If someone calls it a 5 star one more time, I would doubt your taste.... Worst food, room service, basically anything and everything is bad.

Not for families, meant for groups and weddings only.

Disgusting hotel. The pool water was extremely dirty. The room service doesn't even pick up their calls. The room was very dirty. The hotel was really noisy and ill maintained.

Overall nice hotel. Good location. 1.5kms from the famous Fateh Sagar lake. Spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Some improvements needed in terms of facilities.. our room key would get disabled time to time..Bathroom had smell of smoking. Breakfast buffet option is large. Avoid holidays as this place can get way too crowded.

Services ek dum vahiyat he. i book superior room via makemytrip for 7 june to 9 june 2019 but room Services very very very poor AC not working in 40 degree all day and reception was not attending our call and also in night power supply out/in

Very beautiful facade, beautiful lay out but staff was not friendly.

No doubt property is amazing and rooms are spacious. Mixed architecture of modern & heritage look. This resort is Located in main city and easily accessible from famous attractions in Udaipur. Only reason behind my 4 stars to this property is management, which is very poor when it comes to serve buffet breakfast or check in. They can t handle when there is rush. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

The view from the restaurant was amazing so was the food. The service was also great however the the approach to the hotel was not that good we entire route was not lit and was very dark overall it was nice experience.

Amazing stay.... hotel is very nice . swimming pool area, buffet breakfast and amenities provided by hotel are best.... totally money worthy place.Rooms are very nice.....bathroom cleanliness was amazing. ...children playroom was also nicely managed..... charges are lil bit high for restaurant ....

Food quality is really bad n room service is worst. MANAGEMENT IS NOT ANSWERING PROPERLY.

Since I have not stayed there, I can't comment on the same. However, we went for dinner & it was a wonder full experience on the terrace facing the river with candle & light music.

A beautiful five star property in the centre of Udaipur city. With all the modern ameneties and well equipped this place is right to make your stay a remarkable one. The rooms are nice and spacious and quite neat and clean. The room service is absolutely professional. The food quality sometimes gets distorted but still no bad. Improvements are definately possible with regard to quality and variety of food items served by the hotel.

A beautiful place facing the Lake. Size of the snails I have never even imagined in my dreams.

Bought lake few room with extra 4k paid and the lake was 1km ahead of room.
