All this company does is try to rob you and extort money out of you and threaten you with cancellation fees and all sorts of costs.

After the usual wait while the phone rang, a fast and easy transaction with a pleasant cheerful representative. This is the second car I have insured with Right Choice. I was a little critical the first time because of all the inevitable detail that has to be gone through these days but that wasn't necessary this time. I've got a third car to insure so obviously I'll get them to quote for that as well. Impressed!

What a joke of a company...
My car broke down at the beginning of covid-19 as my son went in intensive care so I cancelled my insurance... but they kept it running even though I asked for a cancellation...
Obviously i am not working because of covid-19 I can't afford to ensure a broken down car when I need to use all my money on bus trips to the hospital to see my poorly son....
Next thing I received an email for outstanding balance.. which I told him I didn't understand why as I do not have a policy anymore... they tried to set up a payment plan... but when I said I only get paid on Fridays can I pay then they said they couldn't do it... now they have passed the debt on to another company who are now hounding me... the last thing I needed this adding to life at the moment...

What this company does is illigal. They will just keep claiming that they haven't received your documents no matter how many times you send them though. Each time they do actually receive the same set of documents, something new will be missing. They're just in to get your policy cancelled so they can walk away with their 20 percent. Have fun talking to anyone about it, you'll be on hold for a good few hours. Edit: good luck getting your policy changed to a new car over the Christmas holidays. There is no way of knowing if these arse bandits are actually open as the phone will just ring for hours on end. Theres a special place in hell for these people.

Very bad experience with them. Be very careful and try to avoid them by all means. Was coned by them 3 times. Bunch of scams they are.
My home insurance renewal was dealt with by Charlie very efficiently and quickly.
Took 650 payment from me then said I'm not covered until someone has called me.
After a 15minute call of basically going through a complete new quote I'm told they need to go back to the underwriters and will be back in touch. Tried calling numerous times but never got through, queuing for for between 15 - 35 minutes each time before eventually giving up.
Experience so far is awful. Luckily I paid on my credit card.

These guys will advertise a price before confirming it, as they are brokers. So maybe it will look the best value for money at first, but soon they will start telling you reasons why they cannot. I got "if you can keep it inside we can potentially give you a figure closer" Aye no bother pal il just go construct a garage . And if you do phone (and live through the long wait) you will be on hold for up to an hour before being passed about the switch board like Wii tennis

After a really long wait, the advisor was really efficient and friendly and sorted out my insurance quickly
It was a great experience, there were a few issues with my policy and the staff were very helpful. Really looking forward to speaking to them again as everything is easily sorted.

Absolute joke. Please if you know what s good for ya listen to the reviews I wish I did! Needed insurance on the day. They have to speak to you via phone call first before they authorise the insurance. First time I ve had that problem anyway.. They refused to insure me because I used my ncb on my other car. But they refused to refund the money so had to get the bank involved for a refund. Also are very pushy on the phone demanding everything. Cheapest but you get what you pay for I guess. AVOID!!

Took out household insurance paid in full , documents sent through email, some things were not right with details phoned told no problem will change and send new documents STILL WAITING , take your money drive you mad with emails to purchase then after paying nothing .Stay Clear

I have called them to postpone my direct debit day but every time i call them they find a different excuse not to do it. First they tell you, you have to call 3 days before when you do that they say it has to be 3 working days and even when you do that they then tell you the underwriters will want the money anyway. Finally got through to someone only to be told I d been driving for a month without any cover even though payment had been taken. Was promised I would receive documents and that I should be covered now. Still awaiting documents and am on phone in another queue hoping to get this sorted ASAP.

Only rated 1star just to leave review otherwise it would be 0 stars Please avoid absolutely shocking to deal with got a full refund off this company after hours of ringing (And what an idiot I was for not reading reviews) for them to take payment again 2days later to be told they was going to give me it back but would take 3-5 working days and if your ringing the 033 number comes a big phone bill too.
It's just a scam and rip off dodgy as hell please read reviews and definitely don't purchase the policy on line as they will take payment but you don't have insurance until someone at there end contact you 3days and nothing...
