After interviewing several real estate agents to sell our family home of some 37 years, we settled on Craig Sharp, and we were not disappointed. All real estate agents are charming and personable, but Craig seemed to genuinely understand our needs and concerns, and he had the contacts to make it work. His attitude was always very professional and he made sure we always clearly understood what was happening. He kept in regular contact, and he never made us feel pressured. In the end, the sale price was beyond our expectations, and we feel comfortable that we were at the "ceiling". Craig worked hard and put in many hours to make this happen. As a bonus, he is a delight to work with - always cheerful, always positive, always made us feel that we were his favourite and most important clients. What could have been a very stressful time, went quickly and smoothly. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Craig to anyone selling in the "metro-west" area.
