I've owned three BMW's across four states and NEVER experienced anything but the BEST SERVICE from BMW Service Centers. This was my first time using Roadshow BMW for service and it was no exception. The service was first class! Hats off to Dan ( my service advisor) for treating the "new guy in town" like a life-long customer.
