Crowded, no precautions from covid . Hotel runs on fewer staff, who aren't trained to manage such large crowds and the pandemic.

Beautiful property located not so far from the main attractions of the city has nice service (has almost all new staff). The property has fame because of the food being served which is nice in taste nad quality but the rooms are not up to the mark of the money being paid. Services needs to be improved a lot in standard with the star category rating the property enjoy. Staff is well behaved but needs proper coaching and training to maintain the quality standards.

Best place to stay... Very nice staff.... Cultural program in evening are best attractions for kids...

One of the best hotels for the charges . Rooms are spacious and big .
People are so warm and generous ready to help at drop of the hat .
But special mention to Neha , she helped us through out and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable .
I would definitely atleast spend 2 days there if in Udaipur .

After visiting Alibaug and Goa property of Radisson Blu.. we were confident that this Udaipur property will be as good as Alibaug or Goa..
But i guess we were wrong ...
We had gone for a much needed 2 night break, where we could unwind and relax, but we were totally disappointed by Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace..

Some Pointers,
1. Repairing work was going and perpetually would be during d noon nap time, the noise would blare us out of the sleep...
2. Pool was not working.. it was under repair...
3. Breakfast for complimentary, but from Star hotel we cannot expect this kind of service, the staff was rude and cold.. 5 Star hotel category you have to be all about hospitality.. This kind of service is not accepted...
4. Poorly maintained..

Now onward we decided not to go to any of the Radission property ..

Pathetic food, drink and starter... Dahi kawab was super pathetic even pizza also.

Staff isnt much friendly, but ambience is nicely surrounded by the lake! Its serene..good for drinks and please visit at non rushed hours.

Best place for a getaway. Situated beside a lake giving a wonderful and soothing view. Abundant facilities and services provided are also up notch. All local markets are also nearby so accessibility is not am issue. Best known for destination weddings and why not given the location and build of this place.

Horrible service, manager was rude and wouldn't help us get a taxi to city unless we used hotel service for 600INR when we could use Took took for less than 60 INR

Poor experience for a Name-brand chain hotel. The room they gave us was not clean. The shower curtains were moldy, the bathtub had dirty yellow spots. Some of the drawers and most of the hangers in storage area were chipped. The upholstery had damp marks over it. The decor was tasteless and mismatched. On calling the front desk about these, we were assigned a new room which was in better state but was actually a business stay room which was basically lower than what we had booked for our stay. They tried To give us a room with two twin beds rather than with one king bed when they knew we ( I and my husband) were a couple traveling.

The hotel management is terrible specially the reservation manager. He is is very rude, arrogant. I booked the hotel originally and then updated the date to next date. I stayed in the hotel, and I paid the hotel charges for staying in hotel. However the reservation manager did not updated the date and charged my card for an extra date without any permission and authorization from me which is fraud. I contacted the reservation manager and he was very rude, shouting, arrogant. I would like to send this message to the president of the hotel, I would not recommend anyone to stay in the same hotel.

I liked the place with the view and tranquility...Nice place to stay though beware of their CheckIn timings which is audaciously mentioned as 3.00 P.M.Where in the world are check in timings this late and it's always busy with marriages and family's taking over all the space

During my 2 night stay at Radisson Blu, I enjoyed my time and liked the hotel. Rooms were spacious with decent view. The staff was welcoming and professional. Satisfied with the service. I just had breakfast at the hotel and found the food delicious!

The hotel looks clean. The services are good but the room service takes a bit of time which is frustrating. A friendly stuff and good location of the hotel.
