would rate lower but have to put something. Card was charge without notice. Received a loaner from bmw on July 9 2018 and they charged my card July 31 2019 saying I didn't put gas back in the car when I have the gas receipt. will not be leasing another BMW. Mercedes here we come.

Poor customer service. Called Sat at 4pm to schedule service for following week. Was told nothing was available until the next Fri, which was fine. I asked how late they would be there and the said until 5, great. I called back at 4:45pm and no one was available. I was basically put on hold while they tried to find the person which they never could find. 10 minutes later they told me to just leave a voice mail and it may be Monday before they can get to me.

Recently had my car stolen, and after sometime saw a used 2012 Mini cooper on the MINI website. When I went out to look at it it was just as the website said it was. The saleswomen who helped me was named Ashley Rook, she was very helpful she answered all my questions. Even though I didn't end up getting the car I wanted it was still a very good experience compared to the other dealerships I have dealt with. If you ever are in the market to get a Mini cooper the people here seemed very nice and willing to help you in any way they can.

I just picked up my JCW Mini two days ago that I had ordered at Roadshow MINI. This was the best experience I have ever had ordering a vehicle (Previously had ordered a Corvette, truck and Jeep Cherokee) Matt was the best salesman I have ever had. He was low pressure, friendly, very knowledgeable and treated me like I was the most important customer that he had ever had. He always had time to answer any questions, kept me updated during the construction of my car and has answered my text questions even late at night after I got home with my MINI. When we finished up in the finance manager's office today, I told my fiancee "I doubt we will ever have a more painless and awesome car buying experience in our life than what we had today."

Seriously. I came from out of state to buy a used Subaru Forester that was traded in to their lot. Sight unseen. It is 2 years old and looks like it just came from the factory. I did all of the contact through phone and email. For the price I paid, I was certain I would show up and there would be something wrong, but it exceed my expectations. When I say this car was a great deal, I mean that I felt like there was a mistake in the price. It was that good of a deal. Turns out, there's no mistake, just an unbelievable price.

We had an appointment at 10am and we were heading back home by 11:30 - and that included me checking out the car and taking it for a spin. I couldn't believe it.

Paul Hearn, my customer advisor, was the most excellent person to work with. From me bothering him multiple times about the car over text, to helping us out when we arrived, I don't think he could have made us happier. If you need anything from Roadshow, talk to Paul. He's really good people .

I bought a used BMW from a family friend and it needed an oil change, I didn't want to take it to a quick change place but I was reluctant to take it to a "dealership". I decided because it had a couple of warning lights on that I'd bring it to the dealership for the first oil change and see if they would check out the warning lights. Found out that the passenger side air bag light was on because a water bottle got stuck under the passenger seat. They cleared the light, washed the car and only charged me for an oil change. They also checked some other things and gave me a quote on getting them fixed. Houston the service writer was very friendly and professional. It was a good experience that I did not expect to get from a automotive dealership, I will use them again.

No sales tricks of "let me talk to my manager" back and forth. I said what I could pay, he went and came back with a number extremely close. Deal was done (after confirming with the wife of course.)

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Roadshow MINI's Adviser Matt was very knowledgeable on the MINI Coopers and knew the answer to every single question I had about the vehicles. I looked at a few MINIS, found one that I liked, test drove it, and decided to make an offer, they made a great counter and I accepted. That simple. No pressure at all. A couple of hours later, I was surprising my daughter with a MINI Cooper parked in the garage.

No going back and forth to talk to a supervisor. He just gave me what I wanted and that was it. do i even have to leave one star? and i agree with the negative reviews on here - where are the positives even coming from? I went in to buy a brand new vehicle and trade in my current. I was offered such an insulting amount for my current vehicle that I couldn't even stomach being there. Found a dealership in my hometown that made me a substantially higher offer and bought the BRAND NEW vehicle I was interested in at that location. The salesman was extremely focused on selling me the vehicle and jumping on it to make a sale. I felt uncomfortable the entire time i was there. very typical salespersonny in there. It's sad there isn't another BMW dealership locally.

