looks as if this dealrship is great with the sales process but fails in maintanence and repair. Enough already!
NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! Kept my truck for 2 days for a drivetrain malfunction. Said they found the problem and gave me a quote, then after all the work was done, said it was not fixed, but going to charge me 1,000+ anyway, and wanted to try something else? Keep saying they only had one guy there to work ? Then do not take the care for service, if you have nobody to fix it, then change somebody 1k to have to take it somewhere else? And did not care at all that I was upset about it. Charge is being disputed, but beware, all they care about is getting you $
My service advisor, Dan, was plenty friendly and polite, but my overall experience was poor. I went in because I was worried that the parts that had a safety recall on them were acting up due to a burning smell in my car. They got me in immediately since it sounded like it could be the recalled parts. On the phone when I made my service appointment, I wasn't told that I would have to pay $140 ($168 with tax) for diagnostics if it turned out that the burning smell wasn't related to the safety recall. It wasn't until I was sitting at the service advisor's desk ready to sign the paperwork that I learned this.
The day after I dropped my car off, Dan called to let me know that the burning smell was due to a host of other issues and quoted me $2600 in repairs. I couldn't afford them, so I had to pay the fee for diagnostics. Dan assured me the car had been washed, but when I arrived I saw it hadn't been washed at all. They put it through the wash for me then, and when I left I noticed some new scratches on my driver's side passenger door.
This was just 6 days ago, and since then I've traded in my BMW for something less expensive to maintain. My experience with the service at BMW dealerships is that they're out to extort money from customers above all. That's the primary reason I no longer wanted to drive a BMW. If you have the money to maintain yours and keep it looking pristine, more power to you.
Chris Ewell (BMW Client Advisor) is the ultimate professional, he really knows is products, and enjoys talking about the ultimate driving machines. I highly recommend Chris as a BMW Client Advisor and I will be using him again for my next BMW purchase.
I've own 4 BMWs over the last 7 years. I've owned a couple in the DC area, Seattle and Texas. I'm amazed at this BMW dealership.
I'm in from out of town visiting family and had an issue I needed help with. Instead I felt like I was at a used car dealership with shady practices and advisors looking to get every $$ they could take me for. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I'm super leery. I honestly feel like I can trust them.
I called my dealership and they quoted me less than half of what roadshow wanted. It's just sad! Memphis is in great need of another BMW dealership competitor.
I highly recommend going to see Matt Crowell at Roadshow MINI. He has been incredibly patient while I decided which car I wanted to buy. Then he and the manager Joe Gardner negotiated with another MINI dealership to get the exact car I wanted. I got a great deal and absolutely love my new MINI. This is the 3rd car I've bought from Roadshow. Always great customer service! Go get yours today!
I went car shopping and the salesman was really patient, nice, and welcoming. He made it hard to leave without purchasing the vehicle at that moment. I will update if I decide to purchase
I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about taking my 330ci to a dealership due to all the bad connotations that come with dealerships. However, I had a very good experience with service here. Straight forward, a personal service video showing all work done and state of vehicle, and dealership amenities and vehicle inventory kept me entertained. Vehicle was thoroughly cleaned before I left.
Great customer service and not the traditional car dealership wait. They did everything they could to process the purchase quickly and easily. And they even had two power outages during our visit. Great vehicles and wonderful experience.
I have been there twice. First time was under warranty, 2nd time out of warranty. Both times I was treated poorly by service staff. They are unhelpful when dealing with questions, they keep it short and try to direct to their services they offer for an extra charge. Also, if you absolutely can't find another garage to service your car, look VERY carefully over the service bill. They try to upsell you every chance they get or perform unrequested services. I took it in for an oil change, that is what I agreed and sign too, 2 hours later I receive a phone call that went like this..
BMW: We looked at your air filter, it was dirty so we replaced it for $88.00 Me:Did I request that you do that? BMW: No, but we did it anyway. Me:Why did you perform the service that I did not ask for? BMW:...... Me:Put the old filter back in, I am not paying for it as I did not want it done. BMW:How about this, I will only charge you for the air filter? Me:Put the old filter back in, I did not want it replaced. BMW:Ok, well it's more work to take the new one out and put the old one back so I'll be nice and just make you pay for the new filter and not the labor to install. Me: Geee Thanks
They also try to sell you an "Ethanol Treatment" for $18.00. The same 'treament' you can buy in a bottle at walmart for $8.00.
