I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Their property manager Lorna Ide is very professional and easy to contact with. She made our moving out process very smoothly and release our bond within a week. In addition, she helped us to negotiate an earlier exit date with the landlord because we have bought our own house and the landlord wanted to sell theirs. Without her and Craig's effort, we couldn't move to our own house as planned.

Their sales executive Craig and Josh are very polite and working very hard to sell the rental house and they achieved the auction sale on schedule. I will recommend my friends to consider this company to sell their houses in the future.
