I can't recommend Right Choice highly enough. I have used them for many years now insuring both my car and motorcycle and have always received good customer service.

I gave 4 stars because the lady I spoke to at First Choice named Jade was very polite, helpful, efficient, and made sure information received and given was clear so no mistakes were made, I would recommend First Choice to a relative or friend, plus my document was received within 20 mins of me finishing my call with her. I do get that insurance companies quotes are subject to the underwriters and at the same time trying to be competive and we do pay higher rates of insurance for a number of reasons, but nevertheless, if you have a cheap car and feel that the insurance you pay should be near or more than what the car is actually worth to buy this is mainly for drivers like me who have a clean lisence and many years of driving experience and of a mature age. I would have given 5 stars if my insurance was cheaper given the reasons I mentioned.
stay well clear these guys will rob you blind literally customer sevece shocking texes everyday telling me my insurance will be cancelled the list goes on if you want an empty bank account and stress then go weith these !!!!! 0 star if i could - if i seen these reviews first i wouldent of touched them

Absolutely shambolic of a company. Been on 'hold' for over an hour every day for the last five days trying to speak with the 'validation team'.
Even called the generic number and spoke with Customer Care, who promised a call back from the relevant department last week, but sat her still waiting.
About to exercise Statutory Cooling off Rights.

Robbie was extremely polite , patient , helpful and understanding as when he phoned me I was not a home and didn't have some of the information readily available.
I found the service very frustrating. I made 17 calls in total. On 4 occasions I was told that the renewal team was not able to take the call as it was so busy and they would ring back. No one did. The next time I contacted you, I expressed my concern and use of time to the reception team who were very helpful and got me through to a young lady, who could not get a quote but said she would ring me back as soon as she obtained one. I presumed that day. One week later after not hearing I got through to Omari who was very helpful and prompt and renewed my policy.
I must admit I was at the point of cancelling all 4 cars that I have with you but he managed to solve the problem.
Amy was awesome and made the lonnnnnnnng phone call to arrange my insurance alot easier and enjoyable.
We have found right choice a very poor company to deal with.we found out when policy details sent through it was a credit agreement with a direct debit not just a direct debit.
The agent then said she would have to get her supervisor to ring me the next day as she was on the phone.i am still waiting.the promise was made on Wednesday 10th April it is now Monday 15th and still waiting.

this company have charged me over 500 for 15 days insurance because they cant find the call where I told them I was not the registered owner of the veichle. I will be getting the police involved!!!!!!!! stay well away. WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!!!!

This is my 3rd time renewing my policy with this company normally it is quite straight forward & the advisors pretty helpful. However on this occasion I emailed twice to renew as they suggested but no one got back to me. I then called five times to no avail I was on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Seeing as my policy ran out the very next day I decided to perservere. I only managed to get through to the renewals team by demanding that the receptionist put me through to a manager. If that wasn't bad enough I was then put through to an arrogant, rude, sarcastic dude of a sales advisor called Taylor. Who has NO customer service skills whatsoever!!! He made out like he was doing me a favour & not me keeping him in a job! I pay a substantial amount for my insurance so do not expect to be treated in such a disgusting fashion especially for being loyal. There are hundreds of insurance companies out there begging for my custom so I will most definitely be going elsewhere next time.

Most terrible insurance agency on planet earth, Asking all stupid information after taking money to ensure they can scam people money and still charge a fee. Customer service is equal to nothing which mean you can wait upto 2-3 hours if anything needs to change.

