The journey was very smooth and I found my queries and requests were carried out efficiently and timely. We met Josh and Craig from Ray White MetroWest in Chapel Hill nearly two years ago when we started looking for a New home. Very early on we developed a relationship with Josh and Craig that was very open and honest. They provided realistic feedback on all potential properties we were interested in and went out of their way to answer ALL of our questions and concerns.
In November 2015 Josh and Craig put us onto a property that was spot on for our requirements. This potential New home was set to go to auction in December 2015 and whilst we were not familiar or comfortable with the auction system Josh and Craig were there through the whole process to guide us. End result is we now have a New home!

I walked into Ray White Metrowest to find an a agent to sell my Indooroopilly home. I was promptly greeted by Tom Barker and immediately knew he had the energy and hunger that could sell my house, his first impression was paramount. Krista and her team managed our property in Taringa for more than two years after we moved interstate with the family, and Craig oversaw the recent sale of, what was once our family home. During our time with Ray White Krista and Craig responded to our queries in a timely manner and thoroughly too. Also, importantly, I felt they treated our tenants with respect and therefore, our tenants treated our property well. A special mention goes to Craig, who rushed to our vacated property at midnight on a Saturday when a water pipe had burst. Craig was in there drying the carpet and floor and made sure the place was in displayable condition for the upcoming inspection. Craig, also, attended to minor repairs and some gardening himself, saving us time and money.
Overall, Krista and Craig are approachable people who even made time for us at short notice when we dropped in from interstate.

The property management department is anything but professional. The property manager Krista Sharp and so called principle conducts herself in a consistently questionable manner. Will lie under oath, Consistently breaks residential code of conduct, trespasses onto property, extremely hard to contact, impossible to communicate with. Over all a very bad experience with this company. What they seem to forget is that, tenants become buyers and investors, and if you screw over your tenants, they will never deal with you again. Brisbane is a small city, We will definitely be telling everyone we know to never deal with this company.
I would highly recommend Ray White Metrowest. The staff were professional and very supportive in all our dealings which made an initially daunting task (entering the property market) into a pleasant experience. We can't thank Elyssa, the Senior Property Manager, enough for her professionalism and efficiency in dealing with tenants who abandoned. Having secured these tenants from a different agency, which we left due to poor management, Elyssa managed their abandonment with such efficiency that the unfortunate experience has had little impact for us as landlords. We have been able to abide with the law and secure our insurance claim due to the correct procedural thoroughness by which Elyssa managed the property. I can not recommend Ray White Metrowest enough.

The staff at Ray White Metro West were informed early in the day about a faulty garage door. They promptly took action to ensure that my house would be secure during the day. However, instead of finding a faulty door a very large snake was discovered lodged in the door roller. Without hesitation a snake catcher was dispatched and the snake removed. All this was done without cost to myself.

We've had the pleasure of dealing with Craig and his sales team when we were looking to purchase an investment property. His laid back relaxed attitude coupled with a very straight forward friendly approach worked well with us.
He catered well to our FIFO lifestyle and made himself readily available for inspections after hours on short notice respecting our time everytime we flew down to Brisbane. Mistakes in statements, no statement numbers, double charges, late statements, statement undecipherable, surprise income & expenditure fee, no statement numbers, con consitency in statement issue date, water recovery from tenants erratice or nil, poor service, unapologetic property manager. cancelled management arrangement in less than a year.

I first contacted Craig at RWMW on via email and text on 11/7 about buying a vacant appt. After several more calls and texts from me, he got back to me 9 days later on 20/7. He arranged a viewing on 23/7, but it was canceled on the morning of 23/7, 40 minutes before the viewing, because the property has been leased for 18 months! I hope the seller wasn't particularly motivated, because this buyer is no longer interested. In summary, motivated buyer turned off by sheer unprofessionalism of seller's agent.

Had a severe pest problem, which was there when we moved in, and we were told that it was our fault. Any maintenance issue takes months to complete, if they are at all.
Aggressive and rude, lying staff, we were told by our property manager that she actually wasn't our property manager, and were hung up on when we called. They do everything to avoid responsibility and did not help to mitigate our losses as tenants at all.
Only provided us a bare-bones tenant ledger after basically begging them for a rental reference. This ledger was provided, shockingly, by the same woman who claimed to not be our property manager! How interesting!
Appalling, we will be reporting.

Pretty sure all the five star reviews are all fake or by the employees..Stay clear you have been warned..

Have never been treated by a rental agency so awfully in my life. They took over our lease 5 months ago after 4 years with no problems with the previous rental agency and since then we have been consistently harrassed. Sandy has been rude and we have felt threatened by the treatment we have received. Have spoken to the RTA about their treatment of us and they were disgusted also. Will be reporting what we can to the RTA. Stay away!
