I'm excited to say I am driving away in a 2014 Ford focus and with my credit score that's amazing. Thank you Tricia and Hector.

When we walked in, we weren t sure if we would get a vehicle. By the end of our visit we left with a n vehicle and it was awesome!

Great Experience! Great Staff! Very helpful, friendly people! We NEEDED a car and we were not able to get anyone to help us. Than, out of the blue, Herbies called and said they might be able to. So we did our own investigation into what they had to offer and then we hoped that they could help us. You don't get what Herbies has to offer anywhere else. You don't! We got 2005 minivan at a great deal. At the time, we didn't notice that the tires were bad and that we needed new ones ASAP. We called them up as soon as they opened the next business day and they got on it right away! We didn't even have to drive the hour back down there. They sent us to Discount Tire and had paid for the entire thing! Saved us some big money$$$! We were so worried that they wouldn't help that we hardly slept the night before. So when they paid for all of it, we were blown away! We will definitely be going back to them for another vehicle!

Don't go there. I had the worst experience. I leased my car from Previously known Herbies. My sales men told me I could return my car at anytime without paying anything extra and they would not give anything extra back. When I went to ask how much I had left the explained to me that I had to pay almost 4,000 to keep the car at the end of the lease or if I wanted to return it I would have to pay 300 and herbies has a 15 day period to inspect the car and come back to you with another amount of inspection that can be 3000 or more. Also, when I called to see if I wasn't gonna be charged for anything else after trading in my car they said I was responsible of payments until they received a check from my other dealership (I cancelled my card, so they couldn't pull any money) Good thing I traded in my car to a great dealership that negotiated with herbies and did not payed any extra to them. Herbies or whatever they are called now just take advantage of people that really do not know how their leasing business works and they do not take the time to explain it to you.

Wednesday May 13th at 3:00 PM I make arrangements with Dave to pick up a Lincoln Navigator. I ask if I can keep it overnight, he says yes. I tell him I'm having a garage check it out and may I return it after work, he says yes. Do you need anything else from me, he says no. On Thursday May 14th I drive to get the SUV. I'm immediately hustled by Jose into trying to sign a down payment agreement. I told them I haven't even seen a car and there is no way I'm putting down a dime until I see one, test drive it and have it checked out with a garage, just like we agreed to on the phone. Dave then says let's see if it's still here, nope it's been sold. I said WHAT! Then they still push me to sign a down payment agreement. I have to explain this again. They say to me that I need a down payment to take it off the lot. They lied about having the SUV, they tried a bait and switch and if they had sold it, THEY NEEDED TO TELL ME! Dave changed his story on taking the car off the lot. When I confronted Dave with all that he just sat there staring at me like a punk gangster not saying a word.

I love Herbies. Love Carla !!! They genuinely care and do everything in their power to make me happy and leave with a beautiful vehicle. I appreciate the speediness and thorough explanations of the warranty, finance, etc. This is my second vehicle with Herbies!

They lie right to your face bought a 2003 Cadillac escalade and they want to charge you what a new one costs, also can't every get the service department to fix anything. I will never buy from them again they see military coming and take advantage of us. Was told I was buying a car then all of a sudden it was a lease and then I was just making payments on that. They are two face!

Me and my husband got a SUV from here. We were told it was a loan but in reality is a lease n we would have to pay more at the end of the lease. When we got it it needed repairs that i never did get them to fix. The one thing i had to have fixed by my mechanic n the rear actuator never has been fixed. The car is a mechanical mess now n we cant get it fixed. We were told that if we needed to have the payment lowered they could do that. Yea right its been a fight n now were behind the chick we deal with is flat out rude. Were looking to get a car else where now so they cam have the car back. Dont go here. They also way over charge for the vehicals. Were having the same isdues as others. If i could take back my star i would. Find a diffrent dealership!

I am thankful to Hector Herrera for helping my family and I get into an amazing vehicle. We were having problems finding a reliable vehicle and Hector was able to help us get the vehicle we deserve and with 3 small children and both my husband and I working it's an amazing thing.... I am so thankful and I love our new vehicle.... I Love Herbies Auto Sales!!!!

