Breaking of tenancy dealt with efficiently and effectively.
We can't thank Elyssa, the Senior Property Manager, enough for her professionalism and efficiency in dealing with tenants who abandoned. Having secured these tenants from a different agency, which we left due to poor management, Elyssa managed their abandonment with such efficiency that the unfortunate experience has had little impact for us as landlords. We have been able to abide with the law and secure our insurance claim due to the correct procedural thoroughness by which Elyssa managed the property. I can not recommend Ray White Metrowest enough.
