Very nice place. Lots of good food and drinks. Different seating areas. Relaxing
Wonderful experience, stellar service, an exceptional bartender.
Ok but no shower, also ladies bathroom not very functional - only one sink, no shelf for bags or anything.
Drinks are good. Veggie stuff passable. Not much of choice.
Nice lounge. Great choice of food and drinks with a view.
Well. There might be a few more workspaces, but the cleanliness and service are excellent.
We enjoyed our visit to the lounge before our honeymoon trip to Greece.
Airport rather well organized, we are well received, the staff is available when needed.
Great lounge! This is huge lounge for international flight!! This is located in front of a exit of connection gate from domestic flight. The reception is the concourse floor and the lounge is up floor. There are many sofas, bar counters and tables so easy to fine to relax! There are not only refreshments but good foods for lunch. It s very clean and of course the bathroom is very clean. You can prepare your things before your long flight. Great lounge!! I hope you relax here!!
Average lounge. Not much food selection; a soup and some salad. Great bar though; very friendly bar staff.
Best food with best service here, prefect airport lounge have seen so far. This pasta chef is wonderful. He is so professional at his works
Smells food. More like a fast food restaurant than a Business Lounge
Internation lounge :
Maple leafs lounge are a pretty good standard worldwide. Always pleasant to hit one of them.
The Dorval one has everything you would need:
-Quiet
-Showers
-Comfortable
It feels nice to be there. Pretty comparable to a Lufthansa Senator Lounge.
On the critique side:
- Food (Maple leaf lounge tried to improve lately on their food but still very tasteless) . Still way better than American lounges, no comparison. At least they are trying
-Wine: this is Canada , I don't get that we get served Californian wine in a Canadian lounge. This is an opportunity to discover Canadian wines . And there are some good ones . They are expensive but the lounge is one of the best way for travelers to experience the richness of our culture. So please Air Canada , stop with the Californian wine.
4 stars because of food and wine .
Basic lounge, got all the stuff you need for your 25min wait.
Cold, that is how I'm feeling now, no need to keep this cold. I'm wearing my jacket. The food is ok but it is also quite late now, maybe it is better for morning or lunch.
Enjoy most of Air Canada Lounges but Montreal's international terminal lounge is the best
If you are traveling first class nice, but rundown and old.
Really new and nice. This is the International Lounge. They have a chef here too and a full bar. Was here on a Sunday and it was not busy at all.
One of the very best lounges, comfy armchairs and great choice of food ! Didn't even care wifi wasn't working
Not that friendly service, no smiles, not welcoming
Paid over $200 to upgrade my seats and when I got to the plane they moved me without notice with general seats. Staff was very rude.
Angel hair with shrimp were perfect! Relaxing stay before our departure.
Air Canada lounge is modern, spacious and bright . The lack of food choices is disappointing considering this airline is a Star Alliance member.
In one word "Terrible " and I would never attend another one or recommend it to anyone. The website is lacking in information and instead we attended a Priority Pass Lounge which was excellent.
3 stars only compared to fence lounges worldwide however 4.5 stars compared to north american ones in general. Food is Ok, when you ask a latte from the bar it s really excellent. Shower is ok ambience is cozy.. Beautiful view with the huge windows...
Excellent lounge, can be a bit crowded at times, so pick your seat wisely and bring everything you need for your stay.
Much much better than the old lounge! Great interior design and great lunch selection.
Just enough luxury, alcohol and food included; chef station and small buffet at meal times.
This lounge would get five-stars if they offered something more than cold salads and tortilla chips outside of specifically designated meal hours...
Lots of travellers. Very nice surroundings. Food is good. Service is good.
Good food, open bar, offered with business class ticket
The new AC international lounge is a great space. Much better food choice.
OK, but no more. Dinner starts at 12:30, which is a little late.
Good VIP lounge. Come with a little extra time and enjoy good food and drinks.
Bad attitude from the person at the front desk. It s obvious she doesn t like her job and doesn t care about guests. Doesn t even want to listen to what we had to say, just submissive and condescending attitude.
Inside the lounge I suggest you taste the guacamole sauce.
Good but there are better ones like Turkish Airlines Istanbul Airport Lounge..
New renovation and a good place to rest between transit.
1 star as of my current posting because I can't even get access to the lounge yet. Everyone be prepared, they open at 9am on a Sunday (and most days) - note the Plaza Premium Lounge is already opened.
Mom and I were thinking we could get to the airport early to enjoy the lounge as our flight departs at 11am. Needless to say that dream has been throughly quashed for the next 20minutes until the pinched-faced-hates-the world-attendant opens the door!
I don't even care that it's opened at 9am!!! What really pissed me off was the fact we got YELLED at by this (censored) attandent. She basically ignored us for the 5mins we were standing out there, throroughly not giving a damn, then tried to shoo us away then followed up with an incredibly crass "9'o clock!!!! It's ON THE DOOR!!!!!" Like we were some idiots. Definitely not the treatment you'd expect from flying business, or flying any class. Couldn't she have nicely said "the lounge doesn't open until 9"? Instead of screaming at us?
I don't care how nice the supposed "revamped" lounge is, if the people you hire to man your front desk is anything like this lady...well, good riddence.
Decent domestic lounge with good breakfast. Gets very crowded at peak times, and hard to find power outlets.
Pleasant, nothing to blame if it is the air conditioner but it's not much.
Very clean and professional!
Everything was fine, the cleaning, the food, the service.. But they close at 8:00 am??? Really don't get it?? The place was really clean, so I don't see reason to close for cleaning
Asked how to get access to the lounge and got told to go around. Staff was in a bad mood. Had left the national bank lounge because it was too full. Maple leaf lounge was simply unhelpful to a point I rather wait at the general waiting area vs getting into that air Canada loubge.
Waiting for Business class flight. No sparkling wine in the lounge. Hardly any snacks. Couldn't they have cheese plates? It's really down market.
Correct lounge - food not up to the standards though
Spacious lounge, nice interior design, wonderful view, friendly staff and good food. Love this brand new international lounge.
Clean, bright, comfortable and with excellent restaurant service _bar
Very nice lounge. It wasn't busy during my stay (midday on a Tuesday). Transition from breakfast to lunch was happening, so there were eggs, sausage and hash browns, followed by veggie pasta and flatbreads. The Japanese noodle bar was being prepped while I was there. Alcohol is served starting at 11:00.
A nice lounge, although a bit small. A chef was there to cook pasta on order.
Very spacious and welcoming, a lovely buffet with a nice selection of food. All together, a peaceful environment at while waiting for your flight.
Nice atmosphere, clean with very good bar and very good quality food. Many different type of seating arrangements and not crowded ( I was there early afternoon)
Excellent salads and pasta
Pre-flight rest with a variety of drinks!
I don't typically give 5 star reviews on airports, but the Maple Leaf Lounge was amazing experience.
Lunch buffet, free coffee, drinks, showers and lounge rooms.
Best connecting flight ever!