Our salesperson Tom was excellent. No nonsense, I test drove 4 cars a total of 6 times. They treated me the way I wanted to be treated. I am not a fan of when the sales person goes with you on a test drive. None of that here. I traded in a BMW, actually my lease ended, but AJ in service is unbelievable about customer service. The GM, Karen always stops to say hello. This is the best run dealership in Memphis, in my opinion. I kind of wanted to look around Memphis at other luxury cars. I went to one competitor and I was not treated as I am treated at Roadshow. Great service and I believe BMW has the best handling car at this price range. I am really happy with what I leased. They also are big supporters of St Jude and so are my wife and I. Great experience!

I must admit, i initially experienced some issues with an injector repair (3 injectors) that took about 10 days to complete. I did receive an X5 replacement car during the wait, however; and when I received my X5m, there were still problems. I personally believe how issues are handled are just as important as the initial service. My service adviser, AJ went the extra mile and got the crew chief (not sure of the proper title) involved and they worked tirelessly to get the problem resolved. They owned the problem which is very important and didn't give me the "run-around". AJ also gave me a call back to make sure my X5m was burning up the road! I really appreciate Roadshow BMW for the service given on a factory recall issue.

This place is a nightmare, I came in for a simple air pressure check, all they need to do was add air in my tires, they couldn t get valve caps out. They ended up messing up my valve stem and then changed me for it before replacing it. Zero star is what they deserve

From the moment I walked through the door of Roadshow BMW, I received a warm greeting and was asked if I needed any assistance. I expressed my interest in the M340i. I had very specific parameters for the vehicle I wanted and Mr. Reynolds jumped right into finding the closest possible vehicle. The result was the Portimao Blue M340i that was beyond my expectations. At every step of the process, I always felt that my inquiries were answered promptly, my needs were addressed and I never felt lost. The entire experience instilled a confidence in what I expect to be a long relationship with the BMW brand and this dealership.

I had even contemplated geting a different car so I wouldn't have to put up with the kind of service I received in Charlotte and Chicago. This is my second 5-series. Dan at Roadshow could not have been better. He was so gracious and reliable. AAAA+++ I'm so happy I can get another 5-series without worry!! (when the time comes)

My father is looking for a vehicle. After research...

My father is looking for a vehicle. After researching online, we became interested in a vehicle on their lot. I called and made an appointment to view and test drive the car. I arrived at the dealership at 3:00 pm (Friday). It took roughly 10 to 20 minutes to complete the paperwork for the test drive. I explained to Tom, that I was going to take the car to my father and we will return to the dealership to continue the conversation. During the test drive, I recieved at least four calls from Tom, ridiculous!!!! I understand that they closed at 6:00 PM; however, considering that it's roughly 5:00PM, traffic is a nightmare. During the last call @5:15 PM, he actually questioned my physical location.

Please note: I did leave my personal vehicle on their lot.

When we arrived at the dealership, Tom was already waiting on exterior of the building. To be honest, I was kinda of frustrated by the many calls but my father loved the used vehicle, so I put on a smile to proceed. We asked Tom, if it was possible to keep the vehicle overnight to ensure that my father would be comfortable with the purchase. Tom stated that we had drove the vehicle for 2 hours that should have been enough to decide if we like it. He reflected the time by looking at his phone. As modesty as possible, I attempted to share that we really didn't have all the time to actually test drive the car due to traffic and me wanting to allow my father (78 yr old) an opportunity to actually inspect the car. Considering that he's downsizing from an 460L Lexus to a used Toyota Camry. I noted that the car would be a "cash" purchase from a total lost vehicle. Tom proceed to infer that my was my father going to trst driving the car to compensate the total lost vehicle. I shared with Tom that he had a rental vehicle, so that was not necessary. He then noted that they do not allow overnight test as well as why we need another test drive considering that we had it for 2 hours. At that point, I became frustrated, so I asked Tom, the following question.

