We met Josh and Craig from Ray White MetroWest in Chapel Hill nearly two years ago when we started looking for a New home. Very early on we developed a relationship with Josh and Craig that was very open and honest. They provided realistic feedback on all potential properties we were interested in and went out of their way to answer ALL of our questions and concerns.

In November 2015 Josh and Craig put us onto a property that was spot on for our requirements. This potential New home was set to go to auction in December 2015 and whilst we were not familiar or comfortable with the auction system Josh and Craig were there through the whole process to guide us. End result is we now have a New home!

With the relationship we had already built with Josh and Craig when it came time to sell our current family home we simply called them in and asked them what we needed to do. We didn't even consider asking anyone else to help us sell. Again the factual and upfront advice they gave us allowed us to plan what was needed to get our family home in shape for our own auction. Josh and Craig were there the whole way offering advice and providing contacts to help us get the house in selling condition. After 3 months of preparation we took our home to auction and the result was one we were very happy with. A successful campaign!

Without doubt we would highly recommend Josh and Craig to anyone wanting to partner with them to carry out any Real Estate business. We did not know Josh and Craig before we started looking for a new home but we certainly would call them friends now.
