What this company does is illigal. They will just keep claiming that they haven't received your documents no matter how many times you send them though. Each time they do actually receive the same set of documents, something new will be missing. They're just in to get your policy cancelled so they can walk away with their 20 percent. Have fun talking to anyone about it, you'll be on hold for a good few hours. Edit: good luck getting your policy changed to a new car over the Christmas holidays. There is no way of knowing if these arse bandits are actually open as the phone will just ring for hours on end. Theres a special place in hell for these people.
