My car got shot 4 times in the parking lot in a drive by but upper management will not let me break my lease. Also going on day 3 with no hot water. The towing is ridiculous. Friends got towed 15 minutes after parking in a visitor spot. This place was OK before myan started taking over.
ALMONTE APARTMENTS here in Oklahoma City it s the worst customer service ever. Current manager don t have an idea of how to run a complex and she s running two. Don t listen to renters needs, you have to ask MANY MANY MANY times for them to fix your unit. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I suggest you read the ripoff report filed on these people. Then go to Yelp (who they bullied into removing a review) because the review was critical of them. Read the review. The review is down at the bottom of the page under "Hidden Reviews" or something similar. They spout off all of the 'associations' they are apart of but they don't tell how they treated poor blacks who were living in their crime ridden, roach infested apartments in Dallas. The apartments were called Timmaron Ridge and they are now Arbor Vista. Myan Management are THUGS. That's all they are. They basically exploited the poor people who lived with them by loading each and everyone of them up with hundreds of dollars in bogus charges right before threw everyone out in the streets when they were getting ready to sell the place. After they threw hundreds of folks out in the streets they attempted to EXTORT money from the people by loading them up with bogus charges knowing the folks were primarily poor and black and highly distrustful of the courts. They then immediately gave the debt to Pro-Collect Collection Agency (GOOGLE THEM TOO THEY ARE JUST AS RUTHLESS) and Pro Collect would call the emergency contacts on the applications and say they were temp agencies and employers in an attempt to find out where people were located or their contact information. I had a person run the call and the call was traced right back to Pro-Collect.
Myan Management is afraid of FREE SPEECH. No one was "Evicted". HUNDREDS of people were THROWN OUT OVERNIGHT when they sold the apartments and saddled with hundreds of dollars in debt however that was totally bogus. It was all in an attempt to pad Myan Management's pockets once and for all with as much money they could get.
Tell everyone you can to avoid Myan Management. You can't get anymore ruthless than this company.
I advise never moving somewhere this company is over.. We continue to have problems with them. Document everything when you speak to their people, I would record any conversations. They cannot be trusted. Terrible company..
On Friday August 10th at 10:30 a.m. I drove thru to visited Quail Hollow Apartments I stop in to visit with the agent Amy T who took me around the property to see apartment 503 it was a very nice apartment and she was very nice and professional person I advised her I was selling my home and wanted a good decent place to live and she told me to look no further and sold me on this property and sold me on the price and the convenience of this property if I was to lease there. but my significant other wants to be in the mesquite area. this is truly a property you must check out she's a very nice and professional young lady.
Just left visiting this apartment complex spoke with Anny Tidwell and she was very helpful in assisting me and showing me the model I feel pretty good about this place she made me feel welcome and have a very bubbly personality its hard finding good friendly people like this she rocks !
I was fired due to collections being subpar during holiday time and the fact our maintenance team couldn t handle the demands of the property. However there was no support from upper management when it came to addressing my staff or even stepping in on property level see what could be done to improve the issues they were having. Instead I was belittled and told I was inexperienced by my supervisor when I asked for assistance in how to handle situations.
Slum Lords to the fullest! Don't care about their tenants. Will rent out roach and rat infested property and dare you to speak up. Don't repair a thing! They're going straight to hell!
I would give 0 stars if I were able!!! As a Christian I care about your well-being. I had a bullet shot through my 5 year old daughter's room and management did not care. Mayan Managent as well did nothing although this disrupted my and my daughter's peace and quiet that we are entitled to by Texas law as a right and did not allow me to break my lease although our safety was at jeapardy. The police confirmed it was a bullet coming in through the outside and Tracy the manager argued that it was not although she came to look at it, the police said it was and I have pictures to prove this. This apartment had about 5 managers within the year that I lived there. All were nice except for Tracy, the existing manager. She called me a liar to my face on several occasions. Another occasion was when trying to go to the office to give a money order for rent saying I was not there when they were at lunch, which again I took a picture of and was blatantly rude to me. I have never had a manager this hateful and rude, ever! The office does not have a "Will return at..." sign it hours of operation sign at all and I waited in the parking lot with 6 other families waiting for Tracy too come back for 45 minutes. Extremely unprofessional!! Mayan management did not seem to care about her awful customer service and continued to try to get as much money out of me as they could at the end although I paid rent on time the entire time living there and was a very good and quiet tenant. On top of all of this, if someone is smoking above you or near your unit, the smoke seeps through the vents, exposing you to second hand smoke. You can hear every footstep upstairs, every noise, every voice and there is a lot of yelling from tenants all around you. When I talked to management about this they did not care either. Please run way from this place and do not give Windsor Townhomes on Altoona drive, aka Myan Management your business. 6/28/2018
Myan Management treats their employees like trash. Upper management is a joke. I strongly suggest to NEVER work for myan management unless you enjoy being talked down too and treated terribly.
