I have called them to postpone my direct debit day...

I have called them to postpone my direct debit day but every time i call them they find a different excuse not to do it. First they tell you, you have to call 3 days before when you do that they say it has to be 3 working days and even when you do that they then tell you the underwriters will want the money anyway. So what are you there for just lamp post or something. Joke of a service. Joke of all insurances. Shame on you
