Radisson Plaza spa & Resorts udaipur Reviews

We stayed here for 10 days while my mum recovered from being in the local hospital for a few days. We had problem after problem with our room and had to push heaven and earth to get it resolved. Which the hotel finally did by moving us to a suite. The location is good and so to the facilities and food. But they need to spend more time training staff. That being said the waiter staff in Neel Kamal were great and we got to know them on a personal level. Special thanks and gratitude to Ashish, Arvind and Deepak. These guys were amazing and put a smile on my mums face every day.

Good hotel, view of fateh sagar lake is also good. But they need to have a temperature controlled pool. Room amenities could have been better