I want to point out I'm Not a resident. This seems to be thos conpanies only defense. I did however just watch a news report on kxii regaurding thos place refusing a resident to allow an american flag to wave on the outside of his appartment. Then lying about the rules. Then refuse to comment to clear up confusion. Seems anti american to me. I'm no renter but id suggest those who are stay away for this anti american business.
I am having problems getting internet installed in a timely manner to bd able to do my job. The manager on premises i have talked to numerous times and can't seem to get problem taken care of and the last time i talked to her she hung up on me. Tried to talk to regional manager she was no help what so ever. I tried to call her supervisor and had to leave a voice mail. I just want my internet installed . It is not my problem they habe a wiring issue they need to get it fixed quickly. I paid a substantial amount of money prior to moving in and they want their rent paid on time which is what pays their paychecks . I am trying to do my job for the government and I need internet to to do my job. I just want it fixed immediately, not wait two or more weeks that is unacceptable.....very upset new tenant.....
I got a freaking EVICTION NOTICE IN ERROR. What's funny, this is THIRD similar incident where they didn't check my ledger (I HAVE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME) before issuing it. When they realized their error they withdrew it They have a new leasing agent EVERY MONTH! Update: The regional manager did return my call and offered an apology and said she would try to make sure it wouldn't happen again, which I greatly appreciated. All the same though, there is a serious breakdown for this to have happened in the first place
I worked for them briefly this year. They owe me an entire paycheck that was suppose to be deposited directly into my account a week ago. They said my bank declined it but I got paid from my new employer today with the same bank information. They said they would mail me a check. I asked to have it overnighted and receive tracking for it. I still have yet to get an update or my money for my commissions. I have Bill's that I cant pay because I havent gotten this money. All I want is what I'm owed and I cant get anyone to message me about overnighting it and sending tracking info.
When I entered my apartment, there was mold in my washer and shower, my toilet was loaded with a dump, a kitchen drawer was missing, the dryer was broken, and half of my outlets weren t covered.
I have lived here for 2.5 months and management has done NOTHING. NONE OF THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. I cleaned the shower and washer after waiting 4 days for the cleaning crew it never came. It took hours to get both clean. I have sent 25 emails, dropped by the office 10x, called the the leasing office 15x, called Myan Management (the management company) 3x, and nothing has changed.
I d argue that my conversations with the Myan office have been some of the worst I ve ever had too. They are completely not understanding, are not helpful, and refuse to return phone calls or emails. I have only been able to talk to a secretary no one else will respond.
Do not rent from them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! This management company is truly awful. As residents, we were sent a notice to vacate a full month before our lease was up. After trying to call the leasing manager multiple times on a disconnected phone number(that was included on the notice to vacate), sending multiple emails that were never responded to, and having to go into the leasing office that was at a separate property, I discovered their records indicated our lease was over 9 months prior to getting the notice and 10 months before the actual end date of our lease. Now that we have thankfully left this terribly managed property, I am having to call everyday to figure out when I will be getting my security deposit back. If your complex is being managed by this company I feel your pain as they are a truly dispicable company. I wish I could rate this company ZERO stars. It s what they deserve.
They hire companies to help them with remodels and when it comes time to pay, they completely disappear.
I was finally able to reach the right people by sending another franchise owner to their out of state headquarters. So, after a total of 6 months of work, they finally paid.
The worst customer service EVER! From the Regional manager who justifies the bad behavior of the property manager to the condition of their property. I want everyone to be aware. DO NOT rent an apartment, townhouse or anything that's connected to this so called property management group!!! Contractors beware the management company doesn t pay the contractors. I have made numerous phone calls emails all have gone unanswered. The maintenance personnel told me that that owe everyone money in Lawrence, ks after I had done the job.
I would love to speak with the owners or head management of the Parks of Denton Apts because I am very unsatisfied with the service that this complex provided to me and my boyfriend this past year. I have called numerous times to the office most of which they never answer because even when I was there in person, they they 3 hours lunches.
