After taking payment for motorcycle cover I never received any documents as promised from original email confirmation. Finally got through to someone only to be told I d been driving for a month without any cover even though payment had been taken. Was promised I would receive documents and that I should be covered now. Still awaiting documents and am on phone in another queue hoping to get this sorted ASAP.
