I had a lady called Ami that dealt with me, she was very very helpful, informative and friendly... Would definatley recomend trying this company for your insurance :)

This is without doubt, THE WORST company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, even cancelling was a nightmare

I went to the office as i needed to sort something details out and i got the address from somebody named Kim and she gave me the address for a completely different insurance company and then i got sent out on a wild goose chase around the Romford area which doesn't help as i live near Reading. so was absolute fuming when i got there and then they all gave me attitude.

Very helpful and patient. Worked with me to get a great rate!

Very disappointed . Costumer service very poor, to cancel is charging 15% with a lots of additional charges ..with never insure with this company again.. sets of crooks

When I spoke to them on the phone vert rude and unwilling to make a deal or move the due date only by a week during covid and wasn't working

Quotes given are not at all final and once you have put your card details in to pay for the policy you are asked to confirm some further details over the phone. Given that they are a broker I can understand that they may need further clarification over the telephone, but it was very difficult to get through to them to confirm this information.

Once details were confirmed the original quote was substantially lower than their final quote and as such I did no go ahead with the policy. They were happy for me to not go ahead but I am still waiting 10 days + for my credit card to have the pre-authorised amount for the original quote to be made available again.

There is no reason why the company should be pre-authorising and holding onto funds when policies have not even been confirmed in full at the point of payment being taken.

I would advise that anyone else in this situation contact their bank s dispute department in the hope that with enough momentum the company may stop holding onto preauthorised funds, as this could very easily prevent people from being able to pay insurance with another provider if they had decided to not go ahead with a final quote.

Scam scam company, be aware they will take your money even if you do not agree to the price and then say they haven't done it.
Keep very clear of them.

This company is clearly scam artists and given they have a 100% 1 star review from everyone shows they are scammer out for a quick con. They deliberately quote low insurance quotes so they appear first on less stringent compare sites. They are not on Money Saving Supermarket because you have to be reputable company to listed there. So you get the plan it will be always be one of the lowest and then you get a text that you need to call the 'Validation' team and triple the price of cover when you have agreed the first quote. If you try and cancel the policy they will claim they will refuse to give a full refund and will take 90% of the deposit because their business plan o trick people into starting policies with false quotes and keeping the deposit when they cancel once they realise it is a scam.

Absolute shambles of a company, no customer service what so ever.

If you choose these, you made wrong choice !! Quote might be cheap but they make it up by huge fees and entrapment to get out of policy. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...

Cold called by this company asking had I been in an accident. I have my number registered with TPS and advised the caller of this and they still persisted.

Took two hours hours on the phone and 3 hours waiting for a call back that should ve been in twenty minutes. And they wouldn t send a Mars bar.

Please steer clear of RCIB they are a con. They increased my premium because they said my mileage did not qualify and yet I was hardly using the car. I will not recommend RCIB to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I read all the reviews, after I payed for the dospit you need then need to call them in the morning the go through it with you but everything is over email you need to sign and then need to print everything off and then send proof and letters over email very time consuming

James was the person who assisted me in my insurance renewal and he was amazing. He really went that extra mile to help me find the best quote and was very friendly. He also honoured his word when he said he was going to call me.

Spent over an hour and a half on hold to then have the phone hung up on me because it was 8pm absolute joke

While trying to set up new insurance, Liam was extremely helpful and patient when helping me. He was very understanding when I was a little confused and we successfully completed the new insurance. Made my experience a lot less stressful and easy. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

My nephew took car insurance with Right Choice 12 months ago after a long absence driving.The premium was rather heafty understandable as he was a new risk.
Now it's time to renew his policy after a year of carful driving,contacted Amanda at Right Choice and was rewarded with a very good reduction in the price to renew,-----which he took.

Renewed for the fifth year with RCIB, Charlie dealt with my renewal and made the process straight forward answering all my questions.

False quotes on comparison sites. Keep customers on hold for unreasonable amount of time (guess their practice for those that ring their premium rate numbers). Wanted a cancellation fee for a policy already paid in full. They know they're bad, they ask if "you can please leave us a good Google review" when you purchase, before getting chance to understand how they conduct their business. Worst insurance company I know, backed by brotherly (dilly, dilly) finance! Negative stars would be more appropriate.

Hold time on phone: expect to wait 40 min before call answered or someone will answer after 20 min and then put you back in que

Hidden charges: they find an insurance company for you (supposedly) and then apparently finance (use a loan) to pay for the insurance which apparently means you ll be paying more than What you agreed. Beware: they twist it so that you don t understand what you re doing.

Service: been told that I d get a call back so many times but never got a call back.

Data protection: I was refunded 100 pound due to Right Choice insurance disclosing personal information to someone else who they thought was me and none of the data protection questions were followed appropriately.

Scam: they quote you a price and then at end of policy you ll end up paying more than what they quoted. I ve took it to financial ombudsmen services and if I were you;

Recommendation: stay well clear of them. Trust me, it s the worst company I ve ever dealt with

Charlie was very professional and helpful but I waited nearly an hour to get connected to the right department just listening to "ring ring". It would have been helpful to know if I was in queue. The website kept crashing and I've received too many texts/emails reminding me to renew. Slightly frustrating from a customer service perspective but thanks Charlie for being efficient.

This company is an appalling example of a business, after cancelling my insurance, saying i hadn't sent in documentation (we had several times) they then tried to charge me for the cancelation. They use bully boy tactics to recover fantasy debt and they brake data protection laws whist doing so. Finally got through on the phone to book a call back to review my home policy. Had to ring a few times with no luck just the waiting game hence the 4 stars.

Policy queries and renewal dealt with very professionally when contact with the right dept was made. So would use again but would appreciate quicker phone answering and the right no put on the alert email.

Its that time of year again, the dreaded renewal time... No problem for me I'll renew with Right Choice they have the cheapest quotes the most helpful staff and really take the pain out off the whole ordeal I couldn't recommend them any less they are the easiest insurance broker to use.

Awful company. They ask for proof or your entire life story for no apparent reason. Rude, unhelpful staff and certainly not value for money. Will never be using again.
