We had our property listed for 100 days with no signs of contracts or much movement through the open homes. Within 2 weeks of Leighton and Gaby taking over our home was sold with an even better price then our previous realtors said we would ever be able to get. We looked straight to this team when we decided we were ready to buy an investment property, using them for the sales process and then using the same agency to have it listed for rent.