I took MY TIME to choose something I wanted not something any other salesperson wants you to get. So I appreciate all that, and I'm a demanding person!!!! And he did Awsome. I really did not come in here today expecting such great service and solutions. Carla was exceptional!!!! She followed through on everything that she said she was going to do and more. Honestly, I expected the same run around that you get at most dealerships, and the same con game. I did not feel that way here. I felt an overall CHRISTIAN experience from people that really want you to know everything about what is happening behind the scenes. Thank you for you service, and I plan to be back for my other auto needs soon.

My experience was bad yeah me and my friends husband decided to cosign on a car we got a jeep Cherokee only bad thing about the vehicle was that the bumper was crashed but they told us that they will fix it they will fix it they will pay for all the damages so we go back a week later and we goto one place they were friendly but found more damages so they send us back to herbies so we go back and they are friendly but they only wanna pay for the one thing and they send us to another place I guess for cheaper and 2nd opinion so we go their and they look at it and see the same thing the other place did so he calls herbies and and talks to the
Person in charge but during the conversation he says it looks like a fresh hit which it so wasn't because we took care of that car and we didn't damage it or nothing besides what was already in it so we go back to herbies and the guy who was in charge comes out and says oh I seen that before I left for vacation.... OK which makes our point it's not a fresh hit we even have pictures of it the day we got it we took pictures... But yeah they didn't want to fix it and we took it back we didn't want to deal with bad customer service

Never did I think that buying a car could be such a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and Tricia and Yoni especially went out of their way to make this an outstanding experience! Thank you all! We couldn't be more pleased or impressed!

Unprofessional, dishonest, unethical business practices. They took advantage of my wife by selling her an overpriced and unreliable vehicle. The attorney general of Colorado has had to come down on them for the way they do business. There are better choices out there when it comes to buying a vehicle.

I would give them a negative score if I could. I absolutely hate the fact I have to do business with them. If I could go back I would rather walk than buy a car from them. If you're thinking about going to herbies... DON'T DO IT. These boneheads have no idea how to do anything but try and rip you off... Oh, and they will.

Talked with Sales Manager on phone drove all the way from Cheyenne knew I would have to seek other financing, get there all they can help with is regular bank financing, after she knew I couldn't do traditional financing. What a waste of time gas and money. I f I live in greeley still a waste, but to have me drive all the way down to find out what could have been said on phone is just not christian and hardly worthy of the bibles they have in the lobby!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
The car, 2004 Nissan 350Z.
Herbie's did Not do an inspection on the car before they put it out on the for sale lot. Simply not possible!. They have Not done Anything to solve the problems with the car except give me the run-around. Oops one thing they did fix, they put a new antenna on it. I was not told anything about herbies until after the fact. Now all I have heard from others is how bad Herbie's is, and I can say in all honesty, they were right. I have no confidence in Herbie's at all. They or you have lied to me and I am to the point of sending this review to the Nissan corporate office of customer affairs and complaints. This is outrageous. It has been over 3 months and still Herbie's does nothing. So starting today, I am cc ing this to Nissan corporate,The BBB of Co. and every other consumer protection outfit I can find.
My promise to Herbie's is this, I Will NEVER do business with you again and I will tell ALL my friends and family and anyone else who will listen that Herbie's is Not honest and upfront with there dealings with the consumers. They
WILL look you in the face and straight up LIE.

This place is a scam you are leasing not buying after you are done paying the amount asked to purchase they do not just give you the title, you have to pay a purchase fee that runs thousands. My mother over paid, thinking she could get ahead and pay it off sooner, well every time she would call to check her balance they would not give it to her she had to send a message, once she got the balance she actually paid more than she needed to. But still wanted 2000 more for the title, she over paid like 6,000. If she had not asked for the balance she would still be paying these people, they never once gave her a statement or a balance or notified her that her loan amount was paid! They use the lease as an excuse but if you wanted to lease a car why wouldn't you just go to a rental car service, it would probably be the same price for a brand new vehicle. This place is a scam be careful read about this place before you go!

