Shocking, embarrassing service. Agents never in the office, never answering their phones, impossible to contact. Agents not rocked up to work at 9.30 on a Monday morning!
Had a severe pest problem, which was there when we moved in, and we were told that it was our fault. Any maintenance issue takes months to complete, if they are at all.
Aggressive and rude, lying staff, we were told by our property manager that she actually wasn't our property manager, and were hung up on when we called. They do everything to avoid responsibility and did not help to mitigate our losses as tenants at all.
Only provided us a bare-bones tenant ledger after basically begging them for a rental reference. This ledger was provided, shockingly, by the same woman who claimed to not be our property manager! How interesting!
Appalling, we will be reporting.
