THE GOOD : the staff at Neel Mahal - so warm and kind. The location, the hotel itself is like a Palace, so clean, the ambiance is wonderful.. So beautiful... The view is breathtaking... The food is good...

THE BAD : one particular person at the reception was eating tobacco or something similar and talking to us when we walked in - which I must tell you was shocking. They say they give you a provision for early check-in by 6 am but they give you the room only by 11am and until then it is a painful wait. If they would let you pay extra and checkin, it would be so helpful. The room - now let me tell you the fungus smell is bad. Since it is a lake side place they should take care of it especially if you have customers like me who are allergic to fungus. The TV in the room makes a horrible screeching noise for 10 mins after started. No English entertainment channels available. Apart from this, I loved my stay.

Service and food quality is not good . 2 star for property

Excellent rooms as you would expect from a five star hotel and i am not sure if they saw us 4 in a room or not but they did not charge extra charges because dad did not allow any room service staff to enter the room so it was great trip.Breakfast could have been better though.

Good hotel, 5star ambience, view from our hotel is pool side which wasn't good. Service from the staff is very good. Food could have been better in terms of quantity.

Location and property is amazing and no doubt in that... But when u enter rooms few of them are not maintained well and response time is very low especially when hotel is hosting a marriage... In that case don't expect staff to actually respond u in time..

Just loved the place, big property with lake beside, food ,hospitality decor everything was very good,the place looks beautiful at night, it's like living at your palace, lol, but it was really amazing experience, my family loved it, the cultural nights every day .Must stay

As it is five star property and they really maintain it so well. Yes rooms are quite old but still clean and beautiful... Breakfast is amazing and pool area is just wow.

Had a very bad experience about midnight disturbance by ill-mannered guests who had been for an wedding. Inspite of raising complaint at reception desk they didn't listened & their nuciance continued.

Very nice palace style hotel with very fresh and wide variety of breakfast! Our room had minor electrical problem and at times A/C didn't work. Even after complaining twice they did not fix it. I would expect more from this kind of affluent hotel.

A good quality hotel with good services. It is a bit expensive. But you can enjoy great food and drinks with a good view of fateh sagar lake.

After scrolling through multiple hotels and resorts, Radisson Blu seemed to meet our requirements while planning our trip to the city of lakes Udaipur. Being a member of their loyalty program Radisson Rewards added weight-age in choosing this resort as well. The entrance and the lobby are grand and eye-pleasing. The visuals are stunning when the lights come-on. The chandeliers in the lobby add a beautiful touch

On arrival, we were made comfortable on a Lobby Sofa with a welcome drink while the check-in formalities were being completed. It probably took around 10 mins to complete and we were guided to our room. We had booked a Superior Category guest room which was a level down from the lobby. The pathway leading to the rooms felt a little suffocating with a weird smell though it was only for a few moments
The Room itself though turned out to be good. Spacious enough and well maintained. Simple decor. Work desk provided. Kids play area and the pool was the view from this room. Basic amenities like iron box, locker, kettle, toiletries kit were provided. Complimentary fruits on the table included. They had a mini bar but it was empty, they did not have any purchasable items. Things that could have been better were the pillows which were too soft for my liking and the bathroom with stagnant water which never seem to dry out.
The Resort is apparently famous for hosting Wedding events and their marketing also is focused more on the same. Thankfully there were no weddings happening during our stay which meant a lot of open spaces to explore. They did have events planned for the guests though ranging from camel rides to folk dances and puppet shows which are common things to do in Rajasthan. It was a good stay of 3 days here and ended well with a smooth Check-out process. Overall recommended !

3rd class service. i have to call 4 5 times for single complain furthor they are having no time for any complaints. wrost food qulity. i think i waste my time by visiting this resort.

Awesome place to stay and relax in Udaipur ..... Highly recommended...Just one thing we faced is service issues but they did make out for us....

Radisson blu has the same royalty of 5 star hotel. It was a very smooth check in and check out. The staff is very helpful. Restaurant has a very nice food . We enjoyed swimming pool also. Thank u so much for the radisson team and specially front office.

Royalty from outside but stained, shabby and untidy from inside. Had stayed in few radisson properties across India but never experienced such filthy rooms and that too rated as 5-star with a very heavy price tag for a small town like Udaipur. Service too is average however even a 2 star or 3 star would have cleaner rooms. Managed to spot a cockroach who was eagerly waiting for a shower with me. The shower curtains are stained with fungus. Iron board and iron are stained and dirty. Shabby room with dirty finger prints on thermostat, ceiling and walls. Towels and bed sheets too had lost the freshness and looked dull.Not worth a penny for the bill they charge. Even rice, dal and fish tikka charged a bomb for a two tier city or town like Udaipur. Guess I have said enough, refer photos for justification.

This hotel fits in perfectly with the nature around it. While exploring the grounds you see how massive it is with lush with gardens & fountains, peacocks, a herd of white spotted deer, and an unbelievable amount of different kinds of birds chirp their songs above you throughout the day. At sunset, the lake belongs to love birds taking a romantic boat rides as the sun goes down and the city lights up with a pinkish glow.
I got the room on -1 Level. I got the view of swimming pool from the room, it was nice. Pool was working and clean. Breakfast was served in restaurant near to pool side so it was also good.
Staff is ok.
Best was view of Fateh Sagar Lake from the Hotel.
I will recommend it.

Located near Fatehsagar Lake, This is a fantastic property to stay. Rooms are Good and Hotel is very Spacious.

Excellent place to stay....quiet big infrastructure...Deluxe rooms to family suits available...both modern and traditionally decorated room available...awesome pooolsite with poolbar available...moreover staff behaviour and services were very good....the quality of food served here was just fantastic....in Udaipur rather spend a whole day here then to visit city palace I must say..!!

Great experience.Stayed for 2N/3D.Everything was just awesome.no need to look out for things.rooms were too huge which made my stay better thn better.Balconies are beautiful.

Picturesque location, nice rooms, beautiful ambiance, good hospitality

We checked in 22nd of Nov 18 for 2 days, Property is good, But the staff are not cooperative at all, I have requested for early check in which they denied very rudely, They lost my luggage in the hotel and finally able to trace after 2 hours post our check in. I think they even don't follow the general process of Hospitality, Poor Experience would recommend not to use, As you might get better property in this rates.