Roadshow BMW have never allowed a customer to keep a vehicle overnight?

After 5 minutes of dancing around the question, he answered with a "YES" I asked him to call me on Saturday after he discuss the matter with the used car manager, Chip.

He again questioned the need for another test drive, at that point I walked away & got in my car, leaving my father to talking with Tom.

After speaking with my father, he again noted his interest in the car.

So I this morning, I decided to call and speak directly with Chip. I left him a voicemail as well as a messge with the receptionist.

In speaking with Chip, he stated that they no longer allow for overnight test drives because someone had taken a car on a overnight test drive, wrecked the car and no longer wanted to purchase the vehicle. He continued by stating that now, that car will not be a available for sale for at least 2 months because they have to order parts and repair it. Also he stated that it will take a hit on Carfax. (I'm thinking what the hell do that have to do with my father) He stated that one person, had ruined it from everyone. Now, Tom had called before him and stated that Chip wanted the car to remain in the lot today in order to be viewed for potential purchase but we could come Monday for an overnight test drive. He asked inquired about our full coverage insurance policy. (I provided proof of insurance for Fridays test drive) I asked what's the difference between Saturday & Monday, Chip didnt offer feedback.

In speaking with my coworker on yesterday, she just mentioned that they allowed her to keep the vehicle overnight without any issues.

Wife and I went to purchase an X3. Low inventory but what we wanted was pretty specific and needed to be ordered. Marcus Cooper was our sales person. He gave us a quick overview of the car, handed us the key, and let us take it out for a spin. No overselling and no bs. In the end, got a decent deal and Marcus answered all our questions and was very helpful.
Will be receiving the car next month - hoping the positive experience continues.

I previously owned a 2013 VW Passat TDI with a manual transmission. With the emissions scandal and VW had no fix for the manual I was forced to do the buyback. If you owned an automatic TDI you could choose between fixing it and a buy back. I wanted to keep my manual but I had no choice. I test drove a lot of cars and didn't like any as well as the Passat except for the BMW 328i. So I bought a used 2014 328i M Sport in Estoril Blue. I loved the car except it was an automatic transmission. I loved it so much I just bought a 2020 440i Xdrive with a manual transmission in Estoril Blue. My sales guy was great at helping me decide exactly how I wanted my car. There's a great app to follow the progress of the car as it makes it way from Factory to Dealer. Everyone at Roadshow are friendly and helpful. I plan on keeping this car for a really long time but I know when I'm ready for a new one I'll return to Roadshow.

I found the car I have been searching for for almost a year here, and it was priced well below the price that cargurus, KBB, and others recommended. I test drove the car and discovered that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced because one of the rotors was warped. Michael Reynolds and AJ Kiinhl were very helpful in having the brake issue resolved in a timely manner so that I could enjoy my new-to-me car. I even enjoyed the time I spent with Lamar Lacey filling out a little paperwork. I am especially appreciative of the laid-back atmosphere at Roadshow BMW, where you are not pushed to buy things you don't need or rushed into anything that isn't right for you and your car. I am as happy as I could possibly be with the car I bought, the service I received, and the people I interacted with. Keep up the good work.

Went to the service department at around 10:30 thi...

Went to the service department at around 10:30 this morning hoping that they had a Master key for my wheel locks on my 2015 428i since the one I had wouldn t work due to it stripping out when removing the lock. They found the matching key for my wheels and were able to remove 2 of 4 wheel locks. They couldn t get the other two off and told me the wheels stud bolts would need to drilled out, $300 to $400 estimate. I asked if a new replacement key could be ordered and was told by 2 service folks that they couldn t get one.

I left very frustrated thinking at $140 an hour and being a BMW dealer they would have known what to do. I ended up calling the wheel lock manafacturer and they are overnighting me The correct wheel lock no charge except for $32 in shipping.

Maybe if I had been in a suit with nice shoes someone might have been a little more attentive and willing to help in their so called service department .
