What a joke of a company...

What a joke of a company...
My car broke down at the beginning of covid-19 as my son went in intensive care so I cancelled my insurance... but they kept it running even though I asked for a cancellation...
Obviously i am not working because of covid-19 I can't afford to ensure a broken down car when I need to use all my money on bus trips to the hospital to see my poorly son....
Next thing I received an email for outstanding balance.. which I told him I didn't understand why as I do not have a policy anymore... they tried to set up a payment plan... but when I said I only get paid on Fridays can I pay then they said they couldn't do it... now they have passed the debt on to another company who are now hounding me... the last thing I needed this adding to life at the moment...