Ray explained all my choices and was clear on what they were-he was friendly and smiled during our interactions. Trish was friendly, helpful and always had a smile. They both made us comfortable with our choice of car.

Ray was wonderful to work with and so patient! We appreciate him keeping his word and calling back the next day as well as working so hard to make this happen for us! He was always very nice and professional and did we mention patient as we test drove three cars only to decide on the first one! We truly appreciate you!!!

My husband and I bought a car from Herbie's last weekend and so far we are very happy. We worked with Hector who was WONDERFUL. I was referred over by a friend and Hector was very helpful. He found us a car that suited us perfectly. I do feel like I was overcharged but I understand that we didn't have a lot of options with our credit right now. I love that it has a warranty but am hoping we never have to use it. I would refer someone else in my postion to Hector for sure.

DON'T GET A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO SCREW YOU OVER!!! Specially the manager Valarie I don't even know how she has a manager position she is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Calling my boyfriends work just because he didn't answer ONE TIME she called his cell phone. She even called his work again even though he said to NEVER call his work the day before. Then when he was asking her questions to try to find a different solution she was nothing but rude and started yelling at him on the phone saying it's going to cost 11,000 to get out of a lease for a car that is 07. That's almost how much the car was priced and your trying to say it's going to cost that much to give the car back?? Way over priced and expect you to pay 500-700$ A MONTH for a 2007 vehicle with over 120,000 miles!!! Rude and unprofessional!!! Don't go here this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!! They don't care about their customers they just want their money.. as much as they can get! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never even consider your unprofessional business. Nothing but lies saying we are behind on payments when he has been paying every month for the amount they agreed on and now she wants to double his payment!! We will definitely take our business elsewhere and if we need to get a lawyer to handle this we Definatly will since you're manager can't do her job right and is illegally trying to get more money out of us!!

Rude, disrespectful. They don't like helping their customers, tried to talk to them about financial issues and they literally said they didn't care! Will text you from personal lines and have people show up at your door trying to intimidate you. Awful company and way over priced.

BUYER BEWARE!
We leased a car for 2 years and were told we could purchase it after lease was up. We didn't miss any payments. Went in to sign purchase papers and were told we had to lease it for another 2 years. Mind you we paid $12,000 during the 2 years we leased it. This was on a 2006 Pontiac G6.
We refused to lease again and had to let car go back to them after more than $2000 mechanical work and brand new tires and battery.
For those of you needing financial help with a vehicle, please seek other options.

Herbies is a joke! Leasing vehicles and when a customer thinks it's payed off then you have to finance the remaining balance?? Really?? Basically a glorified car rental service. The service department is a joke. The management is notorious for ripping people off and the vehicles are cheap vehicles that have been "repaired" and have to come in 3 days later when the check engine light comes on! And it looks like they have to forge most of their generic reviews on google

NIce padding, Herbies. It had been suggested that I go and check these guys out, but after reading the "real" reviews and seeing all the padded ones, I think I'll just pass. Businesses that are getting bad reviews should think about fixing the ones they have, not pretending they have good ones. "A Google User" doesn't sound suspect at all. So shifty.

Worst company ever! DO NOT SETUP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. I had automatic payments setup and instead of the 1 payment they are authorized to take out they went and took 2 payments out. Highly illegal by the way. I guess that's why they have the lawsuit against them! Run far away from this place. They will lie about financing and try to sweet talk you into saying they are helping you out. Know your credit score and go elsewhere.

At first they were great..then not so much. I am super disappointed with this dealership. Valerie in the account department is so rude. My vehicle id way over priced for what its worth. The payments are sky high and they refuse to work with you. The a/c went out and my 2 year old suffered a horrible heat stroke inside the vehicle. The windows were all rolled down and it it still happened. Long story short, i asked to temporarily lower my monthly payment so i could get this taken care of so it doesnt happen again. I was told to being in all documents, promised theyd work with me and then Valerie rudely said there was nothing they could do. The vehicle had so many things wrong with it as soon as i drove it off the lot. I definitely suggest never going thru this company ever i was totally taken advantage of. Again, i wouldn't suggest this place at all.

