Took 650 payment from me then said I'm not covered...

Took 650 payment from me then said I'm not covered until someone has called me.

After a 15minute call of basically going through a complete new quote I'm told they need to go back to the underwriters and will be back in touch. Tried calling numerous times but never got through, queuing for for between 15 - 35 minutes each time before eventually giving up.

Experience so far is awful. Luckily I paid on my credit card.