Last time I spoke with "Kim" whoever that may be since they all call themselves that, they told me that they hadn't sent a letter yet even though it has been 4 months since we have moved out. Okay I decided this apartment is going to steal the despot from me, fine. Well now I get a collector calling saying we have been owning money? Well I never received a letter even though I called a billion times to confirm my new address. Below is my review for this apartment. Horrible management, you should find someone else to run this place because these girls don't care. They take long lunches, they put their makeup on while talking to a resident, they ignore your calls, they call you a liar. I expect to hear from someone soon.

PLEASE READ ALL!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My boyfriend and I moved in here despite all the ugly reviews they had and it has been the biggest regret of my life! The model apartment is like a 5 on a scale of 10 and still the real apartment they lease you looks 5 times worse than that so just a first sign of how horrible it will be. When we applied to lease they NEVER!! called us and we called like a month before our move in date to see what was going on and they were like "oh yea you got approved" Then, a week before our move in date we called to ask what we needed to give them before. Well nothing was done until the day OF move in. We couldn't even sign the lease until then, we didn't get our keys made until we were in the office telling them we had our truck ready to load off. The WORST part of all of this was that when we walked in to the new apartment, the carpet was dirty ripped old and stinky! They hadn't even finished cleaning and remodeling. We spent 6 hours waiting for them.
The rest of the year was horrible. They would wait till the middle of the month to bill us late fees that weren't even late. They kept confusing us for a unit that had pets and we never had pets! Then they would charge us late fees for being 3 cents off? What the H. The maintenance guy was super rude, and I spent 1 ENTIRE month without AC because he didn't think anything was wrong with it. Then we finally moved out, not even fast enough. The lady in the front desk was putting on her makeup while she was talking to us and checking us out. UNPROFESSIONAL.
They never sent us a bill or a check back with our deposit, we called and called and called. Nothing. Then they told us not to worry because they didn't charge us extra. So we just said F it, we wont' get the deposit but whatever as long as we don't even hear about this place again. Well 4 months after move out, collectors are calling us saying we owe the apartment rent fees, and cleaning fees and dog fees?? WHAT THE FFF.....
Do NOT move in. Trust me, $50-$100 extra dollars you have to pay somewhere else will probably worth it because this play is a dump! I feel sorry for the staff because they work for crappy people and crappy apartments so yeah they will give you crappy service because they probably get paid crappy money as well. I am so much happier paying 100$ extra in my apartment that has granite counter-tops, wood floors and valet trash now.
OH and if you try to accuse and complain on any of those women of a disservice, they will all say "I am Kim" no "I am Kim" no "I am Kim" they are all f'ing Kim because they lie to not get in trouble.
Daughte just ripped off by Parkview Apt. In Sherman, Tx. KEPT her $100 money order After being denied an apartment. Claims app fee and background check but was also told there was no application fee!! Probably made the money order out to herself.

I wish I could give zero stars, when i lived at crosby which was owned by them back in 2016 it was the worst place I've ever lived. When I was there they had no internet, the worst cable service and my upstairs neighbor flooded her place which messed up my bathroom and bedroom. I complained for months for someone to fix it, they ruined my clothes and furniture just spackling over it. I got sick with mold poisoning in my lungs and was hospitalized. they didnt believe me I called corporate and someone from this company came down looked me in the eyes and said "Are you sure you dont just want to move because you cant afford to live here" To top it off they've tried to sue me twice for not paying them which I did! ruined my credit, never got my deposit, or an I'm sorry or anything dont move here its not worth it

I digress they still run timber apartments in lawton ok and I always strongly recommend no one live there ever based off my experience with this company. seeing there low reviews on google is not shocking

The apartment manager is has a nasty attitude and disposition. Very rude. the apartment has gone down . used to be safe to live not since she's been there. Can't ask her nothing without smart remark. there are drugs on the premise since she been there , fighting, police constantly in the complex since she been back managing. please help us , I been a tenant for 11 years. faithful on my rent ,don't bother anybody. She is not business material. The worse manager since I live back here. rude rude rude. she allow loud music in the apartment . never happen since I been back here. please help us. correct some these problem.
I've been complaining about no hot water or sparactic hot water for 8 months now at Residence at White Rock. Only answer I get it s "were working in it". I literally have to run my hot water upwards of a hour to 2 to get even lukewarm enough to bathe or clean my apartment. I've contacted 311 TWICE, which responded along with management staff but still no action. BUT they will tack a policy or fee notice on my door for EVERY LITTLE THING!