Horrible experience!! Very very poor customer service. I have just bought a car insurance and wanted to drive my car home. They have taken the payment since yesterday however have not yet confirmed that my policy has started and also not sent my documents. I have been trying for hours and hours since morning but the answering machine just keeps saying "your call is important to us" . It's a shame to see that the company has not yet improved their responsive service as I can see so many people commenting the same. I have purchased the car and the policy since yesterday but can't drive it yet! I have emailed them 3 times but still no response. Trust me the reviews and my experience clearly shows that they do not value business or their customers. If you get a slightly expensive insurance but a better company then go for the latter one. It's really not worth our time to be behind these guys who just don't value is and our business . Horrible !!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Even if they do come out cheapest on price comparison websites. Just pay a little bit more and deal with a 'proper' company.
Incredible long wait times to speak to an advisor. Repeated disconnections, resulting in yet more extended wait times. And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, you get to speak to a rude, completely disinterested 'customer service' person. Both who I spoke to genuinely couldn't have cared any less.
Was told that I'd receive my refund within 3-5 working days. After a week, I had to call (wait for ages to get through, obviously and disconnected once) to chase it up. Once again, served by someone with not an ounce of empathy, understanding or helpfulness.
Would have rated them zero stars, but sadly was not able to.

I reached Right Choice Insurance at 19.30 just 30 mins before their closing time, despite this Mr Sean didn't hesitate to employ extra time to set up my policy, he has been very and professional and clarified all my doubts and questions, great service indeed.

Literally the worst company ever!!
Stole my money, then a 'manager' said he'd refund. i never got the refund so i called - they lied and said they don't have my money - so how was i being 'refunded' then by this 'manager'? i complained on the hour every hour as my 5 of my complaints were ignored and guess what - i got a refund of the money they 'never had'

Absolutely diabolical... this company is horrendous to deal with. The staff are rude and I honestly don't think they know what their actually doing. Payments taken early and we get charged for that. Horrific customer service, asked to speak to manager and get passed from one rude customer service staff to another, after asking around 5times to speak to manager I eventually get through to be told I'm getting emailed with documentation I am still waiting the day after. I waited 3weeks and after numerous calls later to be sent the insurance certificate. They may say they're the cheapest around but after all the extra charges they add to everything you pay 3x the actual initial quote given.. had to give 1* to be able to review but believe me and the previous reviews this company is definitely not worth even 1*.
Please please please go elsewhere for you insurance and save the time, hassle and most of all your money.

A have read some bad reviews and good so a was quite worried when a had to make a claim off my insurance incase a just kept getting put off but no aye was all fault when had the accident Friday and they come and picked my car up on the Monday and is now in the garage for repair or maybe a total loss aye have been with this company nearly 2 years and never had any issues so we ll done team from me

Renewed my insurance with these guys as I ve had them for the last year with no complaints and they offer competitive prices. They re very good at letting you know when you need to renew and after a 20 min conversation I was all paid up and insured. Really can t ask for more than that, also they re all very polite which I think is very important these days.

I took out insurance today and had the pleasure of dealing with Clayton, he was friendly and professional. As I have 9 Points, getting a good deal is not easy, however, Clayton managed to get me a good price. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a good service and good price. A right bunch of liars keep getting emails on a daily basis saying renewal documents sent and when I called them I was told they do not send renewal documents. If renewal documents had been sent a fig could be given straightway but they try ramp up price.
Keep getting sms at twice a day very rude bunch of staff and say to all to avoid them at all costs. shame that there is no way to ban them from trading and the only way to stop them is to avoid doing business with them altogather.

Seemed to have to cover every single aspect of the online application all over again over the phone immediately afterwards. Rendering the entire online application fairly pointless. It also (bizarrely) takes longer over the phone than it does online, even though the purpose of the call is apparently just to confirm the details. I was told it would take no more than 10 minutes to cover everything however it ended up taking over 25 mins (and I had everything to hand). Very good value policy but not without some pain in getting it set up. And I still have not had confirmation of the policy for more than the first 31 days on a temporary insurance certificate. Unusre why since we have confirmed everything twice (online and over the phone) and the policy has already been paid for in full.
Charlie was great, straight to the point got my policy renewed in 30mins while on my lunch break.
He deserves a pay rise.

I got the quote from one of the comparison websites and it offered the best value for money for what I was after. After purchase, I was phoned by a member of staff just to run through the policy and make sure the details were correct and it met my needs. Efficient, informative and professional. Thank you. That is me insured for another year.

They don t answer phone after calling over 10 times over multiple days. Then trick you into going over 14 days period of cancellation so they can charge for any changes after that time.
