I first contacted Craig at RWMW on via email and text on 11/7 about buying a vacant appt. After several more calls and texts from me, he got back to me 9 days later on 20/7. He arranged a viewing on 23/7, but it was canceled on the morning of 23/7, 40 minutes before the viewing, because the property has been leased for 18 months! I hope the seller wasn't particularly motivated, because this buyer is no longer interested. In summary, motivated buyer turned off by sheer unprofessionalism of seller's agent.