I will not be returning to this dealer ever again for service. I suggest you take your car elsewhere.
Bad experience. Who runs a service department and says the appointment reservation is to put your car in line and that doesn't even mean it will be diagnosed that day? Well, that's what they did. Sad.
I had the best experience of my life. Michael Reynolds made my purchase the smoothest . Michael and Jermaine were so kind, and well informed about everything. This is my first BMW & will not be my last .
This is my first BMW and first experience with Roadshow BMW. I have always hated the whole buying a car process until now. Everyone there was very professional and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you to Randy, Tom, Karen, Doug and Marcus for all you did to help me with the purchase of my new car! I m loving my new car!
My daughter and I had the most amazing customer centric and seamless experience we ever could have imagined. Marcus Cooper is absolutely stellar in his delivery, professionalism, and dedication. Very impressive. Mr. Harwood is delightful and expeditiously grand. Thank you for an incredible buying experience! Immensely appreciated!
My experience was excellent and drama free! My first BMW! Michael Reynolds is very professional, courteous and profoundly good at his job. In fact, the entire staff is. They made the best happen for me!
The service department hung up on me the three times when I was trying to buy a part. I would rather drive to Nashville and buy a BMW there than ever doing business with this Dealership.
Customer service here is phenomenal. I was so impressed with everyone shaking my hand and treating me with respect. Brought my car in for a safety recall and they set me up with a nice loaner, and they provided me with updates. I live over an hour away and will continue to drive to Memphis for an future vehicle purchases. Fantastic.
This is the only place I take my BMW for service to. My rep Dan has been taking care of me for years. They always do an excellent job and make me feel at home here. I highly recommend the service department and BMW cars are awesome.
Personally, I want to say that I am loving my new car..And Kudos to Cory Hale client advisor in Cordova for an amazing experience. We came in last Saturday and he explained everything about my car, answered all our questions and offered me to test drive..I accepted..It was a smooth ride and a amazing experience because of him. He is truly awesome at what he does. We walked out that day with the purchase of my new car..Thanks Again Roadshow BMW!! Valarie
I just purchased a certified BMW from these guys and they are awesome! I found this car via internet and flew over from Philly to Memphis to get it. The car was in a perfect condition, just as described and even better than on photos, and the staff was most helpful and professional. It was the best ever experience I had with car delarships. The purchase process was easy and fast, and in a couple of hours I happily hit the road in my new car. Should I need another car, this would be the place I would go again. Thank you guys, great job!!!
Excellent service from initial phone call to purchase. Every staff member is both courteous and caring. Highly recommended this dealership. Truly professional on every level.
I have been driving BMW's since 1982 and have purchased all from Roadshow. Each time it has been a great experience, especially with my sales man Tom Adair. The after purchase experience has been as great and a joy to visit the dealership each time I go.
We worked closely with Matt Crowell at Roadshow Mini in deciding on our new Mini Countryman. Matt made it an effortless process and delivered a premier customer experience. No pressure. Just an honest straightforward style. This was true of all of the folks we met at Roadshow Mini, including Joe Gardner and Chip Elliot. All in all an excellent customer experience - from the car to the people.
They are the greatest! Jody handles all my car problems. He will take good care of you. And they wash your car every time so you will be styling and profiling when you leave.
I had an awesome experience with Roadshow Mini. There was no pressure from a salesperson while I looked around and when ready to test drive I was promptly greeted. My salesperson, Brett Calhoun, was very professional and easy to work with. I felt he was very upfront and honest during our discussions and again, there was no pressure from him to buy. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
I have bought several BMW's over the years and would not want to drive anything else. My salesperson is Galani and I can't say enough good things about the experience. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and makes the buying experience easy. I would highly recommend Galani.
I attempted to schedule a service appointment over the phone this morning. The lady who answered the call needs classes on etiquettecy badly. She was rude and I will continue to drive 3 hours to Jackson, Mississippi for my automobile maintenance until I move from Lakeland, rather than put up with businesses that allow staff to be disrespectful to customers. She should be institutionalized and/or placed in the background but definitely not answering the service department phone lines.
i haave had several BMW's over the years and the Roadshow Delaership and Michael Reynolds have always been excellent. i have had no complaints at all. i always work with Michael Reynolds.
