When my partner and I decided to sell our property, my thoughts went to an agent I d met socially some time before. I remembered him as a friendly and likeable person who displayed a natural warmth. He was clearly a people person .
What an excellent choice! Craig Sharp is the Principal at Ray White Metro West, an agency run by he and his equally lovely wife, Krista. From the first mention of listing our property, Craig was there with advice and enthusiasm--buckets of enthusiasm. I remember when, at one stage, our house was being worked on by many people (and I was feeling a bit worn), Craig said, I just love the preparation stage! , with his big smile. I couldn t help but feel a new energy.
We watched in awe as Craig wove his magic. Experience counted for everything he was confident that every move he took would be in the best interests of our sale. He was right.
Our property sold within a few days of being listed. When there were a couple of minor hiccups with the contract, Craig was there to fix them. He communicated well at every stage.
If there was a place where I could vote for Real Estate Agent of the Year , I wouldn t hesitate to enter Craig s name. A wonderful agent and also a very nice person. Highly recommended.
