Anthony helped me in a matter that provided absolutely no benefit to him (he was not the agent on the property I was looking to buy but provided assistance to me out of kindness). He was extremely knowledgeable. I wish I had the pleasure of buying a house from Anthony as he is a lovely, genuine person.