I recently purchased a new 535i at Roadshow and was happy to have Michael Reynolds as my sales representative. He was attentive to our needs and quick to offer help in finding the perfect car for me. I've always had good experiences at this dealership and will continue to buy my future BMW's there! It was also nice to have Shane as the system's expert to explain the working of the new car! They made buying a new car fun again!
The service was astronomically amazing. We re from out of Memphis and got a flat tire and needed a solution as quick as possible. Every place wouldn t have been able to fix our tire until Thursday which would ve completely canceled our spring brake trip, but Denim was an absolute legend. The service was quick and we were able to get the help all because of Denim. Get the homeboy a promotion.
Roger Tyler was awesome he didn't shove any car or deal down my throat I told him what I wanted to spend he said OK I'll put the numbers in and see what I can do came back with the exact price I wanted to pay! It was quick and easy and he even handled my know it all brother better than I did... Love my new truck!
I could not have asked for a more positive car-buying experience... After several frustrating weeks and an extremely unpleasant encounter with Homer Skelton Ford, I was fed up with the whole process. I called Roadshow and made them an offer. They promptly came back with a reasonable counter and we ended up meeting in the middle.
I told them when I expected to arrive and when I did, the car had been freshly detailed and was immediately ready for my test drive. When I returned, I noted two minor blemishes in the paint and they agreed to fix them on the spot, no questions asked. They were taken care of before we even finished the paperwork (which had already been prepared and was ready to go upon my arrival). Including test drive, we were there for an hour at most (as opposed to almost 6 hours at Homer Skelton, and we didn t even leave with a vehicle!).
Tom Adair was so friendly and sensitive to my recent frustrations. I was purchasing a lightly used lease trade-in, but he treated me as if I had walked in with a briefcase full of Benjamins, ready to buy the most expensive car on their lot... I truly cannot say enough positive things about Tom, Brittany and everyone at Roadshow BMW. I will absolutely be back!
Came from out of town and brought my mini in because I had a nail in my tire. Matt with the service department got it all fixed up and cleaned up in a timely matter. Thank you!
I actually stopped at Roadshow MINI, not BMW. I will say I made it 3/4 the way through the showroom before anyone bothered me. Normally, this would be a good thing, as I don't like people who come running up to talk to you... nor people... nor talking... however, in this case, I was actually looking for the parts department. Oddly enough, it's in the adjacent building which actually is Roadshow BMW. But, while in the MINI side, I did impulse buy a MINI coffee cup, because, you know, it had the MINI logo on it. Back to parts, the BMW guys were honestly great. There systems went down, and one, Shane if I'm remembering correctly, Shawn if I'm not, gave me his card. I called him a few days later, and was able to successfully place my order over the phone, and have my part shipped to my house. While that may not sound like a big deal, my house is in Oklahoma, which is a bit of a stretch from Memphis. MINI, being a subsidiary of BMW doesn't have a vast network of dealers, and my closest dealership is 150 miles away. With my work schedule, and the distance, it would require a special trip just to order a part. Calling my dealer and ordering parts is kinda out of the question as my car is significantly modified from original so I need to be able to look up parts while in person. I just happened to be passing through Memphis on a business trip during business hours, and got well taken care of. Thanks guys.
I recently bought a 3 series BMW at Roadshow BMW of Memphis. I spoke with Jonathan Tompkins on the phone on Thursday afternoon about a car I had seen on their website and he got things rolling for me. My husband and I drove over that afternoon for a test drive and fell in love with the car. Anthony Winfield, the sales associate who took care of us, was wonderful; everyone involved in helping us was professional and courteous. They were able to get a very low interest rate for us and BMW is even making the first two car payments for us! AMAZING!!! We asked for several business cards from Anthony so that we can recommend Roadshow BMW to our friends! It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We will never go anywhere else to buy a car!
If it were possible to provide a 6-star review, I would. Dan, our service adviser, has time and time provided us with a phenomenal level of service. A rarity in Memphis, indeed. No complaints whatsoever.
My mommy purchased a BMW last week, and the experience was AWESOME! We simply love Mr. Winfield, who works at Roadshow BMW on Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN 38018. Thank you so much sir! Now we have a white Mercedes and a black BMW! Gifts from God....