Love how Michael didn't hound us. He let us look for what we wanted, He answered all questions we presented to him. Very funny and entertaining. Everyone here was exceptional on their customer service skills.

This was my second visit to Herbies, both visits have been very enjoyable. I was treated like a person, not just a sale. I will refer as many customers to you as possible. Trish in finance kept in contact by text message which made it easier to deal with while I was working. Very happy, helpfull staff!

Took my car in for repairs and my tags just expired just ended grace period... whatever easy fix, would have been but the shop at Herbie's figured they would just throw away my license plates!! I fell behind on payments and it got repo not their fault the bank has to do their job (YKS there fantastic to work with FYI they are wonderful) when I went to get my property my son's car seat was no where to be found they said "must not have been in the car" really?? The car seat not in the car... really?? After going through my stuff seems my jumper cables and a full craftsman ratchet set...gone. the the garage done threw away my plates, carseat gone, ratchet set gone, jumper cables gone. Seems there was an everything must go in the car I was unaware of. Salesman are awesome, bank wonderful, garage...sure y'all know what I think of them. I would recommend buying a car there I also recommend if you need to bring it to the garage clear your stuff out... everything I promise they will take something. That joint is supposed to be Christian based....thou shalt not steal...who remembers that??

This place is full of crooks!!! My husband went here to buy a car, and everything seemed hunky dory at first and then the overflow of phone calls, texts, etc etc started. We were down on our luck financially for a while and they seemed understanding on the late payments BUT then the annoying phone calls started. Finally we find out he was suckered into paying them twice a month. I gave this place the nick name "Herbies ripoff auto sales" because they do just that. THIS PLACE SUCKS. If you are in desperate need to get a car, don't go here!!!

When I first went into Herbies everyone seemed very nice and very happy, and I felt very comfortable being there, I was looking just to look. Not to take something home right then. Rick my sales man was wonderful, he was very clear when explaining things and was very personable. After about an hour or a little more Rick brought a ford explorer up for me to test drive. I had to run home adn get a piece of mail anyway, so that was fine, when I cam back I told him I liked it, but I thought it was too big. I still wanted to stick with an SUV though.. So he brings me a Lincoln Town car.. A car.. I drove that and hated it from the minute I started it.. I took that back and decided that I was going to get the Explorer.. All fine and dandy.. When I told rick that I was going to get an inspection of the vehicle, he went and got his manager Jose... Oh buddy, dont get me started on Jose.. Basically he was very pushy, telling me that the car was perfect that they give them a 27 point inspection and the car was FAB! I still wanted an inspection. I wasnt going to purchase the vehicle without one. He said fine and then I signed a contract that If any thing happened to the vehicle while in my care I was responsable.. Blah Blah, I took it, had it inspected and my mechanic called me within 15 minutes of me even dropping off the car. He said that he really didnt even want me driving it because It was unsafe. I got a two page list of things that were wrong with the vehicle.. I took the car back, and said I was no longer interested. Carla, who I adore so much, another one of the sale personel was wonderful.. On the way back out to my car, she chased me and caught my attention, She went over everything with her mechanice and they said they would "We Owe" everything.. Meaning they were going to fix everything no cost to me.. Well, I told her I was going to have to wait for a while, and I was going to think it over and talk to my husband about it.. We ended up talking with the mechanic and hea said someone treated that car like hell. They drove it, abouse it and didnt take care of it, and with as many problems as the car had it wouldnt be long before it broke down.. I ended up not getting the Explorer, but I think it was for the best. The people there are friendly, and personable, but very pushy and I dont think I would trust Herbies Auto, especially if they were trying to sell the car in that condition and for $10k no less! Go elsewhere, save your time..

Ray was outstanding and explained everything in detail about the loan process. Very friendly to work with, overall the whole process was excellent. I would highly recommend Herbies to family and friends.

My experience here turned out to be better than I thought. Everyone is kind. I appreciate that they took the time to take my finances into account. I was very nervous when I walked in , now I'm so very thankful to walk out of here in a much needed vehicle. Thank you Ray and Teresa! God bless you!

