Good value for money but property is getting old so require maintenance.

After exhaustive discussion i received up gradation for my rooms (2rooms) thanks to duty manager Samar.
No basic amenities at pool, no shower, no towels, no soap.
But room size great, scenery is good, view from room great size of room awesome, hygiene level good,
Breakfast limited options ultra slow room service. Not maintaining Radisson standards.
Overall after cimplains and resolutions stay at Radisson blu udaipur is good.

Nice stay and a perfect place for a destination wedding. Loved the housekeeping as well as the other staff who were on the job the minute you ask something. Spacious room and nicely maintained.

I stayed there for 3 days in June second week for celebrating my birthday and the experience was the WORST!! The staff is too arrogant, nonco-operative and argumentative. 1. Reception service - Due to some emergency i was required to change the dates of my stay and i requested them to shift the dates to some other suitable dates "as per their discretion" but the staff straightaway denied and didn't take any efforts to accommodate the request as the payment was already with them. Mr. Bharat Bhutani who is incharge of this Hotel and other staff Shreya and Deevyaraj spoke to me so badly and unprofessionally which was so humiliating! Make my trip through which we booked this hotel; tried to push them to accommodate our request of change of dates which is a general practice in hotel industry; but management staff of this hotel did't show a courtesy to understand the emergency 2. Rooms- just because we requested them to change our dates of stay; they treated us very badly when we reached the hotel. they deliberately gave us a faulty room (we came to know from their housekeeping staff that, this room is never given to any guests because of lot of issues) wherein toilet, bath tub was not in working condition,basic toiletries were not kept..for each n everything we had to call and ask them every time. When we asked for change of room; they promised the same on first day but denied conveniently very second day when we were following up 3. First aid support - First aid support is mandatory in all the hotels as per the hospitality laws but when i simply asked for a basic first aid help their staff denied for the same. 4. for the birthdays/anniversaries all the hotels generally offer complimentary cake n room decoration and all the other Radisson hotels offer that but when my spouse requested for it the staff at the reception Ms. Shreya refused in very bad tone. 5. Bad Food, no options for jain veg people and very bad service. This was really a horrible n humiliating experience that too after paying a 5 star rates for this stay. such type of ill-treatment was never expected from such a big brand, i will never recommend this hotel to any one.we stayed at various Radisson hotels ; but we were never mistreated like this at any hotel. I definitely going to complain to the consumer forum for this ill treatment

Regular visitor, finding now quality getting down and down. Not recomend now to say. During my stay there no Hot water, and hotel managemnt not even informed, had to manage with cold water. Food quality also bad.

It is an excellent hotel, with all the modern facilities where all the things move with the precision like the hands of a clock. Kudos to the team manager Mr Vishal Kapoor who is leading the team so well inspite of the heavy bookings and back to back marriage parties.
Before I end I can not stop myself appreciating the F& B team which provided excellent service.

It is an adorable place full of talented and hard working people especially the super advisor Mr ranjit and his team,they were of great help to us.They helped us throughout our dinner. And the food of this place is spectacular.must visit this place.

I was here at this hotel during final weeks of March which is not an sesonal period for this hotel. The check in was hassle free.
Coming to the room, it was having a nice ambience but it felt that it was renovated from a previous outlook(knitpicking), the problem here was that our keycards weren't working properly and the main door had locking issues. The bathroom fitting were looking old and rusted.
The staff was quick to answer everytime I called them and they understood my query.
I was able to use neelkamal which is 1 of the three restaurants available here, they have one of the best breakfast I ever had.
Oy other problem I had was with the conceirge as they were a bit slow at a times and unfortunately it rained that day so no one cleaned the car.

This hotel name is a Radisson Blu its five star hotel its room service and also great washroom facility also great bioavailable swimming pool available parking available it's all in one hotel it's also called the resort swimming pool by a food service canting service rooms room service receptions are also great in this restaurant and Hotel tourist are more attract in this hotel because it's nice food nice staying nice room nice room service and many more its cleanest place and hygienist of the food a greatest it's reasonable for the Price.

Nice hotel with great views, especially for rooms facing the lake, good spacious rooms with all amenities. The pool area is nice, the hotel has activities. Archery was of interest to me among others. Breakfast spread is average, can be increased. Food is generally good. Service was a little poor as no one came even after two reminders for evening service on the same day. Overall a good experience..

Rooms are good, service is good but for events "Rooftop event space" not recommended as hotel staff keep roaming here and there through the event. They are all over the place beacuse guest & staff using the common entry.

Ideally located on the lake...it gives a perfect natural view of water body of udaipur. excellent ambience...excellent breakfast..

PERFECT DESTINATION for a vacation. The exterior and spacious rooms will aghast you. They have many options for dining,you can select any of the THREE restaurants! They have a large entrance with huge spaces with landscape gardens where you can sit till 2am under the moonlight.
Even if you are alone, you will not be bored here. You can stroll in their large gardens, or do some clay modeling activities..or swim.. Or enjoy their cultural performances every night. You will feel as if you are ACTUALLY living in a palace; name of the resort does justice!

Besides the hotel looking nice on the outside, this is one of the worst experiences I ve had. From the rooms, you can hear anything happening outside, construction on the terrace, kids shouting by the pool, staff cleaning the hallways. Worst noise insulation I ve experienced in a very very long time. Food is very average, breakfast is bad and unpresentable. The bathrooms are in need of MAJOR renovation, they leak, the showers don t work properly, water pressure is bad, the shower handles are loose and come off. There are no windows that open so it constantly stinks of death in the rooms.

A fantastic 5* experience...The rooms are beautiful, the buffet is just fantastic with wide spread. Definitely one must have dinner on the roof top...the view at night of the city is just a different feeling...the Monsoon Palace can be seen atop the Hill which adds a special charm. The lake which is very close can be seen as well and is a amazing site.

The location is beautiful, the place is nice but the food quality at restaurant is not up to the mark.

Stayed for a night. The place is value for the price, but not as good as a 5-star. Rooms and breakfast are decent. The spa is surprisingly good. Pool is nice but crowded. Close to the city as well.
