if I could have given no stars I would have, this company is an absolute joke, no compassion what so ever, all they are interested in is your money, if they were the last insurance company on earth I would advise someone to drive with no insurance rather then recommend these bandits.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT USE. Spoke with a lad called Charlie about my renewal policy and his attitude stunk. Previously worked in insurance and mentioned about some information that he had wrong. He was rude and the told me he was leaving the company by Sunday so didn't care. Listen to the recording by all means RCIB, this is what happened. I also found out today that my insurance was cancelled back in November.... I called up in November and confirmed it wasn't cancelled and the person I spoke to ensured me it wasn't cancelled. Joke of a company and could of ended up in a worse position then I am.....

Terrible service! Cant remember the guys name but was speeding through everything, and when i had questions he will give me a 2 word answer and carry on speeding through what hes got to say.
Also the insurance prices i chose and paid a deposit for, was no longer available apperently so they sent me to another company after going through all my details and constantly putting me of hold for ages! Bumped up the price, then told me hes sending me through to the insurance company, she then tells me how can i help and was lost so had to explain everything again.
Now been told ill get an email in 10minutes with my cover details on there. Its been 25minutes and nothing yet.
Annoys me the most how they keep putting you on hold for so long and seem as if they dont even care.

absolute shambles of a company, been on hold for more than 40 mins, passed round from pillar to post, due to a very small claim which i forgot about, they then trebled the quote. I obviously said no. Then then told me i owe them money as the cancellation charges. I had insurance with them for 7 days They wont give me my deposit back and insist i pay them the additional charges. Unbelievable

Stay away, they will appear as the cheapest on moneysupermarket.com then they will send you an email that validation needed, then they will go through all those detail which never asked by money supermarket.com so they can increase your premium.
If you agree with the premium good otherwise they will deduct admin fee and the charges for using the insurance,
Remember your refund will take 30 working days ,on company in the world which take that long.
AVOID LIKE THE VIRUS, They email you saying their going to cancel your insurance, if you dont pay more money. Worst company on earth, will be shut down soon, never answer phone, nevar answer emails, a joke.

Stay away from this company. Wish I read up on reviews before I took the policy out. Never came across such unhelpful stuff. Every week get told the going to cancel my insurance. Because they missing paper work. Sent of countless times by post and email. Every time I call they say the have received it and will stop the insurance from being cancelled. But still get the email every week. They take payment when ever they fill like it and not to the date on the credit agreement. Then they have the cheek to charge for miss payment. I wish I never went with the cowboy insurance.

I was introduced to RCIB through compare the market. Upon selecting this firm for my insurance I had to wait for a call back in order for the insurance to go live once all the information is confirmed.
After spending the whole day and being promised someone will call me back it was me constantly chasing this company up.
You would think that after the whole day trying to sort my insurance with them, I will end the day with good news but this was not the case.
They finally advised me they can not cover me as I have had 3 non fault accidents!
I thought what a load of rubbish, accidents are out of anyone's hand and for it to be non fault you would think it will not be a problem, this is far from the truth.
I've been penalised for past non fault accidents. If anyone has had more than 2 accidents then do not bother with RCIB as they will waste your day only to say no at the end.

I searched on Moneysupermarket for car insurance. I got the cheapest quote from Right Choice. After I paid the money there was a message that someone will contact me. Next I had a phone call, he went through all the details and said he has to change some details and I have to pay more. At the end I ended up paying more then another companies quoted.
He emailed me everything. I red policy, understood that he cheated and cancelled it straight away. For that they charged my 10% of the full amount.
Beware Right Choice Insurance Brokers! They are cheaters.

So my experience is I was on a comparison site bought what I thought was insurance but turns out they were a broker I only wanted the transaction to be cancelled and refunded the first time it had taken me over 5 hours to sort out but in the end had my find a back then 5 days later the funds had been taken again and I have still not received a refund no one knows if it has been processed or knows anything no confirmation had been sent out and it still not resolved!!!! I am furious with such jncompitence

I rang up to insure my car, gave all the details and all seemed fine, I was put on hold and after 30 minutes of waiting decided to try and insure my car online. The money was taken from my account to then receive an email to say until I speak with them on the phone I'm not covered! Only to find they had closed (that's obviously why they put me on hold)

Was not completed in time as specified ended up being late for work as had to walk as insurance was supposed to be active by 18:45pm by 7pm showing not insured got the email of confirmation around 19:30pn to say im insured now took far too long and i have never been late for work until today disappointing its not the guy i spoke to's fault its whoever activated it
George was a brilliant help! From start to end he made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I asked (I had a lot of questions)! But he didn t hesitate to answer and made me feel 100% confident in my decision to insurance with them. Their's ment to confirm my details , wich ment to go though all over again.
