Beautiful place to be. Just plan one day of leisure here. Its worth it.

Not so worth spending 7-8000 for room... We can get better options at better price... Breakfast was so so... Staff had to be called 3 times for services.

I think hotel should relook at the menu and improve the quality of food.

Beautiful property...good clean and comfy rooms..good food..but too expensive...good staff...we stayed in one of lake view rooms for 3 days and it was amazing experience.

Radisson Blue , Udaipur is located on the Fatesagar Lake. On reaching to the hotel we were welcomed with ethnic custom n bands.
Check-in took little more time almost 30min. This is one of the improvement area.
You can enjoy light snacks buffet at evening for 700/- in the lawn.
Terrence dinner experience with live Rajasthani folk music is awesome.
Breakfast served is rich in menu.

Rooms and the property is good but the service needs to be improved a lot

I have booked 3 nights stay at your property for my parents as a retirement gift. Seeking to get them the comfortable stay of the 5 star resort, I have chosen it, but on the contrary the wedding taking place there has ruined there comfortable stay, it gives them the feeling of being the wedding guest only, so much rush & noise...provided them the ground floor inspite of knowing that wedding going on... can t u make an arrangement to keep the 2 things aside?? Y your guests are getting the feeling of not looking after well and not getting the relaxed time...

Hi, I checked in yesterday confirmation/ booking no 19303683 in your Udaipur property I was promised an upgrade and a nice stay but when I arrived the gave me twin sharing bed with joined blacket and told me the the best room the have after Presidential suite I have pictures will show you and said pool is not operational due to government policy but and foreign family is allowed discrimination on 5 star property then I asked for help to change my room they called at 9 o'clock to change my room i went outside property is dirty terrace was terrible. I ask very nicely to check out immediately at 9:30 I just took shower in that room I made an refundanlble booking and the charged me for 2 nights !! l didn't even stay there for 2 hours I had my meeting in the afternoon can you please help why I asked them to charge me for 1 night but they denied said we will charge full amount for 3 days and 2 nights with breakfast and beer and high tea and consumed none of these just had a shower in the room I had no argument with your staff i just paid the amount sadly and left the property in the middle of the night. this is the way raddison blu entertain there guests. I'm was expecting an revert there standards are very low please don't visit

The room were perfect. We booked two rooms and they were connected from inside the room which was really convenient for a family.
The restaurant food dinner was also delicious. We had complimentary breakfast and it was buffet. And it was worth it !
The variety of food available for breakfast is really good and you are full till evening snacks time.
Also the hotel inside is also huge and one should roam there too to see the interiors and glory of hotel.

Just having a best memories with this time. One of the best hotel of Udaipur. Must try out once if you haven't visited . Thanks Radisson Blu .

We just checked out ! terrible experience! it's a shame we ended up spending so much on a place which has no sense of management. the floor manager has no sense of hospitality, is rude, arrogant and sadly has no expression, God alone knows how he has been given such a responsibility. we were checked into a room which was not vacant and was already occupied by another family and realised that only once we walked into the room. what happened to privacy! There was no water for half an hour on one of the days.
While checking out no one was sent to our room to check out our bags, this is the kind of experience from a well know place like Radisson. Sad! disgusted!

Stayed there for few days & not at all happy with service :( they were busy in marriage arrangements so no value of other guests..

Food at this hotel is horrible. Breakfast at Neel Mahal restaurant had stone in food and hotel staff were knowingly unapologetic.
Aravali restaurant served cold sweets for dinner and staff behaved rudely. In room dining delivered food without covering it. Avoid eating at this hotel.

Gives you the Radisson experience. Liked the service and food. Though they need to imporve on the noise part - whenever there is a party/function in the garden, the noise reaches most of the rooms.

Horrible , not a 5 star !!! Useless services !!! Will never recommend !!

This is such an amazing resort to stay.. such a beautiful property, amazing food, great service, awesome activities planned.. What's to not like here.. looking forward to come back soon.