With us it was work done as low as possible on the cars we saw. Not impressed.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. First, the cars are ridiculously over priced, and second their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to go in to ask a question about my remaining payments and what not. Talk about incompetence. They didn't even have the decency to sit with me in person to discuss my payment schedule and payoff options. Instead I was made to stand at their payment window and wait for someone to call me on it and talk to her. She quoted me wrong numbers and confusing answers and didn't know how to answer my questions, so she passed me off to someone else who quoted me a second set of numbers which didn't match the first and had the audacity to tell me "I'm sorry that this is confusing for you." Yeah, it's confusing because every body gives me a different answer to the same question.

Soon as I am done paying the remaining amount on my very expensive old car I will NEVER purchase from them again. And I will absolutely tell everyone I know NEVER to purchase a car from them either.

This is a ripoff company. I had proplems from everyone, and Trich Nunn you work their and your comment is so full of it. Your entire corporation is a joke and all you do us rip people off starting with "Internet sales" to the "sales team" making you feel like you have no choice because of your credit. Put you in a car 5 times the valuse that is in a shop more then you drive. Also try and say 25 point inspection. . .it's maybe 5 points. Shop and service is a joke and would rather you break down and claim insurance over them paying. You know better or your blind to your shops inadequate management. Contact Ftc Dealer board and State attorney general. They take advantage of you STAY AWAY!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Herbie's. They have been nothing but great! They fully honor he warranty they give with their vehicles and I have been able to find exactly what I need both times I have gone. Ask for Mark, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I had purchased a 2008 Scion from Herbies. My salesman or saleswoman rather, Carla Kindvall was wonderful, she had a great sense of humor and she really took the stress out of purchasing a vehicle. I am one hundred percent satisfied with my experience at Herbies because of her. They had an exceptional selection of vehicles as well, all around great place to shop.

At first was a great experience but as years past I realised they are nothing more then legal thieves my loan paper work said my purchasing price was 14k but adding all my payments up it ends up being a lol more then 26k. Not to mention that my car was only worth 8k when I drove it off the lot. Before u sign papers look at the kbb and nada value of the vehicle I guarantee u will go somewhere else.

Oil pump went out in the car we purchased from herbies, of course we got the extended warranty to cover expenses like this. Both parties claim that they go with the best deal, so for 600 bucks I get a used motor with more miles on it than the one that was in the car to begin with. They sell you this warranty saying that you'll have a worry free purchase. That's absolutely false and they scheme you out of more money. I guess that's the reason the Feds busted them recently at years beginning. They're a bunch of crooks but what do you expect from a dealer like this, do your research on the vehicle before you buy, make sure to get car checked out from a reputable mechanics shop. If you find a similar car elsewhere, I'd go that route before going to herbies.

The fact that i been a customer for over 3 years they sold off my truck which I don't care for but for them to sell my personal possesions in a pawn shop I will be filing theft charges and an investigation with the BBC and I'm still waiting for my letter of disposition

I really enjoyed it. Ichar was great. She gave me plenty of options on our new vehicle. The whole staff was awesome with my son. Being a single father means a lot. The process was fast and easy and kind fun. Just want to say thank you to Ichar for everything.

This is the most I unprofessional company I ve ever dealt with! And let s not forget how raggedy these cars are. They have a specific employee by the name of Monica, I ve never in my life dealt with a woman so rude and disrespectful!! Do your research on this company before making and purchase from them. Also, look up their lawsuit against them. I rate this place -5!!

Great service and selection. Very happy with the service on our new car.

Like many others we went in desperate to get a different vehicle. However with credit problems, other dealerships told us no. While I'm content with the truck we got, I am NOT happy about the price. We're paying 16k on a truck that we later blue booked at 7k. We were blind sided as young buyers with bad credit and excited someone said yes, very hard lesson learned that we're still paying on. Have had a few problems over all with the truck but nothing mechanical or major. Service at first was HORRIBLE, the guy had me crying on the phone. However, have had much better service experience since then. I would only suggest you go there if you have NO other options and thoroughly inspect the vehicle (get your own mechanic to look at it if possible) just to avoid headaches.
