The property management department is anything but professional. The property manager Krista Sharp and so called principle conducts herself in a consistently questionable manner. Will lie under oath, Consistently breaks residential code of conduct, trespasses onto property, extremely hard to contact, impossible to communicate with. Over all a very bad experience with this company. What they seem to forget is that, tenants become buyers and investors, and if you screw over your tenants, they will never deal with you again. Brisbane is a small city, We will definitely be telling everyone we know to never deal with this company.
